He explained that the name of his business is derived from his name Tracho - which is from Honduras and Bori is the name of the co-owner, from Puerto Rico. I went for the first time this past week and they had a good line up. The event itself is held by Burger Beast and if you know him total know that He Loves Food and sharing it with the masses. They have a selection of different food trucks offering different foods from from different ethnicities. My favorites are Jersey Dawg for their sliders, hotdogs, fries, and chili, Hip Pops for their Gelato pops, Marlies for their desserts, Pirates Brothers Bbq for their mac and cheese topped with bbq pulled pork and bbq pulled pork grilled cheese, World Famous for their variety off fried egg rolls, and Miami Roasted Corn for their corn and fresh squeezed lemonade.
