I am fed up with the ineptitude of this location. The food, when correct, is good. However, it seems that they are purposely trying to screw up. There's the hot sauce instead of ketchup on my son's hot dog, the pile of onions on my own hot dog after I specifically asked for no onions, and then there's the cheese on my chili cheese dog-or rather, where the cheese was located. When you make a hot dog, the toppings go on TOP. The cheese was in the carton, but not ON the chili "cheese" dog. The ingredient is in the name. Was not satisfied with the customer service, Cashier was extremely rude. There were other guests who arrived a minute before us and they were allowed to eat inside and she came and handed us our food in a to go bag while we were clearing wanting to eat there since we live 15 minutes away, and as she walked away she told us she was going to mop and that we needed to leave in a rude manner. Who doesn't love a good chili dog? I had their chili cheese fry burrito. It was excellent. I'm surprised how much they've gone up in price but then again they also seem bigger than they were before. I only ordered one and it filled me up. I love their chili dogs. They also have some unique menu items that I was not accustomed to seeing before. The service was slow as the staff were just laughing and talking about nonsense. I had purchased a family meal of six chili dogs plus fries and two mustard dogs had to wait about fifteen minutes to get it as everything was going out the drive thru window! My family was the only ones inside. When they finally gave us our order the fries were cold and had been sitting on the tray about ten minutes as i stood there waiting for the order watching. The dogs however were fresh and hot and when i asked for the fries to be replaced with hot ones they refused! I will not return! read more

Please have ice tea available. Not everyone wants soda. There never seems to be any ice tea, especially at night. I get it's a pain to brew it but the drive thru is open and customers should be able to order a menu item. read more

The customer service in the drive thru sucks!!!! It is simply horrible I worked in the food industry while going to college and my job was to always cater to my customers. When I got to the drive thru to order he asked me to wait (no big deal) I waited 5 minutes to order. I get to the window and he just handed his hand out didn't even acknowledge me and waited for me to give him the money again wasn't even looking at me and was busy talking to another employee about their weekend plans. I forgot to order a drink so I ask for one but again I was ignored didn't when know if he heard me (he did give me the soda) at that moment I didn't know if he heard me didn't even say yes I'll get it for you, nothing. He gave me my order and walked away as I was askon for ketchup. I waited at the window for about 3 minutes before he came back. I am an easy going customer I worked in the industry for 9 years and I know how needy and complicated customers can be and because I know how it feels I don't like to give anyone a hard time. This was my first time trying wienerschnitzel ever in my life I was actually trying it out because my sister raves about the corn dogs but the service is horrible never again will I come to this location. read more

This wienerschnitzel desperately needs to work on their drive through customer service. The man started my order by saying "you can order" which was a little abrupt for me but I ignored it. I had ordered five chili cheese dogs, two regular dogs and a shake and my total was 7.30. When I get up to the window he lacked any friendly customer interaction, charged me, gave me my bag and said "receipts in the bag." ..... I then had my daughter check the bag and it only had two hot dogs. I also checked the receipt and it did not even have a list of the items. Just the total. So I proceeded to go inside and let the man at the front know what had happened... he was very friendly but then the drive through employee comes up and says "I never charged you for that. Look it's not even on here" as if I had personally attacked him in some way. Anyways, I paid for the rest of my food and left. I had no problem with the fact that he missed something on the order except that I had been specifically asking him questions about it so clearly he was not listening. Regardless, if you're working drive through you should have proper customer service etiquette. read more
