Great Food and Great Service! Everardo and Yorran are always great Service! Second time here!

I used to go to Wi in Ktown all the time, and it was always the perfect spot to take my out-of-town guests. Now that they've opened a location in Bell, I've been here a couple of times, and what I love most is the friendly, attentive staff, premium cuts, and--most importantly--the extra-clean grills. Kazan in South Gate has always had that issue for me: dirty grills with food residue. Wi uses better grill tops, and the difference is . The staff at Wi is consistently super friendly and attentive. I recently went to GENS KBBQ in Cerritos and had one of the worst experiences. Get Premium (Letter C)--the Wagyu beef belly, marinated galbi, prime steak, and chuck flat iron are what keep me coming back. If you're looking for KBBQ, don't waste your time with the other spots. It was really good the meat options were great. The sides were good too they have a self serve bar. Not that many options but still really good. Service was good the man who helped us was very attentive. One downside of it all was he had the heat to high for us the first round and it made our food cook way too fast and another guy kept rushing us for more rounds, felt like a race considering I was still eating..I know it's a 2 hour seat limit but I didn't appreciate being rushed to order...it wasn't busy so I don't know what the rush was. The second round was better heat was lower and was able to enjoy the pork bulgogi much better with out having to stack it on a plate and it get cold..could eat straight off the grill nice and crispy Over all the experience was great. The cheese corn was a bigger portion than expected, which I loved! Will definitely come back with my parents! read more

Went there on a Sunday with family. The staff kindly accommodated 13 people. Staff were friendly and informative on how their service worked. I loved the establishment. Everything was organized and clean. The food was great! I absolutely love the Serve-Your-Own-Banchan bar they had going on. Most places give you small portions and you constantly have to request. I was super happy to be able to get myself a healthy serving of kimchi and greens. 10/10 for me. I will gladly be going back. read more

Always have great customer service. Great meat, C menu is the best. The sides they have them buffet style so you can get as much as you want. We use to go to the oen around k town but it is great to have one much closer to go home. Will continue coming here! read more

The meat was good, and so was the service. They had a buffet for the sides which was interesting. There is a private parking lot as well. They also have a rewards program! I wasn't a fan of the sides, and they had limited alcoholic beverages. The restaurant itself is new but looks old? If that makes sense. They could clean it up and organize it better. read more

This restaurant and it's staff are amaZING!! First off, the parking - I came here on a Monday night. It didn't seem to be busy because I found parking right away. They have a security guard and THE SECURITY GUARD came up to me and complimented my parking and told us that the food here is really good. Already a super warm welcome and we just parked!! So their grill is pretty cool. It looks kind of like a lid. They have four tiers which you can choose from. We opted for the B special. Their meats are super high quality. So juicy and tender. They also have a salad/side bar where you can get your own kimchi, banchan, garlic and anything you can wish for. The servers were super attentive and they just made our first experience so good. This is mine and my fiancé's favorite place to eat. The customer service is great they treat you like family. While the meat is cooking they come and cook and cut it for you. The food is amazing, great flavor. I love their salad bar. Every time we come it's different they always add something good to it. The meat is flavorful and tender. A must try. 10/10 experience! I came here for my birthday and had such an amazing experience! I'm not from the area, and we definitely don't have a Korean BBQ restaurant like this where I live, so this was such a treat. The staff was extremely attentive, everything came out quickly, and the meat was SO tender and delicious. We did the all-you-can-eat Combo C, and I definitely recommend going with that option! The premium meats were absolutely worth it and were easily some of my favorites. Everything tasted fresh and high quality. Our waiter, Everdardo, made the experience even better! He was super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. He really helped make my birthday dinner special. Definitely a 10/10 experience, and I'll absolutely be coming back whenever I'm in town again. I already want to return and try even more of the menu! I love the OG location but came here to try the new spot. Food tastes the same. Parking is wayyyyy better here. You order the meats and everything else (the sides) it's buffet style. They do charge you for refills. We didn't ask for one and they just brought us refills and I noticed on the bill we were charged for them. Very chill place service was good. The staff was incredibly attentive, patient, and on top of everything constantly clearing plates, checking in, and recommending great cuts of meat. Since they're in their grand-opening phase, they currently have special pricing, so it's the perfect time to stop by. Really great spot! The food is delicious and the staff is incredibly friendly. You can order up to three plates at a time. We tried the beef bulgogi, chicken bulgogi, and beef brisket, and all were excellent. They also have a salad bar with a great variety of sides like potato salad, macaroni salad, kimchi, jalapeños, spicy cucumbers, and fresh greens. Everything was fresh and flavorful. I was happy to see a KBBQ joint opening up close to my place... That didn't last long. I came for dinner, excited to eat and they had signs on the door stating they do not serve single seatings. I asked the host if they can make an exception since the restaurant was not full and there were a lot of tables available and she said no! It's extremely disappointing to see a new business not willing to accommodate a potential paying customer. I understand the "rules" they've implied, but there were so many tables opened. The meat quality was exceptional and we loved the non-marinated options especially the beef tongue, beef belly, pork jowl, short rib and spicy baby octopus.
