Zack Kirk takes time out for a quick photo. The man was eating, and I hated to bother him, but it was for a good cause!

I want to do a nice, positive review for White Allen mainly because of two gentlemen who have been very good to me and my family as customers. Jim Howell, who works in the Audi Abteilung, and Zach Kirk, who works in the service department. Jim has sold us 6 Volkswagens, and I hope he will still be there to sell us more in the future. The service department is headed by a young man named Zach Kirk. The very day I met this young man, something stood out about him. He cares about customers. He respects people and treats them right. That is something that is becoming more and more rare these days. It is refreshing to see Zach and have small talk when I come in to get my car washed. I think this kid is going to make it big one of these days. Not only Zach, but the entire service department at Volkswagen is respectful and helpful. I hope that you guys were able to read this review and that it will inspire you to continue giving us your best.

Online said five but when we went there, they said they had none. But we saw two out the window...

Went in and asked about a car that their website said they had five.... But they said they weren't able to show us any because they had none on the lot. As we were driving away, we saw two...(again, five advertised). We just wanted to see it and were willing to wait. But guessing they didn't want to sell to us because not so much as a car or offer to take our info down to let us know when one becomes available.

Currently in the process of trying to get my car back from the service team. On Sunday the sidewall of the right rear tire blew out while stopped at a stoplight in Dayton near the UD arena. The car is leased with only 3737 miles. There is no scuff marks on the sidewall or rims. There is no indication of an external puncture. I had been driving it for approximately 2miles that trip prior to the sidewall tearing. When contacting service I was immediately informed that I must have damaged the tire as it was very rare that tires had any manufacturing defects. Mind you this is before they have seen the car or even heard the circumstances, i had simply called to see if they had tires in stock and could replace the tire on a leased vehicle. I also checked with Grismer Tires which was closer and they could get the tire that afternoon. The quote from Grismer was approximately $100 less ($420). Grismer suggested I contact the dealer for 2 reasons, (1)they are not a Pirelli dealer (2)it sounds like there is a case to be made to file a factory defect warranty claim. White Allen VW informed that they were not a Pirelli dealer either and I would have to contact Pirelli to file any claims. When I contacted Pirelli they informed me that all VW dealers are authorized Pirelli dealers and the individual at Pirelli was willing to explain to the service manager how to file the claim on DealerTire portal. When I contacted White Allen arrive they then informed me that it was a parts department issue. When I spoke to parts I was again informed that they only sold parts and that parts supplied with the vehicle were not covered by any warranties. I was sent back to a different service technician who informed me that I should have purchased the extended warranty and then they would have covered it or filed a factory defect claim. When I asked to see the wording on that warranty it clearly indicates that this conduction would not be covered by that warranty as I am unable to demonstrate an external failure condition. I was told that they would submit pictures to the dealer portal for an expedited review. I received an email stating that it would require "manufacture pre-authorization ", which the service technician informed me was a denied claim. When I contacted Pirelli (who now knew of my case), they informed me they would never review or make a decision based on pictures that was not their process. Again they offered to explain to the White Allen service manager how to properly file a warranty claim. I am now told that they will remove the tire and follow the proper process to file a claim but they would not release my car until they received payment from Pirelli. 2 days I have been dealing with this issue on a car with less than 4000 miles. When I called to check on the status they informed me that they checked the tire pressure and feel that might be the issue as the other rear tire inflated above the recommended limit but under the upper limit. The technician informed me that it was standard practice to check the tires in new cars prior to delivering them to a customer and it seems like they overinflated the tires. I have not received any TPM indications of over inflation or underinflation. Again the car is new with less than 4000miles. why is it so difficult to get the service treatment that you are promised when buying a new car?!?!?

I usually come here for service on my Jetta. Staff members are very kind and helpful, and repairs are done right the first time.

It had been a few months since I had driven my car, when in doing so warning lights started illuminating. Unfortunately, I was nearly an hour from home; fortunately, I was only a couple of miles from RR. Jerry and the couple of service techs were very helpful when I popped in on them in a mild panic. While simultaneously talking me off the ledge were they able to attend to the couple of issues necessary to get me safely back on the road. In the couple of times I've had to have my car serviced (both planned and UNplanned), this group has been nothing short of professional and highly service-oriented. Highly recommend.

So I filled out the form on their website. I entered my questions and even included the vehicle VIN (I wanted to be sure they knew which vehicle I was interested in). The first email arrived! The salesperson said that they had not opened yet, but said I would be "my top priority when I return to the office". Also, they mentioned "We're going to work very hard to earn your business!" YAY!! An hour later a second email appeared. They were open! Oddly, it was a different person than the first contact. Oh well, no worries. This person assured me "We have received your request for information and we will be contacting you shortly." Okay, I would wait, I guess. Another hour, another email. At least it was the same person as the first email. They wrote: "We look forward to assisting you; what question's can we answer for you or additional information could we provide?" (sic) What? I had already asked the questions. They had already assured me they were getting the information for me. Now we were back at the beginning? Did they even read my first email? And who makes "question" plural by adding an apostrophe??? I emailed back, stating that I only needed to know what was in my first email. And I waited. And waited. But they never got back to me. Nothing. I checked the links in their emails. Their main site was "Not Secure" according to my browser. I searched again for the answers to my questions in their listing, but they had no detailed information listed. I don't think I want to buy a "luxury" vehicle from a company who can't read, can't get back to me, can't secure their own site, and (most of all) can't make a simple word plural. I'm honestly not sure if they even want to be in business.

We needed a detailer as we found mold in our 2007 Honda Odyssey, besides the mold we have 3 little kids 7 and under, so you know how it goes, crumbs galore spills and more. The more always scares me, who knows that it is? Their communication through phone and text was fantastic, able to give a quote a head of time and get an appointment as well and with humor too, gotta love humor anytime but especially during a pandemic. Make sure you get an appointment as I think that is the only way to get your car serviced. Mr. Cochran came right out when we pulled up (had a mask on) and took care of everything. You don't have to clean the car ahead of time, they clean all that out and put it in a bag for you when you get back and pick up. The car was done the day off within 4 hours and they did the inside and out and it looks absolutely great. And for the price, you can't beat it, love the personal touch Mr. Cochran brings, he even offered his recommendations for Dayton, once he knew we were knew. He said call me anytime, I can recommend lots of places for you. It's always a great thing when you are treated as a friend and not a customer, thank you Cochran's Automotive Detailing, you did an incredible job, we will recommend you any chance we get...Kudos!!

The brake caliper failed a day later and had to be towed back. Expectedly I was angry, flukes happen and I get it but the failure happened on a part that is responsible to my safety. Even though I lost my temper at Dalton, he didn't yell back rather kept his composure and said he would prioritize my issue. Later that day Ricky the manager from Foreign Exchange gave me a call back apologized and accepted responsibility for the parts failure at no charge to me. THIS!!! Is what I look for in a mechanic! Everyone makes mistakes but not everyone stands behind their work and makes sure that you have a good customer experience getting things right. I will continue to do business with Foreign Exchange because they prioritize professionalism, believe in the quality of their work and when things go awry they warranty their work instead of putting the onus back on you.
