I think the service was good i was very skeptical because of some of the other reviews but the service was good and didn't take too long to get my nails and feet done. Now the only thing I can say is that once I had already left out I started to see the imperfections in the work nothing too serious just things you couldn't notice at first glance. I visited Who Dat Nail Spa on September 8, 2025, and unfortunately, I'm very disappointed with the service. Today is September 20 only 12 days later and three of my Gel-X nails have already broken. I don't mind paying extra for quality, and I've had Gel-X nails before that lasted 3-4 weeks with no issues. But this set barely made it two weeks. I paid over $100 expecting durability and good craftsmanship, and honestly, it just wasn't worth it. Went in today to treat myself to the $45 Deluxe Pedicure. It was Lunch so they were not busy. The Guy that did my Pedicure rushed, skipped my Scented Sugar Srub Massage, and rushed the regular massage. The Deleuxe Package states you get 10 minutes of Massage time! Extremely pleasant experience here. The customer service is amazing from the moment you hit the door. I was greeted and helped shortly after. Houng did my refill and reshaped my nails beautifully. She took her time, cleaned the cuticle area and cleaned up all the dead skin, and did not cause any cuts or scrapes with the nail tools. This made me able to relax better. Yesterday! Yesterday. First of all if you enter this shop keep your service basic short nails. They do horrible long nails it looks like they spray paint the polish on runs and all. They attempt to give pedicures in clear water no additives to soften your feet. Do not upsize your pedicure it's a waste of money. It's a table spoon of blue versus green sugar scrub. Please watch what they charge you for. They will overcharge you and start taking fast in their native language. The owner is ok and attributes it all to a language barrier. However I'm sure they are instructed to do that. My daughter and I had pedicures I explain 3 times I was paying. She was accosted by the same tech. I had to explain I was paying. I found it very offensive. There are nail shops on top of nail shops. I am not going back there. The accusations and mediocre service isn't worth it. read more

The staff were prompt, friendly, welcoming, and did a good job with our manis and pedis. They offered bottled water while we sat in the comfy spa chairs, which was great because it was a hot day that day and helped to cool us off even more! Both ladies conversed with us while we were being serviced to pass the time. They had a good choice of colors and they carried OPI, which is always a plus for me! It does seem like if you don't get there early, you'd better have an appointment to avoid waiting for long periods. The place is large and everyone had on a mask. There are three different facial offers and I went with the $25 service to try it out. The facial was definitely worth more than $25! I received a mud mask and cleanse. The facial massage was so relaxing. I want to try the hour long facial next time. They have always taken good care of me. I will only go here to get my eyebrows done. I went last week with an appointment and waited over half an hour to be seated. I know they get very busy, but it's frustrating when you make an appointment and you still have to wait that long of a time. The owner was there and apologized profusely. Also, the employee at the desk gave us the wrong prices for a manicure and we were a bit blindsided by the prices when we were rung up. I think once business started picking up they lost sight of their loyals and started chasing the dollar. I feel as if the nail techs rush with their work and that leads to minor imperfections i ALWAYS have. Every time i go there, there's always something that bugs me about the finished work. Whether it be a crooked nail(s), lumpy acrylic, messy paint job, etc. The atmosphere is relaxing. I love the staff, they're friendly and accommodating, but the lack of employees that are fluent in english is a bit of a problem. I feel that it's hard to communicate on topics such as prices and what's available. I've gotten my brows waxed here twice but never again. In my opinion, they wax them way too thin. Horrible! I went in on Saturday,for a full set with a square shape . So, the guy had my nails looking like duckbills and the acrylic was extra thick. By Monday two of my nails came off, as if they were press ons. I went back on Wednesday to get them fixed and by then 3 nails were missing, one nail was cracking and all of the nails were lifting. Someone fixed three of the missing nails but I kept complaining to the lady that everything is messed up and lifting and she kept ignoring me saying she thinks it's just the polish. She fixed the shape of my nails thank god , but guess who just