There was a slight miscommunication when we booked an appointment, it wasn't mentioned that the groomers had moved out of their space in Little Tokyo. However, Danniel offered to pick up and drop off our dog, for his grooming appointment which was a very nice service. When our dog got home, he looked great and was very happy. After discussing the options, he was able to remove all of the mats while preserving her coat, which I really appreciated. He was patient, knowledgeable, and handled my cat with care throughout the grooming process. When he was finished she looked great and, just as importantly, she was calm and didn't seem overly stressed. As a cat owner, that meant a lot to me. The results exceeded my expectations. My cat's coat is soft and healthy again, all of the matting is gone, and he was able to save her beautiful coat without having to shave her into a lion cut. If you're looking for a skilled cat groomer who treats cats with patience and compassion, I would definitely recommend him. I'm very happy with the experience and will absolutely call him for future grooming. He was available within a day or so and was flexible when I had to reschedule.

A friend recommend Camila to come groom my puppy, I was of course a bit nervous because in the 4 days I had her I heard so many horror stories of bad haircuts, bad groomers, etc. Camila came to my home Saturday and the expierence with her was nothing but perfection! She was so professional, knowledgable and kind! She took her time and left me with the cutest puppy in the world. That said, I still wanted to give them a chance -- partly out of loyalty to the space and partly to see how they'd handle a puppy's very first haircut. Booking was a little confusing (we had a small miscommunication about the time), but they were still able to take Naruto when I arrived. The vibe was definitely different from before -- a lot more businesslike and less warm or chatty -- but not unfriendly. Just a shift in tone. The cut itself, though? She did a great job. I asked for a teddy bear cut and explained that Naruto's coat is still in transition since he's so young, but she really nailed the shape and proportions. He looked adorable when I picked him up. She even complimented him, saying he was a smart dog and did well for his first grooming, which I appreciated. The price has gone up ($70 vs. $55 before), but for a solid first-time puppy grooming, I was satisfied. While I do miss the warmth of the previous owner, I can't deny that my dog looked GREAT and was treated with care.
