The car wash seems to be a scam. It's constantly on the fritz, does not clean the middle back of the vehicle. Not to worry because they still offer the car wash to anyone who had not already been victimized by them. The employee told me, on three separate occasions, on different dates to come back. (The tech would be there shortly) After explaining to him that I live an hour away and would like to either get a refund, or to be allowed to go through the wash again. Went here because my car needed a quick wash. I got the code from the guy in the booth, punched it in and proceeded into the little war wash. The water hose spit out about 10 seconds worth of water and then nothing else happened! I waited 3-4 minutes tried driving a bit forward and then a bit backwards-still nada. When I returned to the guy in the booth to ask if I was doing something wrong and he verified I wasn't. So I asked for a refund and he flatly denied me one. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! read more

good gas station prices are lowest in the area 10¢ off per gallon if you use carwash attendant is annoying at times, and the water to clean the windows is always nasty and dirty, i dont think it cost to much to put a bit of soap and water in each tank everyday, and you will make your customers happy but still cant beat the price and the location of it, its just so close to me and im lazy to go anywhere else, lol read more

Been coming to this gas station for over a year. You should only come here for gas, the rest is not worth it. The car wash is expensive for its quality even if you factor in the 20 cents off each gallon. The way they handle business is also shady and unprofessional. I bought a car wash while pumping gas 3 weeks ago & realized I didn't have enough time. Naturally, I saved the code and reminded myself to come back before the expiration date. I came on the expiration date and the code was invalid. Pressed the help button and no one came. Reparked my car, informed the staff, and was told that I had to use the car wash a week before the code expires. WTF. He gave me another code and lectured me on how I can't do "that" in the future. I go out of my way to get gas at this Shell station, even though it's a further drive for me than the one on Ventura Boulevard in Encino. Gas here is always a deal, plus they have an automated car wash that, though it gets kind of crowded, is worth it if you have the time. Especially because it gets you $0.20 off per gallon on gas. read more

The attendant who has, "been there for 10 years" didn't remember me after coming to this particular location for 6 months, refused a sale because my ID had been stolen the day prior. This strategically located gas station always has the lowest price in the area. It's always clean and you can usually get in and out of there pretty quick. However, this all depends on the line in front of the nearby Trader Joe's. The people that go to that specific place are animals. They don't car how far they back up traffic just to get in there. I have been patronizing this station for 20 years because it's been convenient. However I will not give them one more cent! I have been treated like dirt by the manager more than once and his employees are not much kinder. I purchase a car wash probably twice a month so I can reap the reward of paying less for gas. In return I had to deal with wash codes that were invalid and would then have to back out of the car wash line, go into the store and get another receipt with a code. I have put up with that as well, because again, the location is convenient for me. This last time I was told "too bad, you should've washed your car a week after getting your new receipt". The rude manager told me they tell all the customers that, which is not true. Even though the code wasn't expired, I'm just out of $7.00 because it's my fault. I agree with N N. and Daun H's reviews. These people are extremely rude. I filled up my tank and was cleaning my front and rear window when the guy comes and tells me the squeegees are not meant for cleaning your windows. I ask him what are they used for then and he mumbled something and walks away. Then he comes back and says move your car if you want to clean your windows, I tell him I'm almost done and I will leave right after. He tells me if I want to clean my windows to go to the park and not use their squeegee. What kind of customer service is this? I am a paying customer and should not be treated this way. read more

I would rate this gas station Zero stars if possible. These Illegal Immigrants are rude, uncivilized, & causing the owner of this gas station to lose business. MADURA made a mistake of overcharging me. I asked to charge $30 on my card total for gas & water. He wanted to charge me for the water in a separate transaction. I told him clearly that I don't want to spend over $30. He started calling me stupid & that I'm making stupid requests. His manager Felix came to help, but didn't understand English too well.. After explaining it to him for over 5 minutes, he said we'll give your money back & refuse service to resolve the matter. In these 5 minutes the gas station lost atleast 5 customers & lost me & my family as a customer forever which would be over $12,000 a year in gas. In the past I've waited a very long time for them to finish counting the register. After 5 minutes wait, when I requested for them to please hurry as I'm running late: Madura's reply, "Go somewhere else if you can't wait". These employees don't care if they lose business. Clearly, they hate their jobs & mistreat customers. Surely the $ me & my family spends here is more than what Madura makes. This gas station needs to hire LEGAL CITIZENS. They are clearly hiring Illegal Srilankan Immigrants that are rude, uncivilized, & costing the owner. I hope the owner has enough sense to make better choices in employees. Worst customer service EVER!!!! Gas pump #4 was leaking and I went in to tell the guy and he just laughed. I'm not joking around. He told me to check my meter in my car to see if there is any gas in my car, of course there is gas!! but the nozzle was dripping gas, it's not like ALL the gas leaked onto the floor. I told him it was dripping, and he just kept laughing, I showed him gas on my hands from the handle and he didn't even care.!! He said "oh it's just a little bit" yea you asshole! That's my money going onto the floor. Not everyone has money to just throw around on the floor not even a "little bit". I have been robbed here too about 6 months ago. Ralphs points get stolen at this location!! I've only come to this location for 2 years and I recently used my ralphs card and the cashier told me I didnt have enough points when my mother in law just took me grocery shopping a week earlier and we spent 300 dollars! I called Kroger and asked where my points went. They said that someone used "1 cent" worth of gas and took all 300 points. I knew they were doing something suspicios!!! I called police right away about gas leak and Kroger is investigating theft on this location. This location will never get my business again! Terrible!! read more
