Over my 16 years in LA I have been to many dog groomers, but Rene is the best of the best. Not only do I trust him implicitly with my Shih Tzus (and I'm picky!), but he is such a genuinely good person. And his cuts are beautiful and top notch! Rene is both warm and professional. He cares deeply for animals and is very kind, calm, and patient. Before our current dog we had a small special needs dog with hydrocephalus - difficult to say the least. He was one of the only groomers that could handle him and helped him becoming more comfortable with grooming. Sometimes it would take an hour, sometimes four pending Nintendo's mood, and he was ALWAYS so loving and gentle with him. He's always great about providing updates and is always a breeze to schedule.
