They are always attentive, always ready to help, and they genuinely seem to care about making sure customers get what they need. Every time I've gone in, it has been to have my Progressive Snapshot plugged in. Even though that is not their product and not really something they have to do, they still take the time to help me with it every single time. Said they couldn't give me an exchange on an injector because the solenoid shade looks different…read moreeven though mine is the same shade of color on their picture. They are remanufactured and will sometimes reuse old solenoids even tho the part picture shows the older dark ones and not the new ones. I called around to see if I could find a store with the older solenoids, and the store out in 4801 Mahoning Ave, Youngstown, OH 44515 still has one of the black ones not yellow. Waiting for my case to be resolved so I can come back for an exchange once they figure out it is in fact their part. I've been having a lots of problems getting faulty injectors from Advanced Auto I've also been through 2 HPOPs within a year before from them and decided to go online and pay extra for an Adrenaline HPOP for my 7.3, and so far so good. I'm very busy running a very successful business, and now I have no way of commuting until my case is resolved. Advanced Auto you have really let me down yet again, and did a frequent customer dirty. Never buying parts from Advanced Auto ever again!

Bought two brand new jet skis without financing. They gave us problems over not buying a trailer…read morefrom them. They did not give us any jet ski covers and no dealer incentives. The dealer also put old batteries in a brand new jet ski and removed the time stamp stickers and was left stranded on the lake. The jet skis are 2025 high output wave runners.
