Out of all these practitioners, Chase is my favorite because I got the best, most direct results from his treatment I have ever had with any acupuncturist. I had a case of tennis elbow that had been developing for several months to the point I could barely use my left arm and the pain would keep me from sleeping at night. I read a medical study that said acupuncture could be a good therapy. I went to see Chase and he put some needles in relevant points in my arm and did Tui Na chinese massage. Wow, after months of suffering, my pain was immediately reduced by 70%. A few days later the symptoms crept back, not as bad as before. I ended up seeing Chase weekly for the next six weeks and by the end, my arm pain was reduced 90% and my strength was much improved. I consider this a very good outcome, since many people suffer with tennis elbow for 6-12 months before it improves. With Chase I felt better immediately and my problem elbow was functionally healed in only 6 weeks. Chase is very analytical in his practice and thorough in applying his training. He works hard to figure out what is the best therapy for you. He is a nice person and you can tell he really cares about his patients and wants them to get a successful treatment. A bonus is that he is also a herbalist and if herbs can help your problem he will prescribe some for you. Also, I liked his treatment room which was a very peaceful private place to get acupuncture. I met with Chase weekly for about six weeks specifically to address the knee issues. In addition to the acupuncture, Chase did some cupping and recommended appropriate Chinese herbal medication. I was glad to feel noticeable improvement. Then along came the fall elections which left me anxious and worried. I asked Chase about redirecting some of the acupuncture treatment toward mental health and I found that to be very beneficial.
