Quick place to wash the car and you get free vacuum self service. Can't complain for the price! I highly recommend them to everyone

The one time I took my new car here, a rubber strip on the roof of the car was ripped off during the wash. I noticed it immediately after my car exited, mentioned it to management who said he'd look for it after the place closed. I explained that my car was new, for Pete's sake! Go find my missing part. Nope! He couldn't be bothered. Of course, I NEVER got a call from him, and of course I had to pay for a new part. Thanks for nothing! Never have gone back. read more

This is a great carwash overall. From the way you drive up and pick your choice of what wash you want, to how the staff directs you onto the pulley belt. I have never had any issue with this car wash, only great things. Plus the free vacuums is a steal. read more

So I've always gone here, never had a problem. I go, twice a week to vacuum, once a week to wash my car. I had an issue once where myself (black woman) and a Hispanic guy were there at 8. The manager did not turn on the vacs and it was after 8 am. He saw us there and proceeded to do other things ignoring us. The Hispanic guy asked him to turn on the pumps and he said he was doing other things first. 8.15am and we were still waiting. A white male drove up and the manager immediately turns on the pump. I didn't say a word, vacuumed my car, washed out and left. I figured it was just a manager having a bad day. Today, I get there and was wanting to vacuum my car and was told I have to wash it first. That makes no damn sense! I always vacuum before I wash. So basically what they are trying to do is force folk to not use the vacs and drive off. It's a cost of doing business, you are alienating your customers by putting stupid/petty rules in place and this is why businesses loose money. Don't support this foolishness. Overall clean car wash. Vaccuum pressure is low occasionally, but they always work on getting it fixed ASAP. I always see them help people when they need it. I've had a membership for both of our families vehicles for a couple years now. I'd 100% recommend Rev. read more

Absolutely horrible wash job!! My windows still had dirt and spots all over my vehicle. I paid for the "best" wash and it sucked. The vacuum broke on me and took for to use. this is probably the worst place to work as an employee, they pay is decent for the work but after working there you will never receive your w2 to file your taxes, I've called and called 2 locations and can't get through and the one time someone answered and took my information down to get it to corporate and get it handled, still haven't heard back. Hands down, worst car wash.. not sure if the equipment is just old or broken.. i chose the CHEAP wash because just wanted the dirt wiped off.. not looking for detail or sparkling rims etc.. front and rear of car look similar to when driven in.. bent front license plate.. perhaps if I paid the premium price I'd get more, but doubt it.. read more

I have been going to this car wash since it opened, i always receive the best service not only from the "car wash" but the staff as well. There are two individuals that have really kept me coming "Katelyn & Lane" they are awesome! Just recently I went through my regular wash routine but as I was going through the wash, it didn't really work right. So I went back to the front where Lane didn't skip a beat and sent me back threw with the best wash! Let's just say that's the only wash I get now! Track broke down two different times while I was inside. Vacuum effectiveness is spotty. The wash isn't always thorough. For a period I opted for the Fast Pass, but that didn't work out. Most of the attendants have been pleasant. One chunky guy whose been there from the start is obnoxious - I figured management would have figured that out by now? How well your rear window wiper is taped will determine damage or not. I fixed mine myself once. Bottom line, you have a choice. We're done doing business. I moved down the street for a better wash for less. read more

Vacuums don't work/ doesn't even wash my car. The vacuums are all broken terribly to the point where you just want your money back or you just move spots just to find out that the other vacuum is broken, the prices do not match the service and by that I mean it's kinda high and doesn't clean my car well. Went through this morning...noticed immediately there was dirt on my hood. Talked to the attendant and asked to go through a second time. Second time there was more dirt on the hood. When I talked to the attendant the second time and showed him the dirt again he just looked at me blankly and did nothing while the other attendant tried to look busy so he didn't have to get involved. Contacted management via phone and through their website in order to get a refund. Seems silly to pay for a car wash that makes your car dirtier. (My guess is that the area in the end of the wash near the blowers is filthy and that the blowers are blowing dirt from the floor back into the car) These guys should have known better. This is not a good car wash to go to, in theory everything seems to be great. That is until you have a problem. Two weeks ago I went to REV car wash in Rowlett, and my tire pressure cap was slashed in half. I contacted the corporate office after no success with reaching a manager. I went to the Rev car wash on three additional occasions looking for the manager who was never there. He never returned any of my calls, it was a complete lack of customer service, and customer relations. I started going to Lakeview car wash just two miles opposite of the Rev car wash at Rowlett for more favorable and a full service experience. You don't get the membership for us that are in the hustle and bustle of life but that is totally what the REV car wash counts on to take advantage of you and the lack of competition in Rowlett. read more

I cancelled my membership at this car wash in December. I have continued to be charged monthly rates into March. The manager has failed to respond to guarantee me that I will not continue to be charged. I have emailed him and stopped by to leave a message in person....no response. Be carful when signing up for their memberships. read more

