Melanie was extremely welcoming and sweet with both pups and when I came back a couple hours later to pick them up, my Shiba ran to me and then ran back to the gate that separates the lobby from the stations and got more treats from Melanie. My husky had also kinda skipped over me and went behind the gate to watch a cat and get more treats. It makes me happy to see them comfortable at Paws & Co. I'm definitely bringing my girls back again. Another plus, all scheduling can be done online. It's what I prefer when booking for a service as I am busy majority of the day and I only have time to do anything in the evening.

I…read morehave been a loyal customer for year my Pomeranian has been groomed here for about 10 years, and my Maltese/Shih Tzu has been coming here for the past several years. In fact, he has been groomed here approximately 8-9 times without any issues. After this visit, I was told that my dog's anxiety was the reason for the poor grooming result. I cannot accept that explanation. My dog has successfully been groomed here many times before, including visits when he wasn't given anything to help him relax. This time, we even gave him Benadryl beforehand to help keep him calm. The grooming quality speaks for itself. His face was left uneven and unfinished, and it is by far the worst grooming job he has ever received. After so many successful appointments over the years, blaming my dog instead of taking responsibility for the quality of the work is extremely disappointing. I can't post photo because it breaks my heart . It hurts me so much.

Staff seem to be mainly Chinese speaking as well. Each visit for full grooming and added teeth cleaning is around $79 for small dog. They also sell their cute pet clothing and toys

Been with Ironmaya for 3 years regularly now for my dog, Churro, and haven't really had any issues…read more They're really good at cutting your dog's fur, especially poodle fur and at getting the teddy bear cut. Takes them about 2-3 hours average for a haircut, $80 for my medium sized poodle which is a great price compared to other places (plus they don't charge extra for poodle fur). Some of their groomers cut better but overall the haircuts have been very solid with all of them. You can just text them for an appointment which I like. I would say for their pricing and skill, this is one of if not the best place to take your dog to esp if you have a poodle. I def recommend if you want your dog looking super fluffy and cute!
