There is something seriously wrong with the curbside pickup process…read more The last 9 out of 10 times I've used curbside pickup, I've had to call the restaurant to let them know I was there. I check in using the link they text me, click the arrival link in my email, and follow the instructions exactly, yet I often end up waiting until I call and speak to someone. And of course the follow has been sitting there the whole time and is cold by the time I get it. At this point, it seems like either the notification system isn't working properly or the notifications aren't obvious enough for staff to notice consistently. Whatever the issue is, there needs to be a better system in place. If customers are checking in correctly but employees aren't aware they're waiting outside, something in the process is broken. The employees are always polite when I finally reach someone, but curbside pickup should not require a phone call almost every time. Management really needs to address this because it's become a recurring problem rather than an occasional mistake.
