Wanted to try something other than Lion's Choice so after years I came into Arby's In Wentzville. My mistake. The food was just not good. I got the traditional roast beef and the quality was just not there. The service was okay with servers being dull and not friendly. The ambiance was okay. It seems to me that their menu has grown substantially and they are not good getting away from what made them good in the past. Overall I was very disappointed. read more

Went to the Arby's in Wentzville recently for the first time, and was very impressed. This has got to be the cleanest fast food restaurant we have been to in Wentzville over the past year, and we have been to most of them. Also, the food was good. We have been to a number of other fast food restaurants in the area, and they were so dirty, we don't even wanna go back to them. This was a very pleasant surprise. Hats off to Arby's. read more

It's severely understaffed and yet the employees are always pleasant, the food hot, and the order correct. That's been my experience. Stopped by tonight and saw only one guy working, but everything was correct. The shake was delicious, curly fries always amazing, and wrap was good, too (though a little messy). read more

Potato cakes are back baby and so are we. My wife and I were happily surprised to see them back on the menu. Service was fast and food was hot and fresh. Our lunch was fantastic from this location!! The food was hot and fresh and the whole order was accurate. Not only that but 1 worker, I wish I would've gotten her name went above and beyond with making sure we got everything we needed including sauces and was just so nice to customers and so helpful! It was very easy placing an order on the app and it was easy picking it up as well. Definitely will be going back very soon. read more

date of service. 12 April 2024. We were in town overnight. We love Arby's in our hometown. At home they great! Never got our food. we waited 30 minutes for two fish sandwiches, one french fry order. we did get our drinks. cost = $19.00. On the way in we commented on how empty the parking lot was. we also noticed we were the only inside customer. Quickly we would learn why nobody was there on a Friday evening. We came here because everywhere else was crowded and they were dead. mmmm So the locals know not to go. When i asked with my receipt in hand , i was not believed. employee looked out at my wife in dining room to check if what i saying was true. As three of them in back i guess figured out what to do, they decided that they would "work on it."i have no idea exactly why they said "work on it." i said ok and can i have my receipt back. They said no. I turned to go back to my table and a employee said , give him a cookie. ? a cookie after now at about 40 minutes no food. Me and my wife just going to take an Arby cookie, break in half and be happy. i said i don't want a cookie. I sat down, we waited another 10min. It now had to be near 50min, we decided to leave. We left telling them we didn't want our food and keep the money. We just wanted out of there. On the way out they said; We are working on it. Apparently all they did was put us in the que for pending orders and they were servicing the drive through window and that put us in order with people at the window. So it clearly would of been 15 more minute. This is the worst place ran business hands down. O! and the manager just sat at a table about 2 from us and did nothin. Nothing. Nothing. just sipped her drink and ate her brought from home meal. read more

I visited my local Arby's today. I was shocked and amazed and disappointed that they no longer serve potato cakes. It was a signature item. The crinkle fries are great, but they should bring the potato cakes back. read more

They really need to get their act together. Fries are often not hot (even during peak times of day), the jamocha shakes are more vanilla than mocha, and they had incorrectly made my sandwich multiple times (I order no bun, just meat and cheese in a container). This latest time, they made it up with a bun, caught it before they gave it to me, and they just scraped the meat and cheese off the bun and put it into the container, so there ended up not being much cheese at all. read more

Went to Arby's for their advertised gyro. Very disappointed. It's like they got the ingredients right but when you put it all together the taste is missing. Bread is too light, meat has no seasoning and not enough sauce. I was sorry I bought 2. Hard to quantify but if you go to a real gyro place, you'd know the difference. read more

Food is good. Prices are high.. But they're the same compared to lions choice which is there most even competitor. The Rueben is my favorite. Boyfriend got the bbq stack meal and he loved it. Only issue is our medium fries were not full. For the price, the fries should be full! Still. Yum. Oh and I suggest dipping fries in bronco berry sauce. read more

I left a Wendy's for being ignored while standing at the counter. Arby's was my second choice. I think I'm one of the few people in St Louis that prefers Arbys over Lions Choice. I stood at the counter waiting to be acknowledged. I counted 5 employees mostly just hanging around the fryer being teenagers. I finally announced my presence by saying "Is anyone going to talk to me?" Loud enough to be heard. At that point I was greeted with "oh, my bad". Did Arbys change their slogan? I just left. As I left, "Mr My Bad" was back in the drive laugh and joking with his buddies. Is there no adult supervision? If there is no quality control on customer service, is there any for the product ot the kitchen in whitch its made? I doubt it anymore. read more

Tommy the manager is very friendly and helpful. He is a great leader and trains his employees to be fast and proficient. He is the model for customers service!! I wish all fast good restaurants have people like Tommy as a manager. read more
