If you're able to snag a seat on the outside patio it is definitely worth a trip to this location. The food and coffee are good and the service is also good but the patio is so relaxing that I can sit for hours!! They've created a great atmosphere out there. However there have been many times where I've driven all the way there to realize that the place was entirely too cramped both inside and out. These days are extremely disappointing. It's certainly no hidden gem. The community knows about it and goes OFTEN so get there early. read more

I found another doozy today! Very excited to tell everyone that White Rhino Coffee is a new 'go to' spot in the metroplex. They have several locations that I didn't know existed which is great because they have a rewards program for frequent visitors. I was greeted right away by some friendly faces behind the counter and ordered some Cold Brew Latte's for myself and a few clients. The Cold Brew was medium roast and not over brewed, making it taste very fresh and the furthest thing from bitter. I got notes of blueberry, kumquat and floral at the end. Very palatable! I always get mine without ice so I can taste different notes, uninterrupted by the ice water accumulation and also as the coffee warms up a little, it will bring some other flavors out if you really pay attention. The coffee they brew is made in Dallas by a company called TWEED. They also had an array of treats and eats which all sounded (and looked) so delicious and I will certainly be trying out the menu when I am back for my second round. As of today, it was all about getting and sharing the gift of caffeine. I think you all will love White Rhino Coffee and encourage you to try out a new shop like this and keep it local. Great little hidden spot in downtown. Both the food and drinks are really good. I usually get a cappuccino with coconut milk but they've got a good drink selection on the menu I love the avocado toast but make sure to check to the pastries! The strawberry rhubarb muffin was BOMB!! read more

I am delighted that my money was well worth the trip! I got a few different items off the menu so I can write a decent review. Lets start with the coffee. I ordered the Toasted Coconut Latte with coconut milk and my taste buds immediately became friends with the drink. If you love coconut this is a must try. The grilled cheese has Gouda and Cheddar and it's made on sourdough bread. Made to perfection and warmed my soul. The Strawberry-Rhubarb Muffin is an excellent add on item also. Flavor and moist, I am amazed and will definitely get this again. I also have to note the staff was extremely friendly and helpful with my selections. read more

I have been to every White Rhino location, and this is definitely the worst location out of all of them. (Which makes me sad because it's the closest to me!) The main problem I have with it, is that all 4 times I've given this location another chance, they've been out of like 3 food options, so I'm left with only grilled cheese or avocado toast as my option. And I swear, the other locations' coffee tastes better! My bf gets the "mint condition" and it always tastes mintier and just more accurate? at other locations. I have been to other White Rhino locations before visiting this one, and I can wholeheartedly say that this location continues to provide great vibes and great drinks! Their teas are really special and are served in the actual teapot. This time around though, I ordered a 'whole latte love' with almond milk alternative. I didn't order any extra shots, so it was a bit weak, but overall great flavor and taste. I definitely recommend coming here as it is super close to the UTA campus and would be great for studying! I ordered a basic latte and coffee. It took 18 minutes for them to come out. That is too long for my taste, especially since there was no wait and not a big crowd. it appears they were severely understaffed. The latte was super tasty and I enjoyed it. We also orders breakfast tacos. They were weirdly crunchy and dry-- maybe it just not my favorite because I'm from Houston and I'm used to quality breakfast tacos. read more

Love the fact that the employees are trained well; they are welcoming, professional, and prompt. I always visit the location in Waxahachie and have enjoyed the food and the coffee. On this visit to the Arlington location, things were not quite the same. The breakfast tacos of eggs and bacon on corn tortillas need some help. I've been to White Rhino before, the Cedar Hill location. I've been trying to figure out who has the best coffee, I've had Starbucks, America's Best Coffee, Dutch Bros, Dunkin and Bahama Bucks coffee recently. White Rhino in Arlington had my favorite coffee so far, it was really good and a good price. They forgot something in my order and I'm pretty sure they gave it to me for free once I told them it was missing, either way good service and the German chocolate coffee is amazing. read more

