While the buying experience is not meant to be great, it just went down hill from there. The most recent debacle was with the "Service" Department (air quotes intentional). After being contacted and told the part was in and that it could be installed today at 2pm, I dropped the vehicle off. I heard nothing, made a call to voice mail, nothing, and went down there only to find the part was not installed and no one had even bothered to contact me about this. What were they going to do at closing? Just leave my truck in their parking lot. Unbelievably bad service. read more

Made an appointment(3/7/2024), for a front end evaluation because of a suspension related squeaking sound. Service department rep rode with me to verify, then proceeded with a troubleshooting check to isolate the problem. Approximately one hour later, I was informed by the shop foreman that no definite problems could be found. The shop foreman explained that he tightened some of the bushings and confirmed that the front end was solid. The car has just over 94k miles on it. The normal labor fee is $160/hr., I was not charged for the evaluation or the service performed tightening the bushings. Excellent C/S! Thank You! read more

WQCM sold me a Platinum Extended Warranty when I purchased my truck from them. I finally had to use my warranty and I was told by the service dept that only parts were covered. I called the warranty company and they stated I had purchased the Platinum Warranty and everything was covered. The Service Dept also quoted a 3.5 hour labor bill to install the warrantied part but warranty only paid 1.5 hours. Part was installed in 1.45 hours and they still tried charging me 3.5 hours for labor. I'm pretty sure I was being taken advantage of completely by the WQCM Service Dept and I will not be returning to Queen City Motors ever after being a repeat customer. We purchased a certified used truck here and part of the deal was to move our fifth wheel hitch from our old truck to our new truck. The facility looks great, the cars look great but the service is terrible. The saleswoman I talked with was incredibly pushy and everyone treated me very poorly once I changed my mind. I showed up in response to a special they were offering only to find it was grossly misrepresented once I decided to back out the male salesmen were standing nearby glaring and crossing their arms. One of the salesmen even joked that if the lady I was talking with didn't get a sale she would go crazy was known to come in with a gun. Over all the personnel were rude, pushy, deceptive, and aggressive if not hostile if you change your mind. read more

You went the extra mile to help me get the answers I needed regarding my situation. Thank you for listening and being honest with me when things did not turn out and I was feeling feeling defeated. I recently had my very first accident by hitting a deer head on, while on my way to work. I decided to go to Nick while considering my options on whether to get a new vehicle or do the repairs to my current one. The Nick took the time to listen to the situation, regarding all the fine details and then worked with his boss to work out a deal on that would work for my situation. He then took the time to look up the criteria I needed met for my living style. Even though I was not able to get a newer vehicle; Nick and the finance team fought with multiple banks to try and help me. This dealership team, especially Nick went above and beyond what they needed too, and I wanted to thank him and those that were involved, from the bottem of my heart. The great service and friendly staff have me highly considering using their service dept. to help with at least part if not all the repairs of the my vehicle, instead of doing these repairs myself. (Like I normally do.) The service bays were also clean and well organized, while those I saw working were knowledgeable about the vehicles the were working on, the day I stopped into see Nick. When I next consider/am able to upgrade my vehicle I will certainly have Nick, and the White Queen's City team at the top of my list when I start looking again. I took my 2016 Camaro 2SS in for its first oil change. Rod(checked car in)The car has only 2500 miles on it. They told me I had a recall for a bolt that needs cut off and a tranny line replaced. I came to find out that they had the front end completely removed from car. They did this and didn't tell me first before the mutilated my car. You don't take a new car and tear it down like that without telling the owner or customer first!!! I called and talked to Randy(general manager) and he evidently cannot handle an upset customer as he hung up on me. This tells me that they have had so many disgruntle customers or they just did not care. Deric(service manager) told me that it was to late so just live with it.. I am contacting the BBB,GM and putting as many negative reviews as I can on as many sights as I can. If I can save a bunch of people from dealing with this dealership,I will be doing the world a favor. This is not over!! read more

This place really makes me wonder... I am a family member of GM Employees and have purchased a number of cars in my life time. So I know my way around a dealership. I was home to visit my parents and they needed new washer blades, simple task. Call before going over to make sure they carried genuine GM parts was advised they did. Asked if had them for our vehicle. Was advised yes they did.. Went at the time they asked us to. When I arrived I am then advised that the wipers were no longer available and where DISCONTINUED. I said really.. I find that hard to believe. There was a lady sitting at her desk that over heard the conversation and another man came up to her and I overheard her ask if they had those wipers blades and he said yes they do but they are out of stock on them. When I went to pay, I stated that I had over heard her conversation and did not like being lied to as I knew there was no way that GM had discontinue wiper blades. I would have to advise anyone that goes here to beware. They have taken advantage of my parents for the last time. read more

We encountered issues with our truck as we were traveling East on I90, towing our 5th wheel travel trailer. Our plan was to limp to Rapid City, but the situation worsened. Just then, I saw a Chevy dealer sign from the Interstate. We drove in at about 2 pm and explained the situation and asked if they could take it. They said they could, and even sent a young woman with us to direct us where to drop the trailer. Three hours later we walked out, thankful to be on our way again! read more

I am a single mother with little income, I got a used car because that was all I could afford and I live out in the country, I told them I just need a reliable car to get me to work , well the next paycheck I got I took it to a mechanic to get spark plugs for it and the mechanic said all he did was just drive it a short way and said there is no way I should drive it anywhere because of aal these problems it has and said that car is not even worth fixing it would have cost more then a thousand dollars to fix , he said they knew when they sold the car, you expect some things to go wrong on a used car but that is outragous, now I got to save for another car and me and my kids have to walk in freezing weather I would never trust them again they should have junked the car , not sold it to someone read more

These guys totally knocked it out of the park! I purchased a new Tahoe from a dealer in my hometown and had it in the Hills area. For some reason it went into 4 wheel drive and would not come out. We went to White Queen City Motors and the service dept was closed, but the sales manager said he would hook it up to a computer and see what he could figure out. While he couldn't determine the problem, he did what he could so we could finish our trip and drive it home and to boot, let us use a vehicle off their lot to run around and grab a bite to eat. I've bought several cars here for me and my family. THe place is clean and professional. There are several car salesmen that I like working with. But after our last car purchase, I really don't think we will be back. The finance guy is so pushy to the point of insulting us if we don't agree to the extended warranty purchase. He did not inform us of key details of our financing, but he berrated us endlessly about buying the extended warranty. He interupted our conversation with our car salesman to drag us into his office, we never really had the opportunity to finish getting details about the car. We found out that the purchase included several free months of Satelite Radio, but we only found that out when we started getting junk mail months later to renew our prevously-free subscription. No one told us. We would have used it had we known. We left messages for the dealer owner to call us but he never did. I guess he really doesn't care. We are gonna need to replace a car by this time next year, and I would like to work with salesmen I like, but I dread, dread the disrespect we get from the finance guy. read more
