Wi Korean BBQ has finally arrived in Bell and we could not be more excited. We were a party of 3 and sat on the right side of the restaurant. The dining area is extremely clean and staff is very friendly. Meat was very fresh and colorful and the side dishes available were in plenty supply. The kimchi and cucumber kimchi were very good. Rice paper was available on the table as we sat down which I felt was a very nice touch. Restrooms were very clean and the light up mirror is a fun accessory for selfies. There was a simple error to our bill which was quickly and efficiently remedied by staff. Kyoung was extremely patient and helpful when ordering meats and other items. My family and I have been going since the soft opening. The service and food has always been great. Today we were going to celebrate a birthday. We called ahead to ask if we could bring a cake; they said yes and let us keep it in their fridge. When it came time to cut the cake they dimmed the lights and had a little mini rave party for him. They gave him a small gift (mug, keychain, magnet, and a Polaroid of us). All the staff is super friendly and helpful. The meat taste very fresh and the seasoning is superrr good. heard a lot of hype around this place as there is another location in the ktown area. it's nice to see this area open an all you can eat korean bbq restaurant. we were kindly greeted by multiple staff members and instantly sat us as it wasn't as busy since it was 4:30pm. around 5:30 that's where business started to pick up so please be patient with your server as they have multiple tables to take care of. we ordered the beef brisket, beef bulgogi, and the marinated beef finger as our first three meats. you can taste the quality of the meat and it's so good! the marinade as well was perfect, unlike any that i've ever tasted. out of curiosity we ordered the marinated baby octopus and wow, it is definitely recommended by me if you like seafood. definitely will keep returning and hopefully make it passed three rounds. read more

Visited this KBBQ over the weekend for the first time for a birthday dinner. I enjoyed their sides bar especially the potato salad and cucumbers. Appreciated that they had rice paper too. I wasn't able to try everything I would have liked due to suffering from jet lag and illness which is why I would like to return and enjoy all the place has to offer soon. We love KBBQ and we're glad to have one close by. We've been waiting for Wi Korean BBQ for a while and we're excited to try it ASAP. We went Tuesday around 8pm. Theres no wait and we were seated right away. The restaurant is spacious and clean. The staffs are very friendly and attentive. Theres a buffet table for the sides and I would recommend CILANTRO SALAD, its so good, it taste like ceviche without the seafood. My husband ordered draft beer 3x and the 3rd time they ran out of draft beer so they gave him a large beer bottle complimentary. They also provide free dessert (including my toddler who was free), choco pie which is marshmallow sandwich in crackers and covered with chocolate. I would give 4 1/2 star if I could, but only gave 4 stars for a couple reason. First is the price, we picked the cheapest option but still $35/person. Its pricier than other KBBQ and they have less options for the cheapest option. Then the meat we ordered. We loved everything but the 2nd time we ordered sliced pork belly, i think they gave us the wrong cut bec its round and almost no fat so the meat was very dry compare to fatty pork belly tht stayed juicy (like the first order that we loved). And lastly when i used the restroom theres no more toilet seat cover and soap. Although the first try wasnt perfect, we would love to go back and try them again. The price is worth it because of the staffs. They also mentioned they will expand the menu soon. So excited to go back. read more

And they charge us 220.and I had 2 children. Don't go there late . But for the first time there we had an experience i think I will not be going there . Wi Korean BBQ has finally opened in Bell and they gave the city a wonderful welcome! It started slow when we got there Thursday around 4:45 during their soft opening. Incredibly friendly staff and quick service all around. As the day went on it quickly picked up and the staff was ready to take care of everyone. The restaurant itself is beautiful inside and and they offer a self service area for sides like salad and kimchi. Now the important part, the meats! We went for the C package and for the quality and selection it's a great price. The galbi and prime steaks are an absolute must when you come to Wi. I've been to their location in Koreatown and it's our go to KBBQ. So when I saw they were opening a location here I couldn't wait and the time is finally here. Absolutely the worst place I have ever been to. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. To preface this review, I will briefly share that I am experiencing some medical issues and as a result I am on temporary TPN, meaning I receive all my nutrients though IV as I am in the recovery process. My boyfriend however is fully still able to eat to his heart's content and loves Korean BBQ. After finding this spot near our hotel we decided to give it a shot as the reviews were decent. Upon arrival we were seated and greeted by our waiter. I advised him that I was unable to take in food orally at this time but intended to pay the full price for myself as I was seated at the table. Immediately he said "I don't think we can do that, you have to be eating." I explained my medical disability to him and even offered to show him my PICC line as validation and again noted we will to pay full price for me to simply sit at the table. The waiter then went and asked another waiter who advised us that they would not be able to serve us and asked us to leave. At this point I asked to speak with the manager. I explained the situation again to the manager, who stated the same. "If you're not eating you can't be here. We have had problems like this in the past with people saying they won't eat and not paying." I AGAIN advised him that from the start I had informed staff of my condition and said I WOULD be paying for myself despite not eating. He said no, pointed to a sign on the window that read "two persons minimum to be seated" and refused service. To me this makes zero sense. The issue was never money as we agreed to pay from the moment we walked in. In reality they are actually making money and saving on cost due to me paying full price but not actually consuming anything. I have already reported them to the BBB and plan to take further action. I hope people considering this restaurant in the future go elsewhere, as this is not a business that should be supported as they discriminate against individuals with health issues. read more

Yet, this place has a strict rule that 2 or more people can only dine there. The question becomes, what does management do to accommodate those that are alone and all they want is to eat? Well this business has their Korean employees stand in the "wait to be seated area" to prevent further entrance into the business for those that cant meet the 2 or more requirement. They kept apologizing but their apologies weren't genuine. They just wanted to get rid of me. I am pretty sure that if it was a Korean wanting to dine alone, the treatment would have been very different for him or her. If they would have worked with me and if their service would have been more hospitable, perhaps I would have brought my family to eat here. I stress this very much, I was quite hungry and I was turned away. What an awefull feeling. Please be wary that if you are Korean, they may treat you better.
