Tried to order 7 crave boxes for my employees and they said they don't have enough staff to complete the order. I even ordered 2 hours ahead of time and they cancelled it. Sent 2 of my employees to walk into the store and order and they said they could not fulfill the order. Very disappointing. A business to turn down $566 of burgers they can cook up in 15 minutes. Ok finally tried the new White Castle experience... everyone said they are so much better fresh! You know you have a problem when you order them without the onions and your told "we can scrape as many off as possible, but can't guarantee there won't be any"! Wait, what??? That's what I do at home with the frozen ones!! These were just microwaved like I do at home and none are cooked fresh. I highly recommend scraping the whole burger into the trash. There cannot be any nutritional content (except for fat) to these at all. But the customer service was good. So the crew get a thumbs up read more

It's not like Back east but it does give you a reminiscence feel of what White Castle is . the chicken sandwiches are great the hamburgers were true to taste but the buns are too soggy . Still good to have a White Castle experience and I loved the plane donut that they have. read more

I'd give it zero stars if possible. I'm Currently at the drive thru window, it's 10:54, I've been waiting at this window for 11 minutes. nobody in front of me one car behind me. My order that's taken 12 minutes now....2 sliders and a double slider. No fries, no drinks, just 3 burgers. Regardless of how the food is , you can't run a business like this at such a slow speed. Reading some of these reviews, YOU are the type of people that would complain to a funeral parlor because the body wasn't cold enough. A place just opens, everyone is new learning a new system, the line is going to be long and going to be slow until they get into their groove. That being said, i went to this location a few days after Fathers Day. Yes, the drive thru was long, which i expected, so i went inside. The staff couldn't have been better. The girl at the counter who took my order was incredible. I wish i would have gotten her name, because she was super friendly and reviewed my order to insure it was right. BEWARE - White Castle in Henderson. The menu in the drive thru says one price then they charge you more at the window. We ordered the #7 castle pack which includes 10 original sliders, 2 regular fries, and 2 regular drinks for the price of $19.99. When I get to the window and question the higher price I'm told the menu outside is wrong.... they just opened how is it wrong already? The manager tells me the price is $20.29....ok .30 higher, fine. EXCEPT then they charge separate for the drinks. This is not acceptable. The manager offered no solution, just said he would tell his GM. This is very deceptive and does not bode well for a future visit when there are other places trying to offer savings to people in these trying times. Went there last night to give the new place in Henderson a shot. Upon walking in it was apparent there were issues. No one was being served, a few people in front of me in line, employees were standing around in a daze, no one took any orders. The lady making sliders had her bare arms in the food she was making. Grossed some people out. We waited about 10 minutes, not one order was taken. The line in the drive thru was long and at a standstill. It was about 9:00 pm. We called it quits and drove across the street to In n Out. Like a lot of places right now, this White Castle location was in the weeds, lacking in effective leadership and management. Perhaps one of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had. 8 cars in front of me in the drive thru - waited nearly 30 minutes to pickup my order. The line barely moved. It took 6 minutes for the car in front of me to receive their order. This is NOT fast food and by rights they should never have installed a drive thru window if this is the speed they're intending to work at. I remember White Castle fondly from a summer on the East Coast. This was not that burger joint. The burgers were cold, the buns really, really soggy and the condiments varied. One burger had no pickle, the second burger had a pickle slice, but honestly, it was so gross that I gave up after a single bite. The fries were equal parts greasy and soggy and it didn't help that they were cold. The "coke" was overly sweet and undrinkable (perhaps the mix on the soda machine needs adjustment). 2-1/2 sliders, all but two fries and the entire coke went into the trash. My husband and go to Vegas often. He always wanted to try White Castle. He heard it was good. We also heard there were a lot of locations in the south. We also knew there was one in Vegas. We decided to try it out. My husband said one of his friends said it was better that In & Out. So, we had great expectations. We found one in Henderson NV near where we were staying. When we went in the staff was so nice. I was a little upset because they were not regular size burgers. But, ok I can do sliders. I love chicken so I ordered the chicken sliders, and my husband ordered the regular sliders. We received our food in a good time. When we opened the bag and saw the food. The meat did not look like ground beef. It looked like spam thinly sliced. The chicken was alright but could have been better, but it was better than the so-called burgers. Fast food yes, but since moving west- it's definitely something I crave from time to time. Luckily, while in the area for work frequently there's one of these near my work site to scratch that itch. Fairly new in this location, it stays busy. Drive thru is efficient and friendly staff. Only qualm is the pop I ordered with my meal was straight up syrup. Just as good as any burger you can get anywhere but with that special white castle grilled onion and toppings and steamed bum all cooking up fresh and to order. Just great and a real treat. Cause around here.. White Castle is a rare treat and hard to get!!! Considering what food costs these days...it beat grilling out or going to some burger sit down place. Well! I tried the new place on Mark's today around 2 or 3 in the afternoon. They were not busy, i did the drive thru, two cars in front of me and it still took about 15 minutes to order and get food. So my order was one regular slider, fries and a coke. Got my order when i opened the bag there were three sliders and no fries and i had to remind the window person to get my drink. Unfortunately I wasn't able to return to correct this order. Thing is the person who ordered this didn't get what they wanted either. Not sure what the problem was, as I said only three cars in the DT. Slider was a bit like I remember but the aroma coming from the bag after a bit was somewhat strange. I've never been to a White Castle because you dont see any in Southern California but we were dying to this place. Unfortunately these sliders are magic because I keep eating them and I keep wanting more!! Some people say it's not the best place but you definitely get good food so make it your mission to try this place out for yourself.
