I always love the food, but after three separate visits I have had horrible upset stomach and the runs. I only eat sliders and fries, no cheese and no fish, so it must be the meat. I don't have any kind of a weak stomach and eat plenty big burgers (Jackson Hole, Five Guys, Big Macs) and never get anything like this. This place is open 24 hours which is why we decided to come here to get some sliders to bring over to someone's house. I ordered on the app because it's 20% off. I went to pick up the order and the lady couldn't figure out how to charge me for the order and it took like 10 minutes. Meanwhile she hasn't really said anything to me while I wait, which I understand. This is the most ridiculous White Castle I've ever been to. I waited for 20 minutes just to place an order. I understand there is a lot of online order, but 20 min wait just to order is not acceptable. The cashier is trying his best to help fulfill the order by help packing which I respect, but cashier job as well is to take order, not packing or preparing food. There are 3 other staff doing that. From what I see they are definitely short staff, while everyone is busy with the customer orders, one of the staff leave the kitchen area and came out to take a break.
