I am usually very handy and can repair all my own appliances (tools provided). In the case of my LG front-load side-by-side washer, which needed a new drain pump, I was able to complete almost the entire job - but was stumped at one of the final steps: removing the existing pump and replacing it with the new one after I had exposed it. I had, however, taken all the steps prior to that, including my own diagnosis, and reached out to about 5 companies, letting them know my progress, the part number needed, and the small amount of work needed to be completed by a professional to complete the project. Out of all 5, SCK Home Services was the only one to communicate correctly with me via text, look at the photos of progress, understand the part number, and provide a reasonable quote to complete the project. Our washer began to malfunction. We reached out to a few places through yelp , but Sergei was the first to get back, offer to come look and diagnose . The others immediately wanted to change the control panel, the most expensive part. They were considerate. Removed their shoes before entering. Extremely clean. Very polite . A few hiccups .I thought it was the pump, he thought it was the pump. Waited 3 days, part arrived. It wasn't the pump. But his guy went above and beyond trying to get it to work . It ended up being a water level sensor in the control panel. It took more than a week to arrive. But... throughout the process , when prompted, communication was good. He didn't charge more to put in the sensor and installed it as quickly as schedule allowed . When the light didn't work, he came immediately, reprogrammed the board and got it to work. Sergei is an awesome guy. Hardworking , smart , honest, a good problem solver. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend. read more

Answered our questions with very short responses. Assessed the refrigerator for about 5 minutes. Quoted us over a thousand dollars for the repair with little explanation to our questions.
