I stopped in two times to check out this place as this bar was selected for the wedding afterparty. I went in the late morning to check out the layout and to see where our VIP section was going to be set up. I was greeted by a nice young woman who allowed me to roam about the place. She pointed to the area where our afterparty would take place as well as the stairway to the second level. The place is huge! There is a stage for the live band, a gigantic wrap-around bar and a bull riding section. There is even an outside area with a pool, including a separate bar area with plenty of tables and chairs as well as a fire pit. Cool murals surround this area. When we arrived for the afterparty, the place was rocking! Since we had been provided with wristbands at the wedding, we were escorted to the VIP level, which had a separate bar upstairs. Our area overlooked the live band. There was sufficient seating for our group, and the service was quick and friendly. I had a great time here and recommend you stop in when you are in the area or if you want to host a separate party for friends. read more

It was our first visit and we came during Chattanooga beer and wing week. We ordered the sriracha honey bbq wings. They were delicious. We also had the onion rings. Not sure about the rings,if we would order them again. The batter was really hard. The service started out a little unfriendly, but she did warm up to us towards the end. My husband and I came to Whiskey Cowgirl around noon and grabbed a table outside. The atmosphere was really nice--laid-back but still lively enough to feel fun. We ordered the burnt ends over grits to start, and it was a hit. I went with the naked buffalo wings, and the flavor plus that ranch sealed the deal. My husband ordered the smash burger, and let me just say--beware, it's thicc, but worth every bite. Our waitress was friendly and kept things moving, and the service overall was quick. What a great place! Service was awesome. Atmosphere really fun too. We had the Hillbilly's & Cowboys Beer... really good. We ordered appetizers. The Brussel Sprouts were delicious... they were actually a side item, but we love Brussel sprouts else wanted to try them. Drizzled in Bacon Jam and cooked perfectly! Then we ordered the Appalachia Eggrolls....they were killer good! I'd order them again DEFINITELY! Our server Tiffany kept the beers coming and a band started playing... So happy we accidentally stumbled upon this on a road trip. This would be a perfect stop for a bachelorette party, birthday trip, or even a weekend getaway! I've been waiting for this to open. Perhaps a Sunday afternoon was not the best time to try this. Waitress didn't know the menu for drinks or food. She was lovely and talkative but lacking knowledge. We ordered the Heifer Hide Bombs. She told us they were jalapeño poppers wrapped in bacon. Surprised when I saw a hot dog inside of it. Yuck, the bacon was raw and greasy and a mini hot dog and then some kind of cheese sauce . It was just gross. She did take it off the bill which is great! This place is for drinks ! Came here on 8/2/24 with 12 other girls for a bachelorette thing. We were minding our own business until the bar owner (John Wise III) creepily approached us and kept trying to dance with the bride. We had a picture of the groom's face on a popsicle stick and he kept trying to slap the bride's butt with it, which is very wild behavior. I dunno, his wife Connie and his 5 kids should be ashamed, I mean I would if he was my dad. And I say that as he's old enough to be my dad. So why was he fixating on our group? No matter why it was, the answer is inappropriate. We were there for two hours and he would not leave us alone and kept interrupting us, kept trying to touch the bride and some of the other girls. We were just trying to enjoy our night but he made it impossible and we were all wildly uncomfortable. What made us abruptly leave the bar was when the owner came up to me with a pocket knife drawn and cut off my wristband and said nothing. I just stood there not really understanding what the hell just happened. He was obviously drunk and using the fact he was the owner to go on this sexual harassment power trip. But I think if I were 56 I'd have been around the block enough times to know how to handle my liquor. Who knows though! We all collectively decided to get out of there so I walked by John and he grabbed my shoulders and playfully told me he thought I was underaged. I told him that I'm 31 years old, and I have the wristband because they checked my ID at the door like he paid them to do. He said he was sorry and smiled and I said "you should be sorry. And don't ever touch me again." I rallied the girls and we got the hell out of there. John - if you see this, apologize to your wife because your behavior was shameful and at the ripe age of 56 you should know better, and it's weird that you don't. Clean yourself up before you get into some much more irreversible trouble than a Yelp/Google review. Fully recommend that no one ever steps foot in this bum ass bar. Friday and Saturday nights are best. Thursday nights are college night 18+, so it's not recommended for older adults. Drinks were reasonable priced and they had Old Fashioned on tap. I didn't eat any food but the service for drinks was good. They have a mechanical bull and the young lady operating the bull knows her business when it comes to riding it. Omg was driving on the way to Clyde's to watch the game turned to my right and saw .... Whiskey Cowgirl sign. Curiosity got us and we stopped in.... Well not going to lie it's 3 hours later and we are still here. What a great atmosphere I am having a blast looking at all the "artwork" they make it look good! Every door you walk through there is something different .... a pool check a pool table check a sun deck check a mechanical bull check a live band check a "babe shack" check. I'm not young by any means (59) and am having the best time. So for any ages come on.... Side note the beer is cold the drink menu and drink specials are yummy. We went on a Saturday night, so it was busy. Took a server more than 8 minutes to get us some menus and drinks. After we ordered, the wait for the food and drinks was not long. Their menu consisted mainly of grill/bbq items. I ordered potato wedges, which were delicious, and coleslaw. The coleslaw was good, not overly sweet, but had grated jalapeños. I was greeted with a smile by a nice young man with a mustache and he proceeded to give me five star service. I will for sure be going back and will be only going up that man only. Came into the Whiskey Tonight on Valentines 2023 and was excited to see the Place. We sat down and ordered a round and all was good, Decided to go out side for a bit and enjoy the outdoors for a bit. We came back in and set back at the Bar only to find out 4 Different bar tenders just kept walking by us over and over. We asked one of the Bartenders if it was possible to get one more Round, the gal behind the bar said I am sorry I don't work behind the bar and did not offer any kind of assistants other then just walking away. Well it took another 15 min to get are tab only to find out the gal that we had talked to was the Manager of the place and she was to Busy as she was catering Drinks to her parents at the Moment. We are very patient people just out to enjoy a valentines treat, But to be Treated like dirt by the Manager of any business is really uncalled for. I guess the icing on the Cake was when we walked out after paying are tab and the Manager was standing in the Front of the Business talking to her co-workers about how Dare we ask for some Service.