lost another nail today, after I told the lady the other ones were not properly done. I will never give them my business again. When I first walked in, I figured that with their reasonable prices and friendly attitude, that I would be satisfied. But quickly after the basic pedicure and French tips I asked for, I realized that they didn't do a good job on my feet AT ALL. It still felt very rough to the touch, and he didn't scrub well with the loofah. I wouldn't come here ever again, especially when they charged me over $30 for a basic pedicure. They also did a horrible job on my friend's nails. The girl didn't know how to shape her nails like their advertised photos, even though she assured her that she could. I've been coming here for over 10+ years. And ever since the new owner had taken over, it's been a issue after issue. Don't call beforehand to make an appointment. Why should you? They are NOT going to put you on the book or call you when the nail tech is delayed. They are going to wait for you to get there and tell you wait for another hour. This has happened 5-6 times. I miss the days when it this business was run by the previous owner Lucy. She knew how to run a business; she was personable always greeting clients and made sure you were taken care of. Love this place! I went yesterday, and though it wasn't my first time, the guy who gave me my pedi made me feel like I was in some sort of upscale spa! He was so professional and so kind- it really eclipsed any other experience I have had getting my nails done, though I have never really had a bad experience anywhere (knock on wood!) They have a menu of spa pedicure options to chose from- though I recommend the WhoDat pedi which comes with a hot wax soak and stones. A few months ago I tried the weird jelly one which is totally bizarre as your feet feel like they are enveloped in a bowl of mashed up Jell-O shots! They offer discounts now and then, you can make appointments and walk right in, and they have a Baskin Robbins next store so you can enjoy a nice malt while you are waiting! read more

I got a basic pedicure which was $28. The nail tech didnt seem very knowledgeable on pedicures. As soon as I sat in the chair and put my feet in the too HOT water. So I've been going here for a few months to get my brows done by the same lady, well for whatever reason she's never there now. The first time which was in October she wasn't there, I told the lady that was going to do my brows that day NOT to thin them. & guess what she made them really thin. So from early October until yesterday December 9th I didn't get my brows done because I wanted them to grow back. I went yesterday to get my brows done & the lady that usually does them wasn't there, they said here pointing at another woman & said she's better then the woman I was looking for. So I showed her a pic of my brows before they were ripped off my face & said I want them to look like this, do not thin my brows ok. She said ok. So she puts the wax on, on the right side I told her the wax was way too hot she said no it's fine. So she does my brows & when she's done I told her it was burning, when I looked in the mirror didn't see nothing but my eye lids were puff that's normal for me when I get my brows waxed so I said ok & left. Well it kept burning all day & night. So while I was at work last night I finally looked in a mirror & there it was a burn mark. Beware! Went it to buy a $30 gift card for my assistant and their debit machine was not printing receipt. Employee kept telling me it didn't go through. Third time receipt printed. I check my account and I was charged 3 times for a $30 gift card. Shop owner was called in (I had to wait for her to get there) and she claims my card only was charged one time. I showed her my account on online banking but she did not care. Was in shop an hour and half arguing with this woman and trying to get a credit issued to my card. She took back my gift card and said she would void out transaction. She grabbed up the $30 gift card and voided only $30 (not $90 on my debit card like she agreed to do). She did not give me a copy of the void slip. Finally her credit card merchant told her she indeed charged me 3 times at $30. I spoke with him and he told me he could see that there were 3 charges made on my card and the shop owner should have been able to see it too. When she realized she was in the wrong she did NOT even apologize. When I told her I was going to post reviews on what happened at her nail shop, how poorly she treated me, my time that she wasted, she then had the nerve to threaten me three times. My daughter heard her the second time. Outrageous! I have not received a refund and am still dealing with this nightmare. This shop is NOT accredited by the Better Business Bureau. Do yourself a favor and pick a nail salon that is accredited by the BBB. read more
