i came a few weeks ago during Covid Breakout to get some fries and a dipped ice cream cone and i noticed the lady preparing the cone was NOT wearing gloves. She was touching all up on the cone with her BARE HANDS. GROSS. she then proceeded to hand it to me as if there wasn't a global pandemic going on... decided to throw the cone away once i drove off and took an L on this. I've been going to this place for years because it's nearby. I'm putting in this review because I genuinely want this restaurant to improve its customer service and its food quality. If you go to the drive thru, you may be taking forever and I would say about 50% of the time you have drive thru employees being rude or just somehow unable to talk. I finished my order and the only word I got after was "okay." The girl didn't repeat my order at all, tell me to drive up to the window, I honestly thought she was about to tell me something right after! Came here ordered a meal and then noticed I was charged two dollars more as the prices were changed in the computer but not on the menu board I brought that up to the managers attention and she said she would have to call the owner, when she came back to the window she said that they would refund our money when I didn't want a refund I just wanted the price adjustment. She said that she could not do that and I could come back the next day. Another girl named Naomi was very rude and ignorant when she thought she could intervene and ask how she could help I then explained to her that I was being charged two dollars more for the meal. She said I could complain to whoever I needed to. Two dollars isn't going to kill me but why would I give money to someone when it can be kept in my pocket. She obviously is uneducated and works for minimum-wage. I made a big deal about this because this is the second time I've noticed this when I've come here I feel like they are doing this to everybody and making more money and people don't realize because it's only a couple dollars more.