Service was alright, making my single drink was slow to where I had to park my car in the drive thru (I was the only one there too). Would maybe visit here again on a whim, but not any time soon. We was looking at houses in this area and decided to stop for coffee cuz house hunting is exhausting..lol. The first time I got the passion Jasmine tea. It was okay. Tasted more watery than it did tea or passion fruit. The sebastion coffee was so good that day, but the next visit it was just alright. It didn't taste like our first visit. The monkey bread was hard, but the chocolate chip oatmeal cookie..whatever cookie it was, was delicious. Nice place, but doesn't seem to be consistent. read more

Today was my 1st time visiting a White Rhino Coffee location. I was in the area dropping off my son for his SAT test at UTA and decided to stop by. I ordered via the convenient drive-thru & got a large iced Snickerdoodle latte and 2 bacon Texas breakfast tacos. The coffee was yummy and comparable to a Cinnamon Dolce latte from Starbucks (which is my fave coffee from them). I ordered a Large & that's what it says on the sticker but I think I got a Small because I was charged for the smaller size ($5.25). Other than that, I would buy this coffee again. The tacos were another story. One was stuffed more with the eggs, cheese & bacon (tasted better too) while the other had less in it and tasted a little different. It probably would've helped if I had added some of the Salsa Roja but I'm not a spicy salsa type of person. I did taste it a little after my tacos were gone. It was not as spicy as I thought it would be and had good flavoring to it. For next time, I will probably not get the tacos again though. They seemed a little overpriced for what I got ($5.95). I signed up to receive rewards for my future visits. I was told I will get a free coffee at my next visit. Yay! I think I will try the Whole Latte Love (lavender honey) latte next time. read more

I wanted to give them 5 stars, and wanted to love them but I can't. I love that they are close to my job so it's convenient, I downloaded the app and was able to get a free first drink and points add up quickly! Buttttttt, the prices are a bit high for the quality. I ordered the maple chicken biscuit that everyone raves about. The bread was dry, and the sauce that comes on the biscuit tasted like horseradish which is not pleasant to me in the morning, but maybe it's not meant to be a breakfast sandwich. The coffee is okay, it's not as strong as I'd hope for the price. I paid $16 for an iced coffee and biscuit sandwich, so I expected better quality. I think it's a bit overrated. I think I'll stick to ordering plain coffee here. read more

I was excited to see that a White Rhino opened up in Arlington near my family home. I've been to the location in Bishop Arts and have loved my lattes (plus the interior of the cafe). I haven't visited the inside of this one yet because it has a drive-thru! I've always wished for more drive thru coffee shops - why aren't there more than Starbucks and Dunkin? So excited about that. Sadly the snickerdoodle latte I got, my go-to order, wasn't up to standard to the previous ones I've gotten at the Dallas location. It tasted quite watered down and low on coffee flavor, and I got a large when I had ordered a small (12oz). Not sure if the watered down situation was due to the size issue as well. I hope it was just a one-time mistake as it's hard to pass up the convenience of this new location! 4 stars for the potential and very friendly service. read more

Worst experience ever. The customer service honestly sucks from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. I walked in and wasn't greeted at all, I would understand if they were really busy but they weren't, I walked up to the register and waited even after a girl mad eye contact with me then still continued to wait a little bit more after that. I proceeded to order and got what I would order everywhere else which is 4 shots of espresso over ice with almond milk and on the side sugar free syrups so I can add it to my liking. Well when I receive the coffee they gave it to me in a hot coffee cup so I called the guy over who made the coffee that I had actually ordered an iced coffee and he said uh yeah it is iced so I picked it up and just asked him if I could just get it in a plastic ice cup and he rudely handed it to me without the lid so then I asked him if I could please have a lid and he basically tossed it mad at me. Now get this when I talked to him my tone was normal and I wasn't even mad so I'm not sure what made him get mad. Also as I was pouring the coffee on to the other cup I heard one of the girls tell him "it's okay go drink some water, you need to cool off KEVIN." And I just left. My plan was to sit drink coffee and do some work but I felt so uncomfortable doing so. Also I paid 13$ for a tiny piece of crap coffee. It took over 15 minutes to get our coffee (one drip and one small latte) and the tacos were mediocre. I'd recommend trying somewhere else.

Overpriced and hard to access, just make coffee at home. You'll be glad you did!!!!!!
