3 stars because I've had good experiences in the past and to the customer service and prices. However I went about a month ago to get a wash and although I knew there were risks going through these drive through washes, I didn't think it'd be this bad. My Camera won't pick up the marks on my windshield but you can see on my side mirrors the damage it's done to my paint. Both side mirrors are damaged and I have little micro cracks on my windshield where it seems that rocks have hit against it ): I probably will not be taking my car through these washes again read more

I went through their car wash and their car wash scratched my car so bad. We went back to talk to them and their manager said they wont do anything and he doubted the deep long scratch happened at their car wash. The manager made sure we saw the sign that says they are not responsible for any scratches. Do not come here. They do not hold themselves responsible when their machines ruin your property. I'll start off by saying the staff are really nice and helpful. They do their job, and for that I am appreciative of. My issue is with the business, specifically the managers and owner. On August 12, I came to this car wash and signed up for a membership. During that visit, one of their machines made a huge scratch at the bottom of my driver side door. I immediately showed the staff and manager on duty, they documented it, took pictures, and said they would be in touch the next day. After waiting 5 days with no contact, I called them to inquire about my incident report. They said they would have a manager call me. That never happened. A few days later, I I called again. Same response, same action; no one contacted me. This continued for weeks, even after I showed up in person three times to inquire. Still no contact from them. It is very obvious and apparent that both the managers and owner have been dodging me and intentionally not following up with me on this matter. I have been very patient, but since they want to avoid me, I will escalate this matter. I wanted to work this out with them, but they are unprofessional and unwilling to take accountability for the incident caused by their machines. I cancelled my membership and still haven't received my refund yet. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! I'm extremely disappointed with this drive-thru car wash. I am left with visible scratches all over the hood to the back of my car .The damage is obvious and was not there before the wash. What's even worse is the way the situation was handled. When I called to report the issue, I was basically brushed off and told there was nothing they could do about it. No accountability, no attempt to make it right just a complete lack of customer care. read more

I've been coming here for the last 10 years. The service is always good and there is rarely a line. Depending on the service you get, you can get a micro fiber towel, polishing towelette, and an air freshener. I like that they have the wide and narrow vacuum nozzle at each parking spot. I've never used it but they also have a mat cleaner machine which I think its pretty cool. Will always be coming back and 100% recommend. read more

BEWARE: I have been coming here for many years bringing multiple cars. In 2023 I got the monthly membership for my daily commuter Mazda CX5. On 2/12/26 I drove through the wash and one of their blowers kicked up my drivers side wiper. The rolling horizontal brush at the end of the cycle came down and broke my wiper arm and then broke my windshield. They took an incident report and said that the owner/manager would contact me within 1-2 days. That they also needed to look at the video. They went back and picked up my broken wiper from the floor. Since I did not receive a phone call I have now gone back two more times to speak to someone and they are ghosting me. I replaced the windshield and purchased a wiper arm spending almost $400. They never responded and basically I'm stuck with the cost of repairs. My recommendation is be very careful as the equipment at this place is not taken care of and may cause damage to your vehicle. There is a new car wash that will open soon right down the street. They will get our future business. read more

Do not come to this car wash, they damaged my new truck & do not want to be responsible for the damages! I bought the truck in may & the damages were made in July! The employee & owner are stating that only some of the damages were created from their machines! The tried to say I had those damages on my truck prior! But my truck was literally maybe 2 months old???? Thousands of dollars in damages & they do not own up to their mistakes avoid this drive thru wash at all costs!!!! read more

I've been coming to this car wash for a while now for a quick car wash. The guy with the curlyish hair working today 3/16 at around noon is amazing! Give this guy a raise! He always rinses my car down before it runs through the wash, making it get a better clean! There's been some lazy people here who sprinkle some water on it but this guy is great! read more
