Awesome experience! My wife and I visited on a Wednesday for her birthday. We were warmly greated…read moreand seated immediately (we were a little early for our reservation). It's a pretty dark, steakhouse, vibe inside with old school Frank Sinatra-esque music in the background. The service level here was perfect, I love a place where the staff plays zone and if someone notices something then they cover it seamlessly. Nick was our server and took great care of us. we tried the following: Drinks - I had a dirty gin martini and my wife had a captain and diet (her go to) and both were perfectly mixed. Appetizers - We were really looking forward to the buratta appetizer, but it had just gone off menu, so we went with the goat cheese that replaced it, which was good (but I would cut down the number of sun-dried tomatoes by 1/3). My wife ordered the onion soup and really enjoyed it. Mains - My wife had the filet and said it was the best she has had in a long while. I am a sucker for lamb and wasn't feeling like a steak, so that is what I went with. Both were amazing and we both had mashed potatoes. Mine also came with carrots with a demi-glaze. Everything was delicious. Dessert - The restaurant was kind enough to serve my wife a complimentary dessert for her birthday. It was amazing, but we were so full we could only manage a few bites. Will definitely be back!!

Worth a stop if you are in southern WI, or you need an excuse for a $100 hamburger flight. If you forget to get your WI GA passport stamp (like i did), it's a nice reason to return for another visit. What a great place to fly in for Breakfast or Brunch, but not dinner because they are closed!…read more What you have here is an UPSCALE airport restaurant. Very nice, very clean, easy access from the parking lot or aircraft ramp. We dropped in for breakfast (for my wife) and lunch (for me). My wife ordered the Florentine Benny, with an order of Turkey Link sausage. I went with their proverbial $100 Hamburger with french fries. We also ordered their donuts which came with a cream cheese sauce for an appetizer. The burger was cooked as requested, and tasted great. The concept of the "$100 hamburger" is by the time you factor in gas, that's what one would cost. It's actually probably higher unless you have a short flight right now. The Florentine Benny (eggs Benedict) was enjoyed by my wife, who loves her egg dishes. Service was effective - it kept the water glasses filled, and even the soft drink and coffee cup filled. The bathrooms are shared with the FBO and were clean. This is a really great place to go for breakfast or lunch.

We ordered way too much food, but it was all so good. We ordered the large nachos which is no joke it is served on a pizza tray, and is huge. I was also excited about this fried potato appetizer; it was good but honestly did not live up to the hype in my mind. We ended up taking most of everything home to eat the next day, and it was all still delicious. The chipotle chicken and mushroom burger was delicious. The food was freshly prepared, and our waitress was extremely friendly and attentive. We already plan to return to this place, as there was other items on the menu that we wanted to try.

Attentive and friendly service as well. My hubs and I stopped for lunch and shared the "Farmer Turkey Club" and "Hub Salad". Check out the menu in the pic. Everything was super fresh, tasty and very reasonably priced. The salad was huge, as pictured, with a fresh made pear vinaigrette and the sandwich was stacked high as well. The club had a garlicky toasted bread which elevated the sandwich perfectly along with the thick sliced herbed Turkey! Will definitely be back to check out the dinner experience! Side note, great place to make a stop for charging your e-car right across the street or gas stations on all corners as well.

Home Town Hub - Short rib ravioli! Short rib was tender and the mushrooms were delicious! I felt it was a little salty. Nothing that can't be fixed.
