I'm a regular here, not because the gas or even the location. They have the best car wash I've found! Not only does it do a great job cleaning my car but the owner goes above and beyond with customer service you just don't see anymore. Once you come out of the car wash you will see a table with cloths, windex and a bin to place your dirty cloths in. Several times I've come early enough to see the owner setting up the table. I was pretty blown away, seeing him, do it with such care, and taking the time to make sure his customers have the finishing touches they need. To the owner, whoever you are, THANK YOU!!! read more

I very politely asked for a refund but the clerk called his boss and told him to give me another car wash. Check your receipts. The night shift Cashier named Eshak likes to do funny business. I purchased some of those local snacks that come in the clear bags...pistachios and trail mix. They have big bold prices, no mistaking how much they cost. Transaction was complete. I asked for my receipt which by his reaction he didn't expect because he didn't hand it to me, I had to ask for it. As I walk out I noticed he charged me $1 extra between all the snacks, curious but no big deal I go back and let him know of the oversight and point at the prices on the bags. Easy fix right? Nope. Well he starts to explain that he manually added the additional money to cover the tax. Odd since the taxed amount shows ZERO. I point that out and tell him that that's not how that works. Besides, snacks are not taxable items. So anyway, he starts to raise his voice at me repeating the same thing and I remind him that I can hear just fine. He starts to laugh, you know that snarky sarcastic laugh and asks me what I want? Obviously my money. So I reply just fix it. Displeased with my request he hands me random change to appease me. Well he short changes me. If he hadnt already figured it out, I like to count. I remind him of the amount he felt at liberty to overcharge me by. He's clearly beyond annoyed and tells me to give him back his change and grabs a dollar from the register and hands it to me as if he's doing me a favor. I tell him thank you and walk away. He begins to talk under his breath clearly agitated by our prolonged interaction he waits and as I get farther away he says a few choice words and I can clearly hear him call me cheap...so I turn back around and asked him, "excuse me what did you just say?" Eshak is clearly not one for honesty as he does more funny business and fibs yet again by telling me he said "have a good day"....LIES! So In conclusion...Eshak lies and cheats and get upset with you when he gets caught. Gaslighting at the gas station. read more

They always have gas. Good snacks & water etc. Nice staff. Car wash can be a hit and miss I'd say about a 50-50 shot of a nice clean dry wash, sometimes when it's done it leaks water as you drive out it leaks droplets going from the front to the back your ca. A few times it's even left soap on the passenger side of the car during the rinse and dry. But if you go tell the cashier they will make it right (another wash) just show them your receipt. read more

If you drive anything other than a small/mid size vehicle please stay away from this car wash. The car wash arm that goes around the vehicle broke off my side mirror during the drying stage. Washed the car fine with plenty of space in between arm and vehicle, but broke my mirror during the drying stage on the last pass. The store attendant could not do anything on the spot but said the cameras in the car wash would prove my story and gave me the District managers number. I could not get anywhere with the district manager he implied I moved my vehicle during drying stage and has been avoiding my calls. I've asked him to look at the video the attendant referred to. $450 later I got my car fixed out of my own pocket. read more

This gas station is one of the costliest around and the windsheild washing fluid is just water with nothing added. Most stations add a little dawn detergent to help clean windscreens, but not this station. They are too cheap even for two drops of detergent. read more

After a long day of working. Then picking up a tantrum throwing 4 year old, I was so beat, that I threw away their windshield squeegee. I then dug into the trash to find it ( because I'm not a jerk). Somehow in the process I lost my receipt with the car wash code. I pressed help and asked the employee to do a reprint. He said I would need to come in to get it. After already battling with my child to get her in the car seat, the last thing I wanted to do was take her out and go in and repeat that drama all over again. I was so tired that I felt like just loosing out on the $6 and going home. While standing there looking pathetic, the employee came running out. I had never complained or told him I had a kid in the car. He said he could see me all the way down at the end with my child in the car. He really made my day!!!!! This is a good, convenient gas station. The extra mile has everything you would be looking for in a gas station store. The pumps are conveniently accessible with more than enough space and never gets congested with traffic. Another plus side is it has a drive thru car wash as well and offers a coupon deal.
