I was referred by White Knight Steamer by my realtor. I have had my carpets cleaned in the past years but feel the quality of White Knight was beyond the service / quality of others. Rocco immediately returned my call and listened to what I wanted. We had another follow up conversation as well as multiple email correspondence regarding his services. He was flexible in working around my schedule. The quality of his work was better than expected. My carpet and furniture look very clean and felt the same. I am quite picky with any deodorizer but there was very little scent which was natural and clean. I have shopped around for lower prices and in previous years and have gone with the companies who offered a bit lower rate, however the quality did not come close to what I received with White Knight. If you want are ready to clean your carpets / furniture I highly recommend using White Knight Cleaners. You may save a little with the fly by night companies around but the finished work and service will not compare. read more

Jorge did an amazing job! Having my carpets cleaned is something I've always dreaded as I was never happy with the results, the smell, the little difference it made, or actually in some instances, making it worse. For this reason, our current carpet has never been cleaned since being installed almost 5-6 years ago. I was a bit skeptical (actually more than a bit) at every review being a 5-star for White Knight Steamer on Yelp but still contacted them, hoping for the best. After having Jorge here, it's clear that they've earned every 5-star review. He was professional, efficient, and kind. As with the other reviewers, I also had a fantastic experience with Rocco, who was professional, courteous, and effective. His van ended up running over a nail on the way to my house, but he contacted me via text (and a picture of the very, very flat tire) and kept me in the loop as he was getting it fixed. Once he arrived, he was happy to put on a mask if needed and was great about social distancing to the level of my comfort. I had asked about carpet stretching in one spot, but he pointed out where the problem came from and recommended for me NOT to do anything for it, which was an honest and generous assessment that I appreciated. I had White Knight come out and clean a wool area rug, upholstered bed, and sectional cushions. The rug had a few small stains but was more just dirty and matted and in need of a refresh. Our upholstered bed had a giant yellow stain due to what we now remember in my house as the "great puking incident of 2019". The cushion had numerous small stains that I could not get out on my own. I was a bit skeptical that even a professional cleaner would be able to get the stain out of our bed because it was so bad even after being treated with upholstery cleaner. I decided to try White Knight based on the other good reviews and I am extremely pleased with the service. They were able to get the stains out of our bed and couch cushions and our rug looks brand new! I have two cream-colored chairs that are 10+ years old and had never been cleaned. The were very badly stained and I had honestly limited my expectations for how much could be done to completely remove some of the darker spots. In the end, I was beyond surprised by the results - the chairs literally look brand new! Jorge did an exceptional job and I could not be more pleased. This was my first time using White Knight Steamer and I highly recommend them for upholstery cleaning. Pros- Competitive Pricing (cheapest of any other place called) No Pressure Knowledgeable Efficient Willing to go extra-mile on the cleaning (during). Doesn't miss a stitch. Picks up the phone, responds promptly, follows up. Actually calls before coming over. Estimated time of work to be performed, ie, will be there at 3:00 PM-They show up at 3:00 PM. Cons: NONE Our carpets look and feel brand new after every cleaning. I have used another "big name" service in the past and honestly the cost, finish (feeling/look) doesn't compare. I just love writing a review of a company when the service has been nothing short of EXCELLENT. I contacted Rocco,owner of White Knight Steamer because he has done a super great job on our carpets and had made mention that he also sells and installs carpeting. I told him what type of carpeting we needed and suggested some colors. He stopped at our home and, unlike others we had contacted, brought a great selection of carpet samples. We decided to go with his company and he promised us a MASTER INSTALLER and his installer, Rob, is truly a Master Installer and did an amazing job. I contacted White Knight on Saturday November 21st for a carpet and tile cleaning that I needed to be performed by Tuesday November 24th. Roco was extremely accomodating. He scheduled my appointment and informed me of my appointment window. On the day of my appointment he called to inform me that George, the technician, was on his way to my home.George arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. We walked the areas before he started the job and after the job was finished. George did an exceptional job in my home. This was my first time using White Knight, but I can assure it will not be my last. I will contact Rocco and his his team for all of my carpet and tile cleaning needs. read more

I do not normally recommend companies that is unless they do an exceptional job which White Knight Professional Carpet did! We had new carpet installed by one of the big box stores 5 years ago and over the last year year and half I have noticed it buckling in areas. So I continued to have them cleaned (I clean my carpets 3 times a year, I have 2 children and 2 large dogs) but the last time I had them cleaned the guy told me that it really really need to be repaired. So I called White Knight and Mr. Caputo came gave a reasonable estimate to repair and clean came back a week later and voila it looks amazing!!! I have used White Knight Steamer on two different occasions and couldn't be more pleased with their work. They respond promptly to communication, customer service is amazing, appointment times are easy to secure, and my carpet looked brand new after the cleaning. The first carpet they cleaned for me was 13 years old and you would never know after White Knight came in. My second cleaning was on pure white carpet that was extremely dirty from movers placing boxes on it. Jorge cleaned the carpet and once again, it looked like it was just installed. My carpets are three years new, but off white (and in areas brown)... They really needed some attention. I called Rocco and was able to get an appointment very quickly. Rocco let me know the Jorge would be my technician. I received a text from Rocco letting me know that Jorge would arrive shortly, and that's exactly what happened. Jorge is polite, knowledgeable, and one hard worker. Jorge offered to walk me through the house to review his work. WOW!!! White Knight did a phenomenal job!! Jorge did the entire house. He was on time, professional, friendly and extremely effectiet. Bought this house new in 2004 and the carpets have never been replaced. That being said they literally look brand new. I've had 3 Akita's in the last 14 years, all over 100 lbs so you can imagine the abuse these carpets have taken. They come out when they say they will...Rocco keeps me well Informed by of what I need to do to prepare so they can get their equipment in and out and calls beforehand to make sure I'm ready and have my dogs secured for the dogs to be comfortable. The worker, Gorge is a really professional guy who tells me exactly the price after seeing my rooms. Rocco set up an appointment on short notice. Our closing date was moved back by one day at the last minute. The carpet cleaning company I had scheduled could not reschedule. Rocco emailed and called the day of the appointment to confirm and to let me know when my crew would arrive. George showed up right on time. The realtor was delayed getting me the keys to the house by about 30 minutes. George kindly waited and offered to come back the next morning if that was better for me. White Knight is one of the most professional service companies I've encountered. Rocco is punctual, courteous, friendly, and he always leaves our rugs and furniture spotless. He has cleaned everything from Oriental rugs to rag rugs and couches, etc. to remove lots of pet accidents, dust, dirt, and baby spills. I needed work done within a 48 period of making the initial phone call. Rocco quoted me a very reasonable price over the phone without a ton of information from me and stuck by it after the job was completed. I work during the day so his flexibility to use a lock box to let himself in was a major help. At the end of the day the job was well done, and I even received a follow up email with tips about my carpets and what needed to come next. I would recommend 100%. Rocco is fantastic. My dog had an accident in our guest bedroom and then decided to rip the carpet up as well. We originally contacted Rocco to just clean the carpet but once Jax ripped it up we needed them to replace it instead. He acted quickly and efficiently to solve our problem and I could not be happier. The carpet is a near perfect match, you can barely, if at all, tell the difference. I have received excellent service from White Knight cleaners on 3 occasions. The last visit was a big challenge with fresh blood stains and old urine stains from my dogs. I was already choosing new flooring in my mind as I thought this 15-yr-old ivory carpet was hopeless! But Rocco made it look almost new again! He told me that some stains might resurface and he would come back out and re-treat them. He was true to his word when a couple of them wicked up.
