Heard of Amazon Go, but never been to one until now! It's one of those convenience stores where you walk in scan your Amazon membership and go around the store grabbing and going out. So it looks like you did not pay, but in fact you did since everything you do in the store is tracked. There are cameras all over the store like the ones right above you. They watch was you pick-up and buy and when you walk out after a few hours, they send you a receipt of what you bought and charged the method of payment you have with Amazon. There's hardly anyone around. Maybe saw one person in the store working there. It's a neat concept where there is no need for human contact. The only time you may need human contact is for your food order. There's like a built in fast food store inside where you can order like a chicken sandwich and they don't make it until you order it. My favorite thing about this place are the drink machines. Like the slurpee machines at a 7 eleven where it's self served, it's the same, however there's no judgement on what you bought or how you filled it up. There's also coffee machines for regular coffee and another for a bit more complex drinks like cappuccino, Americano, latte...etc. You can customize it a bit like the milk and flavor . There's also grab and go food, like sandwiches and sushi like you would find at an Amazon Fresh, but it's way more expensive here than at the Amazon Fresh location. It's a gimmick, so if you've never been to one check it out.

**EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW FOR AMAZON RETURNS** Why Amazon returns? Because Amazon has once again, removed return options from UPS locations to Amazon owned locations such as Amazon Go. Unfortunately for me, the closest location is 30 minutes away from me with no direct freeway. As for the actual return experience though, it was flawless and seamless. I walked in 10 minutes before closing time, opened up my in-store QR code which the directions prompted me to prepare ahead of time, found the counter to the right (you really can't miss it), provided the product return QR code, the employee scanned it, I got mail that the return process started instantaneously. No return box was needed. Almost a picture perfect return that I normally get from my previous local UPS store, except instead of a 10 minute round trip, it is now an hour round trip. The nice thing though is that they gave me $2 off a $5 purchase after my return. The downside, everything in the Amazon store was overpriced. Some may say it is priced just like any other convenience store, and if that is the case, all I have to say is at least CVS made you FEEL like you are getting a good deal with all the various markdowns. After looking for 5 minutes, I had a strong feeling that I wasn't going to get a good price on anything even with the coupon and that's how you know something is flawed here. There is a code-locked restroom in the back. I don't see this Amazon Go as a good user experience for returns unless you move the store closer to a free way or reduce the cost of the product to at least make your customers FEEL like they are getting a good deal.

We came in to return an Amazon order here. Store is open and spacious for a corner shop. I think it's a great convenience store if you are in need of something fast. The selections are more than enough for grab & go items. It's very organized and easy to find whatever you need. I tried a Starbucks coffee drink but it was horrible. I don't think the machine was working properly. I am a fan of this shop & walk out process with Amazon app, it was so smooth and fast. I definitely want more of this type of stores everywhere!

Amazon Go reminds me of a 7-eleven. The size of the gas station convenience store. Not a large variety of stores to choose from. To enter the store, you need either A) insert your credit card B) scan your Amazon app There were a few workers, but they weren't really there to assist me. A great place to grab a quick snack, lunch, drink!

I decided to stop in and check out the store and immediately loved the technology. The store appeared to be clean, well staffed, but seemed to be lacking some of the prepared ready to eat food selections. The staff were very friendly, attentive, helpful, and polite. I enjoyed selecting items off the shelves, putting them in my bag, and walking out the store. I'll definitely be back in hopes more prepared food items will be available.

I been outside for 30 minutes waiting for store to open Ten People have come and gone . Store was supposed to be at 7:09 a.m.

The location isn't that convenient, with getting out of the lot being a pain. But first time trying Amazon go, and it was super convenient. Just scanned in store code for entry and left with items. Payment was done automatically through the saved payment method on Amazon app. I liked their different choices of ready to heat meals (2 for $15 deal), and they even sell individual hash browns in the breakfast section. The egg salad sandwich was good, and the chicken tikka masala was really good and fulfilling. Staff was also super friendly and helpful for first timers like me.

