I drive a Tesla, which is a relatively straightforward vehicle to wash because of its simple body lines. That should make it easier to spot leftover dirt and ensure the vehicle is thoroughly dried. Instead, it felt like the focus was on moving quickly to the next vehicle rather than taking a few extra minutes to make sure the job was complete. Considering the price of the service, I expected better quality and attention to detail. Convenience brought me here this time, but quality is what brings customers back. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I'll probably drive a little farther next time for a car wash that puts more emphasis on the finished product.

I was prepared to wait 45 min and they should have taken the 45 minutes if that meant washing the car... a small SUV, a black X3. I will never visit this car wash again and I mean never. I typically go during a week/work day and it's not busy. I was there for an hour and a half today. But there were a lot of cars so I knew there would be a wait when I chose to still go in. The service is always great though - everyone greets you and is friendly and even when leaving, people are always saying have a great day. Variety of seating inside and outside. The man who checked my car in kept insisting that per his boss my BMW was "too low" to go through the tunnel and told me I had to pay $40 for a hand wash. Ummm... there was literally a BMW 3 Series JUST LIKE MINE right before me that went through the tunnel! Make it make sense. I even told them I've been a loyal customer for years, and they still insisted. At this point, it really felt like they just saw an opportunity to charge me more. And honestly, it's not the $40--it's the principle. I absolutely HATE feeling like a business is taking advantage of customers to make a quick buck. If the policy is truly about certain cars being "too low," then why was the BMW right in front of me allowed through? After years of being a customer, this is how you lose one. My Camera won't pick up the marks on my windshield but you can see on my side mirrors the damage it's done to my paint. Both side mirrors are damaged and I have little micro cracks on my windshield where it seems that rocks have hit against it ): I probably will not be taking my car through these washes again