BEWARE!! DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH Following the review below, my car was damaged and no, nobody has contacted me either by phone or email after my car was damaged almost two months ago, so, no, we haven't been in contact since November 5, I've been basically begging calling and sending emails about this situation and always get the same answer "my manager will call you" I've already send estimates to two managers and no response, it really shouldn't take that long to at least give me a callback or send me a courtesy email, yet my husband gives a bad review on yelp and gets an immediate answer, very unprofessional, needless to say I'm canceling also my membership. It's a shame because I thought the service was a good deal and that's why I got the membership, but the personnel running this car wash acts like they don't care. Love this car wash. Feels very clean and classy. There is never anyone playing loud ghetto music either. I like the people that work there as well, they are always friendly and helpful. You can tell they keep the car wash up as it is always clean and well maintained (trash cans are always empty). We have three cars, a truck, suv and a sports car. We take all three in 2-4x a month. You are actually supposed to go once a week to maintain your paint but with 4 children I don't have time. Anyway, I love Rev and we have never had any issue with the wash. Occasionally there will be some dirt spots if it is extra dirty but for the price and unlimited vacuums it's a great deal to wipe a few myself. I do like to bring a towel to dry a few spots my self anyway. read more

I always vacuum my car first then wash it and wipe it down & today I was told I was not allowed to do that. The guy got in my face and told me to wash my car first or he was calling the cops. I told him to go ahead plus the sign reads free vacuum!!!!! Regardless when I told him I was calling them he backed down and told me to go ahead and vacuum my car....to late I had already called the cops. Poor poor poor poor customer services here!!!!! I love this place. They have wash plans that charge monthly, but you can go as often as you like during the month. My wife and I did the basic wash monthly package ($14.99) and don't regret it at all. We just drive right in, don't pay anything to the machine, and are out in less than 5 minutes. Free vacs are great. Unlike another reviewer, I've never had any issues with the vacuums. Because of the convenience we go through the wash 2-3 times per week. read more

I took my 2013 Car to this car wash. I have been here a few times and always have a great clean car. Well this time the employee on duty who checks the car before it goes into the wash tunnel did not apply enough tape to secure my rear windshield wiper. So of course the Wiper blade and arm broke. Over $67 in damage play labor that the car was in not willing to cover. This was a factory item not a after market. The manager on duty told me that they normally dont cover rear windshield wipers on older cars. They have once covered a wiper and arm but it was on a new car. How does my 2013 not qualify? Also manager on duty threw my broken wiper and what tape was used in the trash probably trying to hide the evidence. I made him dig it out. The next day the GM told me he would not cover the wiper and arm. They just don't cover factory parts of cars that break when their employees touch the part and secure it or not. read more

On December 2, 2018 I went to the location in Rowlett and lets just say I will never been returning. I am more than positive that my front license came off while going thur their wash and dryer process. It wasn't until I went to the Walmart directly across the street when I noticed this and immediately called. Excuse me for being considerate, I knew it was still business hours and I was fine with them calling me back once they had the opportunity to look, worst mistake ever. It is now December 10,2018 and I have called 3 times throughout the week sense Sunday the 2nd and no one has yet to return my phone call just to say yes we have it or no we don't. Every customer service "Woman" that answers the phone has a pure "Attitude",as if I'm bothering her (you need a new profession if you don't like answering the phone ladies), I guess customer services skills aren't needed for the car washing industry. Unfortunately I have a corporate job with business hours and don't have time to go up to the location everyday asking about my plates. What has me most upset about this business is the treatment and non-caring attitude of their employees. You guys could have called me back at some point in your 8 to 10 hour work day. read more

This is by far the worst car wash experience I've ever had. I went in earlier today because I wanted to use my promo code for a dollar wash. I was informed that I had to use my card because It's a monthly thing and there would be a reoccurring charge of 21$ a month. What had been failed to mention was that a 50$ hold would be placed on my card nor was it printed on my receipt after I paid for it. After realizing the charge was placed on my card I went back up there and asked for everything to be canceled. After having an employee call the area manager named Logan I was informed that Logan said that there's nothing that can be done and it's up to the bank. I then called my back and they informed me that he transaction was pending on the merchants end meaning all he had to do was cancel everything like I asked originally and the hold would be gone. He said it was out of his hands and that he wasn't coming up there. My car Was in pristine condition until Monday 9/1/14. I mentioned to Jacob, the young man in charge, that the front of my car was very dirty and he said 'just tell the girl to use the pressure washer on the front bumper area to make sure the car comes clean'. I did this and the young girl proceeded to (unbeknownst to me) hold the pressure hose so close to my car (to remove the bugs) that the clear coat was damaged all across the front. She told me that the manager would take care of it, but Jacob told me 'the car wash and pressure washer did not cause the damage'. I am waiting to hear from corporate as I write this. I believe the young girl was inexperienced and did not realize the damage she was causing to my car but it needs to be repaired regardless. read more

Just returned from washing my car here. Their equipment ripped off my rear wiper despite the fact that the attendant taped it. The blades came off and the whole assembly came off the socket. When I complained, I was told that sorry windshield wiper is one of the items we don't cover. In other words I am on my own and will need to replace the entire unit and for my SUV, I may be looking at close to $100.00 if not more. So anyone with an SUV that has a rear windshield wiper be better be warned. read more