The first Amazon Go convenient store in SoCal! My first experience was in Seattle where the stores were larger and there was even a seating area. This store looks like a normal size convenient store but with the technology of an Amazon store where you can just check-in on your Amazon app, grab and go and you don't even need to scan to check-out. Everything is pretty automated - you can request for a sandwich to be made via a kiosk and if you're buying alcohol, you scan your ID. There is very little human interaction so it's probably an A+ for introverts who are technologically advanced. Some prices are convenient store prices and some are within normal grocery store prices (usually Amazon branded items are more reasonably priced). I liked that they had fresh sandwiches (made to order).

I am absolutely in love with the store! It ties directly to your Amazon account. You get a little perks like free coffee if you're an Amazon prime member, they've got kombucha on top. They got cold brew on top. They have hot today or cold food they have every kind of drink you could possibly imagine, including snacks, as well as adult beverages! You could do some quick shopping even get a few household necessities. It's basically a 7-Eleven on steroids lol.

I've tried their signature The Melrose, which consists of black forest ham, oven roasted turkey, bacon, melted White American cheese, topped with house slaw (lettuce, red onions, pepperoncini tossed in their "Melrose" spread) and tomato. This one has Genoa salami, pepperoni, capicola, provolone cheese, also topped with their house slaw. I've only ordered from here through Postmates, and every time their packaging is excellent--they wrap each sandwich in this cute wrapper, which adds a fun touch and keeps everything neatly intact and fresh by the time it arrives. .., meet Whittier's Uptown hero!…read more My experience here was from 6/26/26 & it did not disappoint. Though I've been to Uptown Provisions twice before to support my friend Andrew M, as well as my other friend Andrew P. with Satori Coffee Project, this was my actual visit where I finally ate! Third times the charm! Tucked nicely into a Penn St. neighborhood, Uptown Provisions can easily be spotted by the loyal patrons waiting/dining outside. May the street parking gods be kind to you as they always provide me with a spot nearby. Knowing what I already wanted from doing my menu homework the night prior, I was practically drooling on my way in. Greeted by a great staff & friendly fellow patrons, I felt right at home. I went with the "Tom's Way" sandwich. Dedicated to one of their favorite customers, it's a crossover between an egg sandwich & a pastrami. It was perfect! Chef Aaron describes his sandos as the perfect West Coast sandwich, & that I can totally agree with. Tom's Way provided me with a robust sandwich blend that never knew I needed until now. Each component's flavor profile blended together nicely. I'm usually hit or miss with rye bread, but this rye hit the mark & held the ship together. The eggs were made with care & prepared in a way I've never tasted before, very delicious. Pastrami was tender, pickled onions provided the bitter tangy component while the broccoli slaw became the soothing blanket that nestled every flavor together. I absolutely loved my sandwich. They post a 20 minute wait time but I got mine in 15. Great things come to those who wait. They do not have a public bathroom so plan your visit accordingly. They have a few counter seats inside with plenty more outdoor seating in front with friendly locals chatting it up. Don't be shy with the napkins. Thank you Uptown Provisions for a great experience, I shall return!

Since it was our first time (thanks to tik tok!), Henry went over the menu and shared his personal favorites as well as the most popular among customers. He did tell us they are known for their sandwiches. We went with one breakfast burrito and the granada sandwich, respectfully. We had them cut in half too. We then decided to eat the burrito (she had half and I had half) and save the sandwich for dinner later that day. The breakfast burrito was pretty good. I would say 8/10. It was a good size as well which is why we shared it. Now, when we had the sandwich (shared as well) later for dinner OMG it was delicious!! Every ingredient mixed well together. So much flavor! We got jalapeño aioli as a dipping sauce and man oh man was it good! We will definitely be returning! And honestly, I can't wait! Some notes: If you need to use the restroom, you gotta head over to the movie theater across the way as Monty's does not have a public restroom. Be patient as there is a wait time.
