Placed an order online to be picked up at 8:10. Arrived at the store a bit late at 8:15, asked for the order by name and they needed the price to figure out which order was ours? I said it was 40 something, I don't remember the exact total. Regardless, the order wasn't even started until we got here and we sat in line for nearly an hour waiting while we can see the employees inside goofing off. September 18, 2019 Wednesday - 8 PM for Dinner 1 Adult Atmosphere - N/A Food - 2 stars Service - 1 stars Background - Dinner plans feel apart and I needed to eat something quick. Atmosphere - I went through the drive through so I can not rate this part of the business. Food Dinner - I ordered 5 cheeseburger sliders. The thin patties cook quickly. The meat was seasoned well. The biggest disappointment was that the cheese was not even melted, and the chopped onions covered the outside of the burger as much as they were in the inside. Service - Taking pictures for Yelp sometime drives you crazy. The picture are time stamped on my phone and while waiting in the car for my food I looked to see when this journey began. 17 minutes from order to paying my bill. So when I went to pay he the young man told me the bill was 21 and some change, I am like no, then 18 something, I am 5 sliders should not cost that much. I do not know how much they cost as they were not displayed on the drive thought tracker and was not verbalized to me. Then he tells me the 4 sliders cost $4.91, I said 5, he said yes. I paid, the credit card machine is about the drive through window so your card is always in view. I received my card and receipt and placed them down and my food was delivered promptly. Terrible service. Rude workers. Myself and two other customers stood in line for over 20 minutes because the old woman working the register, Kari, stood and talked about life to a customer. One person waiting was a very elderly woman who could barely stand. It took another 20 minutes to receive my food, and every time a customer walked in Kari was off sitting and talking to customers at tables. The manager did nothing. 0/10 recommend. read more

Yep! 4 stars. Haters go ahead and hate. Once in a while (and I mean very infrequently), the grease bomb delivery vehicle known as a slider is on point. And the only thing better than one slider is...6. So pack the Rolaids, order up a sack with some onion rings and get some freshly cooked and (arguably) iconic burgers. I haven't had White Castle in about 10 years, so I was looking forward to getting my fix during my recent trip to Indiana. Of course there was a White Castle location right down the street from my hotel. We ate inside. This location looks a little worn out and dirty! Employees were OK... nothing great. But... it's all about the burgers anyway. We ordered the 10 Sack Combo for 2 people- 10 burgers, 2 fries and 2 drinks for $12! And we ate it all easy. Burgers were good. Went thru drive thru Oct. 9 (inside was closed..). Eight cars in drive thru , it took almost an hour to get our food- RIDICULOUS. We could have gone home and cooked the food and ate during the same time we sat in line. Fast Food ??? No way. They got a 1 rating because it was the lowest- they should have gotten a -50. My advice - stay away, learn to make your own sliders. read more

How does it take 15 minutes with one car in line to make the same little burgers over and over ? ‍ ok forget the wait time because these little burgers are comply disgusting , can we really even call them burgers or sliders ? The buns are silt and moist as if they were boiled and oddly enough the meat as well. I bout 4 of these burgers and couldn't finish one ! If I could give a negative rating, I would. I really dislike fast food for the most part and can easily say that I absolutely HATE this place. The buns are soggy, the fries tasteless and the fried chicken really gross. I had to apologize to my tastebuds after eating here. :-( read more

Ordered k-cups, cheese burgers, a veggie burger, and onion chips to go. There was a mix up on the k-cups so they had to refund me a box of those. These burgers are Small and cool off quickly. Unfortunately by the time they were finally done with the transaction, it was all cold. This is one of the things I look forward to the most when I come home and was Disappointed that they didn't think to give me warm, fresh food. The service at this restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. We went through the drive thru at about 5:30. There were 2 cars ahead of us. The car just in front took quite a while to order, but that happens. When we got up to the first window we waited and waited some more. We were asked what our order was and were handed our drinks. When we finally got to the window we waited quite a while longer. What aggravated us the most was seeing them give the 2 cars behind us their food. Now, if we had ordered a 30 ct or 100 count pack I could almost understand the wait. We simply ordered a #7, (14 sliders, 2 fries 2 drink). They really need to improve on the service read more

I've never had White Castle before and I've got to honestly say I'm impressed! Their chicken and waffles slider is delicious and their regular cheeseburger slider is just as good! All in all, totally worth it! read more

Service was speedy-not the typical WC service. Food was hot, which is expected when serving steamed buns. Granted, I visited this location after the lunch time rush. The only issue I had, ordered extra pickles and I got 2 chips/slider. Other than that...if you're ever in the Anderson area, make sure you stop by the castle for a few sliders. read more
