We have bought from them quite a lot and have never had a problem with returns or any purchase. They are super nice. Their selection of All In One desk computers is not great, but they have more than some. And the salespeople are trained and know what they are selling. They take their time with every customer. The place is spotless and their prices are usually the best in town. When you walk in you are greeted and it does not take long to get help. I would give them a 5 but their Geek Squad is not the best and I can't recommend them. I am sure they are great for simple things. They are nice, but trying to reach them on the phone is next to impossible. I will keep going to this Best Buy.

He gave us the next delivery date of 7/8/26. We wanted a date sooner but that was the best he could find. On 7/7, an email was received reminding us of the delivery the next day. On 7/8 no delivery occurred. Nobody called. We called to find out it had been cancelled. The delivery date was now 7/18!!!!! I visited the store where the purchase was made and found only one employee left to handle the register and customer service. The other employees were running around in service to the merchandise and the store. She let us know that the store employees have no way of talking to the delivery people. We asked for and received our items and took them home. I found Best Buy to be focused on their sales with no emphasis on the customer. This was evidenced by the lack of communication with the delivery workers. It was also evident in the fact that there was nobody to interface with except the young lady at the register. She was exemplary in managing the situation that a lack of staffing and systems on the part of Best Buy put her in. I looked on line after the fact and found that these were wider issues that had already been reported on line. I wish I had checked first, but I thought I could trust them with the basics. Never again!!

    I had been experiencing thermal issues with my new i7-14700K build and decided to bring it to HeliX…read morePC after seeing all the positive reviews. Garnik, the owner, exceeded every expectation. I dropped off my PC at 10 AM and he had it completely diagnosed and fixed by 3:30 PM - same day service when most shops would have kept it for days. But what really impressed me was how Garnik actually took the time to explain everything instead of just doing the work and handing it back. He didn't just slap on new thermal paste and call it done. He properly reapplied the paste, then noticed my fan configuration was all wrong and moved everything to the correct CPU pump headers and fan headers. He walked me through exactly what was causing the thermal problems and how he fixed them, then stress tested the whole system right in front of me so I could see it was running properly. Garnik was super knowledgeable, friendly, and got everything done way faster than I expected. It's honestly rare to find someone who knows their stuff this well and actually takes the time to make sure you understand what's going on with your build. If you need PC repair, building, or troubleshooting in the area, definitely check out HeliX PC. Best experience I've had with a PC shop hands down. Will be coming back for sure!

Yesterday I…read morewent to best buy to buy a cooler to cool off my video card because it was freezing and bugging on me. After opening the PC and putting it in, I ended up actually busting my geforce video card and the screens wouldn't show anything anymore. I went to geek squad on besbuy at labrea and they wanted to charge me 200 dollars to take 3-5 days to diagnose the problem, because they weren't sure about what it was. I said no ty, went for some lunch and found Computer Works with the help of a store clerk on gamestop. Turns out these guys are a block from where I live, and for being such a small store, I hadn't even reminded that they were there. In the end, I got there, showed the guy my computer and told him my story. I really couldn't afford the 3-5 days of wait to diagnose because I have to finish some work within that time frame, and it's all inside my PC. In 10 min, he made all the tests, figured out it was the videocard's memory, and charged me only 25 bucks. I insisted in paying more but they didn't let me. They ordered me a new and better geforce 250 gts card for a total of 198 bucks (the price geek squad wanted me to pay for "diagnosis"). This is the kind of place where you want to go, where they really dont have a nice little brand with TV commercials, but it's a place where they will be nice and truth to you, and won't charge you a penny extra for that. I bought with them a computer duster, that was like 35 bucks in best buy, for $4,50 with them. And one more thing, because I'm not done yet. Right now I'm at home, writing this review, with my computer running on one of their video cards, that they let me have while my new video card is being shipped. If that's not caring about your customer, I don't know what is! No where else for me as far as computers go. I hope they stay in business for long, so that I will always know my PC is safe.

Probably waited 1 min to get seated then got helped by Julian and Jose within less than 5 minutes. I really appreciate Julian and Jose with all their knowledge and due diligence in helping me out. I have nothing to complain about it. The service was wonderful. Now the atmosphere of this place is calming and grounding, there's real life treeeeees in this Apple Store and it's beautiful. It's a good mixture of nature and technology lol. Also when I came there was an employee teaching a class about photos/ taking photos on iPhones which I thought it was really dope! I took the easier path and went to the Apple Store, where I knew I could buy one (1) iPhone and have an employee walk me through everything. My husband was unimpressed by the trade-in value I received, but it was a few hundred bucks for a phone with a cracked screen, no questions asked. (I did spring for Apple Care this time around.) The trip went smoothly, and I did indeed get excellent assistance, from the first employee who noticed me loitering in his vicinity. He helped me choose my replacement and set up my trade-in, then got everything from my old phone onto my new one, so that I was more or less ready to go by the time the purchase was done. I did have to walk to the Verizon store to activate the phone number, but that was because I was missing some log-in information that I really should have had handy. I was able to figure things out at Verizon, then came back to the Apple Store to buy a couple accessories--a case and a magnetic wallet attachment, a major upgrade in my day-to-day lifestyle (I've spent the last few years leaving the house without an ID or credit card like 70% of the time). Service was great all the way through. My only complaint is that the Apple Store should really validate. I didn't enjoy paying for parking after spending all that money on a new phone. Even so, I'll probably keep using this Apple Store for any future Apple Store needs.

Out of frustration, I was determined not to cheap out and dug into the options. Ubiquiti had a solid reputation for quality and reliability, so I went about finding someone who handled their products. Yelp was a great resource and I narrowed down my choices to LA Wifi Guys, as their information gave me the most confidence. Made an appointment and David came out. Really liked his approach. Honest and transparent and not hustling me for upsells. He described my options clearly and it was easy to decide what I wanted. Not cheap, but very fair considering the higher quality solution and more experienced installation. It actually cost notably less than my original set up, which was done 6 years ago and had less features and most of all turned out crappy. David gave me an estimate for parts delivery, which turned out to be exact, and we made the install appointment for the day after. He came in and was very polite, careful and steadfast. He also was great at explaining how to operate my new system. But most of all, weeks after the install, I am sooo happy with it! Really great setup with excellent user interface and excellent camera resolution. I've already shared videos and stills with the neighborhood (as we are having coyote issues), and it was so quick and easy to do. A+++ experience all around! Thank you so much, David!
