I came by after lunch, they said it would be 7 PM. I showed up at 7, it wasn't ready. I came back 30 minutes later, the phone was ready and still hot from their repair, so I was obviously an afterthought. But the phone seemed ok, so I paid and left. Shortly after, the phone started to act strange (part of screen black, speaker crackling). I got sick over the Christmas break, so I couldn't come in person. I requested support via the contact form on their site. I got no response. When I felt better, I called to ask about my claim. They said they never received my web request and the 30 day warranty had expired. They never communicated that the warranty was 30 days. In fact, the only warranty info the site shows is 90 days. Regardless, I did reach out during that window but they did not honor their warranty. Now my phone needs multiple repairs. Worst experience. I would strongly advise against them.

He explained that if the repair person is not very familiar with the phone, they can mistakenly break these two components. My logicboard failed, but before I sent it off for repair I wanted to see if my Hard drive was screwed up too. Dropped it off and they said they would have an answer in about a week. After ten days I called them and they said they were just completing the scans and would call me back. They never did call me back. Twelve days after dropping it off I noticed an email from them that seemed to say that the hard drive was fine, but they recommended they could recover the data for $750. ...I'm not sure why they would charge so much when I could go to Best Buy and by a hard drive case for $30 and put the hard drive in that. I was confused so the next day I called and left a message asking if I could talk about the email. Again, they never returned my call. So the day after that I dropped by to pick it up. The gentleman working there was surprised to see me and asked if I had called ahead because my laptop was still disassembled. I explained that I had called yesterday but had yet to hear a reply. He then finished up with the customer he was currently working with and then promptly assembled my laptop and gave it back to me. They are nice in person and perhaps do good work, but in my particular instance they did not call when they said they would, did not return my phone calls, and was wanting to charge me a ridiculous amount for a very simple, easy task.
