I knew we would be staying not to far from here and I have missed White Castle. The building itself is nice and it was very clean. The staff was friendly and the cashier at the front was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. We ordered a shareable meal and I added a chicken slider. My chicken slider was delicious and I wish I gotten more than one. The 20 cheeseburgers sliders were not cooked and the buns were wet. We threw them out. The French fries were very undercooked as well. Disappointing since they cost 25 drinks are extra The chicken rings were good though. 4 stars for the chicken 1 for the burgers and fries. White Castle is a love hate relationship for me. Being from up north white castles was a restaurant. I used to go to often. This is my first time going to this location in Florida. Upon intern white castles, they have an order counter. You can go to and they also have tablets. You can order from which speeds up the process this. This white castles is on the touristy side of town. So it was very packed and it was a long wait for the food because it was so busy. I'm not sure if there's the right time to go, but when I went, which was around 7 o'clock on a weekday, it was still packed what they do offer. A to go service so you can order ahead and just pick up your food. If you been to white castles before it's like any other white castles except touristy, if you haven't been to White House before just expect an onion covered slider burger, they do offer chicken and also onion chips and French fries, but it's basically a slider joint. The food was as good as I remember. White castles i mean, but you definitely have to be a fan of that place to enjoy the food if it wasn't so far from me and so crowded I. I hadn't had fast food in a very long time let alone ate meat. I probably eat meat once every 12-16 months or less, but on a recent vacation I decided to splurge a tiny bit. So one night after not being able to order anything healthy for delivery because every place closed at 10 me and my gf decided to get some White Castle after I saw it located close to our hotel on Yelp. Damn it! lol. So upon entering the drive-thru we saw the line was backed up 15-20 cars deep and it wasn't moving either. It took a good 30 minutes just to get to the order screen and another 30 minutes to get get our food. We ended up going crazy because we never eat this kind of stuff so we got the 20 pack and 4 side meal. Yikes! lol. Listen, the service here isn't great, and the atmosphere is bonkers, but the sliders are what you're here for so you suck it up. I think we both ate 3 a piece before we got back to the hotel and damn were they good. Then once we got back to the hotel I think I ate 5 more and she ate 3. I might have ate one onion ring and a fry from the sides because I was so full and not used to eating meat let alone fast food, but I ain't mad at it! It's like I remembered, good, but not as good as the ones you get in the freezer section, weirdly enough. Walking into White Castle it was pretty nice and clean, I'm use to the ones from New York and this inside was pristine. Staff were friendly when placing order and took our order pretty fast. There were a lot of staff members working fast in the kitchen and getting orders out. We waited a few minutes before getting our order and everything was really hot. We ordered 10 burgers, fries, and chicken rings and it was about $30 and we drank water. To me I find that overpriced for what it is, also the burgers tasted bland. We got our burgers with cheese, mustard, onions, ketchup, and pickles and all you could taste was just the mustard. Fries were average and the chicken rings were just ok. This was our second time visiting this location. While the food itself was good, I was disappointed with the presentation and lack of attention to detail. The burger boxes were smeared with onions and grease, which made them unappealing. As I looked toward the kitchen, I noticed the young man packaging the burgers was distracted, talking to others, and appeared to be rushing through the process rather than focusing on presentation. Honestly I think the place is absolutely amazing. Aside from service being hit or miss with the speed of my order, I've always had my orders exactly as I wanted them to be. Parking is ample and you'll never have a problem finding a spot. They also have a drive thru, I've waited in it before, the line tends to be pretty long but the food is constantly being sent out and I've never waited more then 10 minutes (which is not much especially with how busy it always is). I usually go for the combo that comes with 3 or 4 burgers and I upgrade them to cheeseburgers. The burgers are the perfect size, cooked amazing and the bread always has the perfect crisp to it when I bite in. The fries are very standard, I always feel like they could use more salt but the sauces they have usually make up for it. For the price you get a nice filling meal and usually when I'm here, I enjoy the ambience because it's nicely decorated with multiple pieces of art and little facts around the walls, making it really cool to read about white castle while I wait for my food! read more

If you've ever had one of these delicious little sliders before then you know what you're getting into when you walk through their doors. This location is relatively large with a decent chunk of space to dine inside & a nice sized patio for outdoor dining, as well. Every time I visit the workers are friendly, move with purpose & do their best at keeping the orders pumping out. The dining tables are usually kept clean also but it can get pretty crazy during the weekend/peak hours. The drive thru seems to stay moving, but just like inside, it might take a while during busy business hours. For the price, you really can't go wrong with scarfing down a few sliders & fries. It's consistent every time I visit no matter what I order. There's really not much else to be said about this location other than it's really solid. Since the restaurant is still on the newer side it's very clean which is always a great thing. If you're craving some sliders from WC I strongly urge you to give into those cravings. read more

White Castle is an iconic fast food restaurant chain that has a special place in the memories of my childhood. As a child, my grandfather would take me to a White Castle. I have fond memories of that and even when my mother was pregnant with me, her big pregnancy craving was White Castle. Fast forward to my teenage years and early to mid twenties, where White Castle would be a destination after a night out on the town. After the bars would close, we would head to either a diner or a White Castle. So, White Castle has been a part of my life and I was certainly excited when they opened a White Castle location here in Orlando, Florida. The lines were initially crazy, but I was at a tradeshow at the convention center and figured that White Castle would make a great dinner after a long day. There was a line at the drive-through, but it moved fast enough. The staff outside was friendly enough. However, I have to say that the burgers were a bit higher in price than not only back then (which would be understandable), but even more money than the White Castles in the Nashville, Tennessee locations that I am frequently at when up there on business. The reason for three stars is that the burgers were sloppily prepared. It had like zero onions on most of the burgers and it was apparent that they were thrown together in an effort to just get them out. White Castle is a fond memory, but this place is not a good representation of what I remember White Castle to be. Haven't had White Castle in forever! They opened one in the o town west plaza so had to give it a go. Most days the lines are super long, luckily when I went it was rather short. Food was good. I tried the chicken sandwhich for the first time and it was pretty good. And then of course got the classic hamburger. Everything was super neat and the lines for the drive through was very efficient. The only thing I noticed was that some people in front of me were getting wrong items and giving them back to the staff. Dirty counters, dirty tables, utensils, soda machine and condiment areas are so filthy you really don't want to touch much. It's been over a decade since we went to a White Castle. They have some operation at this place. It reminds me of the movie about McDonalds "the founder". Everything in the back is visible so you can see the order of operations being performed. Food for our party of five was done faster than we expected. One thing that impressed me is the crispy fries. They are extremely slow not sure if this is how it usually is but this definitely gives McDonald's vibes before they told people to pull up to wait for their food. I didn't really think this was great in my opinion the fries were on the harder side like it was fried with canola grease or a harder grease. The burgers I tried the regular which I was not a fan of but I also order the fully loaded burger which came with the lettuce cheese and tomato I believe and it was delicious I believe it had to be a different type of meat because they ate as definitely more tasty than the regular burgers.
