Was not my first time eating here but always wanted to try the meatball sub. We really like the decor from all firehouses. It's amazing to see the donations from all locations to help local firemen. The meatball sandwich what's amazing! The sauce was not too tangy or spicy. The French roll was toasted perfectly and the meatballs were juicy. The food was made very quickly and the staff was friendly.

I haven't had Firehouse Subs for a few years now. In the course of events today, we happened across this location near Warm Springs and Durango Road. It's kind of wild that I enjoy their product so much, but don't have it more. So, this is my 0.02 on Firehouse: - I love their product. I really do. They have a fantastic menu of great subs (and I do love me a good, quality sub!) and I often try a new sub, and they are ALL really good IMO. - I love how they really deck out the place with the whole Firehouse theme. So many companies are cutting back on anything that doesn't directly make them money, so it's good to see not everyone cheaping out. It's got some personality! :) - The employees are always moderately friendly. Some more than others, as it often goes. - The main reason I do not come here all the time is pretty simple: they are pricey! A small was around $8 for the sub I ordered (Beef brisket and cheddar cheese). This is listed as 4". No one is going to be satisfied with 4" of great sandwich! So, I opted for the medium. This was $11 and change for an 8-inch sub. (A large is 12 inches, fyi) Damn. Almost $12 for an 8-inch sub?! For me, this has to be a once in a while treat. But, damn, it is always good when I do get it! 4 stars.

ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! We came here to get a sandwich for our mother who is in the hospital and the girl on shift on 9-27-2025 at 5:09pm gave us nothing but an attitude from the time we walked in. After NOT believing we had placed an order. She rudely asked to verify it on our phone. Which we did. The food was handed to us and as we walked out she proceeded to something rude under her breath. She accused us of halving an attitude. Now that we got our mom her food... the chips we paid for were NOT in the order! Unacceptable and very unprofessional!! Clearly your employee needs to be RETRAINED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE!

My review is primarily based on the price point of their small sandwiches. Yes, I know they were small. But starting at $8 for a 4 inch sandwich? That price point needs to be $5, $6 at the most. This little sandwich was one of their new "Hot Ones". I wasn't really a fan. The sauce actually ruined it for me. Just a note to self...don't order this next time. I'm a fan of Firehouse, but one does not get their money's worth with a small sandwich. Go medium next time.

Zero customers were inside of the restaurant when we entered. Which made their already fast service even faster. We weren't inside of the restaurant that long given the fact that our wait time was less than five minutes. But long enough to notice that the restaurant was pristine & in tiptop shape. And as far as the sandwich goes... to quote my Youngin "the sandwich was Bussin". Translation: it was really, really GOOD.

12" pepperoni pizza meatball sandwich. Second time having this sandwich. It was so well made, I came back for more

12" pepperoni meatball sub. The generous meat portions, had me coming back again. Fantastic

This was my first time trying Firehouse Subs, and I was pleasantly surprised. I wanted to start out with the small size sandwiches. I got the Veggie, Pastrami and Turkey Bacon Ranch. They all were delicious! The bread was toasted, adding a nice bite. And the flavors of all the ingredients worked well together. The mushrooms were my favorite. All the veggies were fresh and plentiful, along with the meat! The restaurant gave me a great first impression with how clean it was, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. All in all a great experience, and I will be back soon!

Italian sub WHEAT BREAD, do you hire people that don't read?

I have tried this firehouse sub store twice. I ordered online and twice they failed! I asked for wheat bread because I cannot eat white flour because of the gluten, they made my sandwich with white bread!!! So I asked for the Italian dressing on the side and they drenched the sub with Italian dressing!!! I called to let them know I couldn't eat my sandwich or enjoy what was supposed to be my dinner and I get a rude guy on the phone that had no customer service skills or communication skills and didn't offer a solution!!! I will never eat there again!!! So irritated and hungry!!

The theme is great, Firehouse Not impressed with food. With a coupon or if someone pays, I would come back and try another sandwich. Ordered New York Steamer Bread: great, very fresh, soft Meats: not impressed, disappointed, the taste is so-so, I think the texture of the meat was odd, more like cold cuts out if a plastic container?? I could have gone to the market for better quality meats. Temp of sandwich was great, hot Provolone was good Cost?? Questionable Service is ok Outside not clean, good amount of parking but can get full Convenient to get to Inside: well lit, lots of tables to sit, clean, no too noisy, one small TV playing sports, nice enough to eat in and relax. I wouldn't recommend this place yet, I would have to try their other selections.

Wasn't a fan of the bread and it was kinda bland. Hadn't tried this place for years because of the motherland can't get it right, I wasn't going to mess with the US version. I was wrong. The sandwich was 5/5. I was thinking about this sandwich for days after. What makes them different is the bread. It's toasted, a bit thinner, while being fluffy on the inside, has that crunch on the outside. And it was phenomenal. Met a family of four who is a regular, that recommended the one with pistachio cream inside. I decided to try something else instead and it was amazing. I can't remember which one it was but it had spicy sauce with spicy salami inside. I'll def be going back to give a shot on the pistachio cream that the family shared they are addicted to.

I went in on a Monday around 11am, and to my surprise there was only one other group (of 3) ahead of me. The employee immediately helped us and asked which sandwiches we wanted. I ordered the Schiacciata del Boss, and the Summer. Each sandwich was $21. Additionally I purchased a Sparkling Water for $3. The employee began making my sandwiches, and I did have a hard time understanding what he said to me because he was mumbling, but I didn't get yelled at so I guess I followed his directions accurately. I will say, It was a bit of sticker shock to realize that I paid $48.77 for two sandwiches and a sparkling water. When we opened the sandwiches, they were actually a lot wider than I had anticipated. I should have done better research because I did not expect the sandwiches to be so flat. I expected them to have a little bit more veggies of some sort in them. The prosciutto also felt very minimal and thin. The bread itself was fantastic. You could tell it was fresh and soft. Additionally the truffle spread was prominent in all the best ways. I did have a problem with my sandwich though.. as I was eating my half of the sandwich, I looked down and there was a hair wrapped around some of the meat and coming out of my sandwich. I tried to tell myself it was my hair, because it was black, but my hair is long and that day it was curly. This hair was short and black and wrapped around the meat going further into the sandwich. Unfortunately, my first reaction was to pick it out and throw the hair on the ground, so I did not get a photo of it. Because I did not have proof, I didn't feel it was appropriate to go back in and address it. The customer service was very nice, so it's my best guess that they would have handled it appropriately if it was brought to their attention. Overall (excluding the hair incident), I enjoyed the bread, but I did not feel as though the quality of the sandwich met the price point of what I was charged. If it had more meat and veggies, then I would have been all for it, but $21 for really good bread, is something I will pass on.
