This company spent 4 hours sanding my house, did not cover areas paint might splash, this is about a (2,200 square. ft house) NO PRESSURE WASH, just STARTED PAINTING. They nailed down wood in front of eggresion windows, ( code says need to be removable in case of fire) copper piping under deck taken out - part of copper had not been loaded in their vehicles. I was working & could not respond to my family member that was overseeing the painters. They installed new wood to cover deck area so I would not notice copper & water faucet gone!! House? No caulking, wood blemishes very visible. employees never reponded when ask to stop painting. One Sunday morning I came home with groceries, a person who was not speaking english, would not let me in gate. I was being told I cant come in yard. He had painted the door. (Not to be painted) I called Zackery, shared what was going on. He would be there right a way. Hours later he arrived, I Felt taken advantage of, Zackery had my money in his pocket & responding at his convenience only. Through this project removing copper, rushing through a job, no one checking in on job site, permanently nailing down eggresion windows & working on unplanned Sundays to paint? weekend paint days. When I discussed this, with Zackery, he was the same nightmare his companies work is. His response to me was "you have a contract & I will uphold you to that as a "BUSINESS MAN" should. Trying to locate him for mediation purposes? Had numerous addresses and several personal financial issues. Zackerys behavior about his clients is not favorable. I never was reimbursed for the copper, damage, or lack of work. I did hire a person that made sure he did not arrive on my property again. read more

Excellent professional experience. We removed popcorn ceiling, had drywall repair/rebuild done, and Hedlund came in promptly thereafter to paint the ceiling and miscellaneous areas damaged during the work. Two staff showed up on time, handled a slight paint style miscommunication quickly, draped and covered all, and applied primer and two coats of paint between 8 am and 3 pm (with us running a radiant heater and dehumidifer between layers). But estimator also got my email wrong and sent the bid to the wrong email address. How many mistakes can one make from the very beginning? Hedlund painted our house recently and they did a great job and it looks nice. However, on the SW corner (which is exposed to weather), a couple of blisters developed and cracked. I called and told Zakary about this and he sent out a crew right away to fix it. I can't tell where those blisters were anymore, it all blends together and looks great again.
