Recently, I have been craving pizza. I saw their deal of 2 medium pizza up to 10 toppings, 10 sticks or bread, 2 dips, and 8 boneless wings for $24.99. On my pizzas, I tried the pesto which I would pass. The sauces for the wings tasted weird so I wished I would have went with Cajun. I was surprised to get the icing for the cinnamon sticks so I added some but do not care for the modified food starch ingredient. Great deal and would probably go for it again but make some adjustments. Using their website to place my order was very slow and I assume it was because of their end. read more

I got a pizza delivered once and I did a curbside another time from this location. The pizza we delivered in less than 30 minutes and when I ordered it for pickup, it was ready in 13 minutes. This is our favorite chain pizza place in the area, they are always very quick, friendly and helpful service and staff, the food always seems fresh and well made, and since it's Pizza Hut, the prices are always very affordable, especially if you shop deals and use the hut rewards. The hut lane drive thru window is also very convenient and the line is usually pretty short, they move cars through it very efficiently. read more

One of my favorite Pizza Hut locations in the area! I've been especially inspired by how they have handled the recent COVID-19 outbreak so I wanted to give them a shout-out. They offer contactless delivery and the food is wrapped in an external bag so minimize the amount of people touching the boxes/food. Both delivery and takeout are great options for this location. They have a drive-up window so you don't even have to get out of your car. From my experience, their delivery windows are spot on - and food always gets delivered hot. My favorite type of pizza from here is their stuffed crust. You can choose a trust topping to put on top the crust, and my personal favorite is the buttery garlic (because who doesn't love butter and garlic!?). With lots of toppings to choose from you you can't go wrong. Their wings are also a major highlight. Their sauces have changed over the last year, but my favorites are garlic Parmesan, spicy garlic (basically buffalo medium with garlic parm), and now I just tried the Nashville hot. The Nashville hot is a nice blend of hot and sweet- they have a kick! I'd definitely recommend to get some blue cheese with these. So instead of making a big deal out of it, putting the blame on me and making me wait 30 minutes for another pizza, the folks at this Pizza Hut made it right. We have ordered from this location several times over the past few months, always the same order, a small thin crust pizza with toppings. Tonight we ordered the same, got the boxes and realized before we got half way home the box was tiny in comparison to before. The pizzas we ordered were so small that in order to get 8 slices out of it several slices were less than the size of my index finger (see photos). We called and asked what happened to the sizing and were told nothing, she suggested maybe ALL the other times there was a mix up and we got mediums. Seriously? Why not just tell us they changed the sizing? So disappointed in the response, we are not dumb, we know it's been greatly modified. read more

Pizza Hut was my original love growing up as a kid. From thin crust to stuffed crust, I love every single one of their pizzas. I never get tired of a personal pan pizza, and love stopping in for one at lunch. I especially like this location because of the drive-up window. This is the other Pizza Hut that I go to. The reason they get 2 stars instead if 1 is because the quality of the food (that I receive) and the managers I speak with after each incident have always been good. The problem is that they often forget to send stuff on the order. Out of the last 6 times I have ordered from them, I have only received my entire order as requested one time. They always forget to send paid for sauces and last time forgot to send me the cinnamon stix I ordered (but they did remember the extra icing I ordered to go with it) Management is always good about giving me a credit and then a little to keep coming back but they have to do something about their process to ensure that this stuff doesn't happen. read more

The usual Pizza Hut joint. I hop between two local pizza huts, as they are equally close to me. I don't necessarily prefer one over the other. Delivery seemed to be hit or miss right when I moved to the area, so I just order carry out so I can do a quality check before I leave the store. This location has a drive up window for pickups, which is a nice feature. The promotions going on right now make it exciting to try new items for much cheaper than menu price. Terrible service...sitting in the drive thru, window down, I had an employee make eye contact with me not once but twice: I assume him counting his take for the night was more important than a paying customer. I thought perhaps after the second count of his tips he'd take the time to assist...I was sadly mistaken. It was after I entered the establishment that I realized that he couldn't assist because he was making his own personal meal. Can't seem to handle any type of rush. They've messed up orders in the past and we stopped ordering here for a year or so. We came back to give them another try. A couple orders went well but the last couple were wrong, in one manner or another. I came into the store to order carry out and they STILL couldn't get it Right! This location is ridiculous in how it operates!!! Getting pizza from a pizza place should not be complicated, but the employees at this location can't get anything right. Husband went there tonight to pick up an order, it was not correct and neither was the charges. The manager told him if he didn't like it, call the number on the back of the receipt. There was no number, manager is now pissed that he had to go find it. Horrible service the last couple of times we have tried to eat there. Don't waste your time. I had been craving Pizza Hut pizza and this was the closest location to my house. The order was estimated to be ready within 16min, which I thought was fairly quick. Once I arrived (which was after the order was estimated to be complete), I did have to wait an additional 5 min. One of the delivery people had to run to the grocery store to pickup spinach for my spinach pizza. They were apologetic about making me wait, but I thought it was rather amusing that they had to send someone just to get more spinach. In total, I waited less than 25min from when I ordered the pizza to when I received everything from my order. The food was pretty good and quite a treat. Fairly good experience. Placed a order for delivery, told it would be about 35-45 minutes. No biggie we order here frequently a hour passed no pizza, I called to check on order they tell me that they delivered the Pizza (to wrong address) the person at the wrong address took the pizza and paid the driver for it, after they let it be known they didn't order pizza! No one called me to re verify address or anything! The guy told me they thought the person was joking. Corporate will be notify! Customer service horrible and unprofessional. I thought that I was gonna get my order but no. I got one large box of magnet's with a side of pizza. Also one of the people work counter I think her name was Elizabeth maybe, gave me the most attitude when I was trying give magnet back but she forced the magnets back and said to keep them. I never knew this generation could be so mean. I was having such a bad day and I went to pizza hut for comfort to suppress my feelings of dieting. I was going to order my usual 12pc traditional wings, 3 large Peperoni and pineapple pizzas, three cinabons, two brownies, one cookie( personally my favorite) and 2 two liters pepsi's. After I was forcefully given the box of magnet's I walked to my favorite booth which is directly next to the bathroom ( just in case I get the runs)AND THE BOOTH WAS DIRTY. I literally kept the magnets because I wanted to put them on every magnet surface in my house but I didn't have enough to cover my fridge I was also really upset because I tried to have a conversation with the woman at the counter asking her about how her day was and telling her about my wonderful day but she kept ignoring me. Last complaint was that I tried to use the restroom but I couldn't fit the door. What the heck pizza hut. Make wider door frames. I was so disappointed. read more
