Went their on a lunch break with my girlfriend and she ordered a Diet Coke with our meal. In the cup of her drink was a large plastic wrapper along with other smaller pieces of plastic. Payed for my meal with cash, only to have the very rude cashier throw my change on the counter in front of me. I then watched this same cashier put together my food not wearing gloves, not washing her hands, and not covering her nose/mouth with a mask. She was picking up fries and mini corn dogs from my order with her BARE HANDS, in the middle of a pandemic. Absolutely disgusting. When I asked to speak to a manager the same cashier and her coworker decided to stare at me and talk about me right in front of my face. The only reason I'm leaving 1 star is because the manager was the only one that helped me and was very apologetic And yelp will not let me leave a 0 star review. This location is a bit difficult to find parking at times. The parking lot and strip center located on aides is very busy and unfortunately you can tell with the parking situation. As far as store itself, the staff is very friendly and they do prepare orders quickly and accurately. My food is always fresh and hot. Unfortunately, the inside is not always the cleanest. They could definitely hit the tables and floors a bit better which would ultimately make the joint a lot more appealing to eat in. I typically go thru the drive thru and take food home. All in all, it is the consistent Wienerschnitzel food you love and enjoy and staff are nice to boot! read more

Love this spot for ice cream and a quick bite to eat. My daughter loves to go here after dance. We usually come with about 4 kiddos and they are super nice to them. Don't give dirty looks when I ask for water cups because the kids don't drink Soda and will always modify any order. I do wish you offered either a turkey or veggie dog. I am a vegetarian and there is nothing for me to eat besides jalapeño poppers which are yummy or ice cream which I don't mind. read more

Food is always fresh. Most people are polite with the exception of the owner. He has no customer service. Very rude and Angry man. I came to eat lunch one day and parked in the area marked for Wienerschnitzel because my handicap son wanted it. I stop going after I realized the ugly inside the owner. So 4 months later I go for my son. I park in the area marked for them. I then walk over to Starbucks to purchase a gift card. I walk back to my car to put the gift card away. Before I know it the owner is at my car questions me where I went and asked if I could read. I then notified him I wanted my sons food fresh so I was getting it last. No he was not apologetic at all. Horrible business man. His anger and hate is the whole topic of that shopping center. From what I understand norco pd notified all business the tow signs he put up himself are not legal. I ordered 2 hot fudge Sundaes, for $3.49, they are so skimpy, and then they charge an extra 25 cents each for peanuts, but don't tell you they are extra! I asked for lids for the sundaes and they said they don't have them anymore! Their sundae is equivalent to the $1 sundae at McDonald's. Time to find a new place for ice cream. read more

I went to grab lunch real quick i went through the drive thru, I know we all get busy but I feel that we go through a drive thru for a reason.... I gave my order they repeated it back, proceeded to the window to pay and she then repeated the order I corrected her for having my order wrong, again repeated the correct order for the 3rd time... I gave my payment and a few seconds later she handed my card back and bag, before leaving I checked my bag. Noticed it was STILL wrong... I called out to the girl at the window to say u forgot something, she says they didn't that's what I ordered and they only charged you for what was in the bag I said it's in correct what I ordered was 9 dollars and only got 2 items... I got frustrated and left the drive thru.. what happened to customer service and helping customers? I wasn't wrong, but geez I only wanted what I paid for and ordered... I feel this is happening everyday we need to change the way we treat people and slow down that's the reason for messing up my order!!! read more

Stopped by here for lunch the other day and ran in real quick to take some food to go and was greeted with several friendly faces. Pepe hooked me up with some food and when I was almost back to work, I realized I didn't have my cell phone! This was the first day of that recent heavy storm. Pepe was very helpful in reassuring me that he would view his cameras to see if I had indeed left it. Turns out I had dropped it outside in the parking lot. He was shocked to see that a few cars had parked in the exact spot I was at, and NOBODY ran it over! And the rain had stopped for that short time until I got back to the restaurant. Unfortunately, he did see a man pick it up. I phoned him the next morning and he did explain to me what he saw. The best part of my story is that person drove my cell phone and left it at my house! ( my driver's license was inside) Pepe was wonderful and so helpful! His excellent customer service needs to be addressed! Not sure who the person was who found it though, and would like to publicly thank him as well!! My faith has once agained been restored with humanity! To the "owner" of Weinerschnizel on hammer in norco; Good job. My sister and I were confronted by this man who goes by "Rasheed", whom apparently owns the franchise. He was in front of us in the drive thru, my sister and I were being our normal dumb selves singing & talking, he exited his vehicle, came to my window and was making me very scared for my safety. As he left the drive thru he continued to back his vehicle into the parking spot directly in front of the drive thru & put his brights on our car. Before this he banged on the door and was let into the restaurant kitchen. At this point I was frightened to even pay for or take the items I had ordered. I asked the employee Kim who he was, she replied with "are you running your mouth to him, he owns the place" which at that point threw me off and really upset me. We paid for our ice cream and as we were driving off I put my arm up so I could see where I was going, the said owner then started screaming out of his window very rude things. Kim then walked out of the establishment and began telling him that I was told her I would being calling corporate to explain my experience. At this point the owner exited his vehicle and started coming to my car, when this was happening my sister became worried and kept telling myself "let's go,let's go" as I was waiting for a car to pass so I could leave the area. This is not how you run a business and not how you let employees treat customers. No, I am not saying I was a perfect princess with my attitude but regardless, if you are a owner of a large business that is NOT how you treat customers. First time I went there I was driving around wasting time. My thoughts were to grab a quick bite before heading home. Went through drive thru the first time and ordered a corn dog, small fry and a chilli dog WITH ketchup and mustard. After getting my food and driving off, I learned I only got a k&m dog and the fries were cold. I went back thru drive thru told them I would like my chilli dog in addition to buying another set of 'fresh' fries. Well I got the chilli dog and a free set fries. That was nice initiative but as I drive off again and get almost home when I pull out the chilli dog and realize thr hot dog is covered in sooo much k&m that I could barely taste the chilli!! Thr fries were still not fresh. I threw it all away. Well I went there again today to see if they would redeem themselves. I ordered the same thing, minus the k&m. It seems they are consistant with being very stingy with their chilly! The chilli didnt even cover the whole hotdog!! I don't plan on going back. Well apparently they no longer carry turkey dogs - OK, fine. I went for a corn dog, since it's chicken, and I can just peel the breading off. Drive thru ordered 3 muster dogs one with onions, I get to the window to pay and the girl repeats my order but says "3 muster dogs with onions" and because I am allergic to onions "I say onions are only on one" and she "yea I know"! So I pay and she is handing me the bag of food and a co worker grabs the bag back and adds something then she hands it back to me, and I ask her if the order right and she say "yep". She had no clue what was in the bag, she was rude, and the order was still wrong. I do give props to the co worker (tall guy,with a deep voice) who was trying to make it right. Poor costumer service. I wanted onions with my corn dog, "You want a side of onions", No, I just want onions for my corn dog. 'You can get a chill dog that comes with onions'. No, I want onions as a part of the corn dog. 'Well, That will be a side". Who has a problem with this, Onions, if you like them, like mustard. relish, and some ketchup, if you like, are a part of a hot dog with a bun or a corn dog. If you want onions they'll try to charge you. But if the manager is there, he wants to see how your going to put the onions on the corn dog before he gives them to you, so you better know how before you go.
