This white castles is incredibly slow and frequently dirty. Last time I went here they literally stopped taking orders because they couldn't get food out of the kitchen. There were three workers and none of them looked like they have made a slider before. Normally they can flip these things out fast. Unfortunately when I ate here I got super sick off the food and hope it wasn't because of some of the kitchen practices I was observing. I won't return to this location. read more

Drive thru is 24/7 so we ate vreakf6in the car. Grabbed a #7, which is 10 sliders, 2 fries, and 2 drinks. Everything came out hot and fresh. Wait was maybe 3 minutes tops. Service was great, too. read more

My husband and go to Vegas often. He always wanted to try White Castle. He heard it was good. We also heard there were a lot of locations in the south. We also knew there was one in Vegas. We decided to try it out. My husband said one of his friends said it was better that In & Out. So, we had great expectations. We found one in Henderson NV near where we were staying. When we went in the staff was so nice. I was a little upset because they were not regular size burgers. But, ok I can do sliders. I love chicken so I ordered the chicken sliders, and my husband ordered the regular sliders. We received our food in a good time. When we opened the bag and saw the food. The meat did not look like ground beef. It looked like spam thinly sliced. The chicken was alright but could have been better, but it was better than the so-called burgers. We will never eat at White Castle again. My regret not taking photos. read more

Never been...was around the area and saw mini breakfast sandwiches....BUT they also serve everything else on the menu as well!!! Yay! Chicken slider is good, patty is larger than the bun so that's a plus! Fish slider...love this...just the right size and the flavor was hot and flaky. Double slider with cheese was good (had to try)...add your condiments it sauce it up...it was soft and hot! Gooey butter cake was chilled in its wrapping but in this 100 degree weather...it'll warm up really nice. I appreciated Lauren C. Was who was really nice in the drive thru offering her favorite suggestions when I asked and sold me on the 3 of 4 items. No long wait...Will return when in the area for the fish slider and try another dessert!! read more

The burger buns were completely soggy and mushy and didn't stay together at all. It was basically the same consistency as mashed potatoes.

I was so excited when White Castle first came to Las Vegas, as I grew up with it when living in NYC. All these years later and I'm still in love with this little square hamburger patty with all the holes. I was even more excited when a W.C. opened up in my neighborhood on Stephanie St. This restaurant never disappoints. The staff is caring and helpful, always pleasant and the store is always clean. If you have a hankering for this back east slider, I highly recommend coming to the Stephanie location. read more

Inedible, unsanitary, and I even gave them a few chances. Avoid at all costs or risk getting sick.

I went a few days after they opened. My expectations were low as I've already seen how crazy the line is but I walked away pleasantly surprised. If you plan on going, just accept it's going to be a long line inside and in the drive thru. I wonder if some of you realize this has been the norm for every other white castle location in vegas when it first opens and they are going to be slammed. I opted to go in and the line was through the restaurant, but not the worst I had ever seen. It was slow moving, but not as bad as I expected it to be. Drive thru was non stop with cars around the building. Like everywhere else they don't seem to be operating with a full staff, hence the giant sign at the door wanting people to apply. From what I observed they were doing the best they could with what they had to get the orders out. All employees I interacted with at cash register and pickup were polite and welcoming. My food was exactly what I expected and in line with the other White Castle locations in town. If you're impatient and think the world revolves around you, then you may want to wait til they die down a bit. My main con was it seems way overpriced compared to white castles back east. read more

Finally visited for the first time a few days ago. I honestly have no idea where these bad reviews are coming from, as I had a completely different experience. I came on a Friday after work shortly after 5. To my surprise, it was not busy at all. I had my order taken quickly by a very friendly employee (I believe his name was Anthony?) He made a few suggestions and I decided to try the onion petals instead of the fries as my side. I finished ordering and sat down to wait for my food. The wait was about 5 minutes, I did not mind as I was busy sucking down my soda lol. The food came out hot and fresh, and these were the sliders I remember growing up with back in the Midwest. As I was eating, Anthony came by as he was cleaning tables and asked if everything was good. Yes! Everything was great! The onion petals were nice and crispy and the sliders were hot and fresh. I was almost scared coming here due to the reviews, but I'm glad I did. I will be back to enjoy more sliders from this establishment. Kudos to the management here for having a clean location with friendly employees and good food!! read more

Wow....im absolutely shocked. dont know what happened but im never going back. Everything was terrible. Each slider had maybe 6 tiny grilled onions, onion petals tasted like nothing but batter, and the gooey butter cake on a stick hahahaha they should call it gooey butter cake bite on a stick. And to top it off, mine was ROCK hard. How is that possible when this location just opened?? My entire meal came to $20 and its all going in the trash. Waited 1 hour in drive thru, 4 cars ahead of me, 12 cars behind me, and it still took them an hour just to get to order. And when you finally get to the ordering board, it's silence for 5 mins just to have to repeat yourself 5 to 6 times. Be sure to check your order at the window. Fries are soggy not cooked. Double cheese burgers the buns are soggy. Not real Hamburger. Besides being soggy there is flavor.

This is not the back east White Castle I grew up with. Sliders had little to no onions on them, the fries were soggy, and it was all bland. The drive-through was so slow, nearly forty-five minutes to get through it. I was excited to finally have a White Castle in the area, but I won't be returning any time soon. Total letdown. read more
