Now understand I'm not a fan of chocolate and peanut butter together unless it's the traditional Reese's cups but these just looked so yummy. So I was called over and pushed myself to try something new in the process too. My normal Matcha order consists of espresso and caramel or brown sugary syrups and flavors. However, I stepped outside my comfort zone and went for the Iced Strawberry Matcha. It was a very interesting drink. It didn't give me matcha at all, it gave me more so strawberry milk. It wasn't my personal taste but it was very refreshing. The Chocolate Peanut Butter cookie was very much so my personal taste. This cookie was so amazing and I didn't even have to eat it warmed up! The flavors went together well and the chocolate wasn't one dimensional. I would go back just for the cookies! I should also add the customer service was knock it out of the park, in tip top shape. She was very nice and attentive to my needs as a customer.

The food was fresh and ready within ten minues. We sat at a little table next to the food truck and dug into the pork sandwich - holy moly it was great. The coleslaw was coleslaw, but wow that sandwich with bbq sauce drizzle wedged between a soft bun was fabulous. They also have BBQ Angus Brisket and Mac & Cheese for $18.00. The perfect location inside the Sawgrass Mills Mall with a never ending abundance of thirsty international tourists providing endless foot traffic around the coffee truck. In the last few years, the truck has been three different coffee & pastry businesses. The first two surviving two or more years. Finally, last month The Bakers, have taken on the task of providing Harmony Blend Colombian - Brazilian medium roast coffee to the masses. Oversized chocolate chip cookies and cinnamon rolls are offered as well as a variety of flavored iced tea. Ordered a single shot of espresso which was presented in a tiny paper cup and black sip top with an imprint of The Bakers cool rocker dude logo. Love "The Bakers" brand name which actually represents the owner's rock n' roll band and maybe also a play on words for an actual bakery. They also have another cafe in Sunrise across from Markham Park which is a recent collaboration with All About Empanadas.
