We went here, the restaurant is very clean. All the employees are very nice. I love all the food Wienerschnitzel makes all the time. However I just found out all Wienerschnitzel restaurants are all indepenantly owned. So may I suggest that this particular Wienerschnitzel offer a special . Such as Three chlie , mustard hot dogs for $5.39. This is a real good deal and will bring lots of good customers. The other issue is a health issue concern. This is in reference to food handling. I am sure most of us are aware of the mandatory : Food Handling Code: 3-301.11. D. This is the third paragragh. There are only three ways to touch food. ( 1.) Clean brand new clean plastic gloves. Once these clean and brand new plastic gloves are on the hands the cook should only touch food. These hands with the Clean and new plastic gloves do not touch , walls, tables, broom sticks are any body parts. Because if these hands touch anything else then it is called : Cross contamination. The hands should be washed in the correct water temperature then properly dried with clean paper towels. Not some dirty towel that was just laying around. This is noted because when we went here most recently we saw the female cook grabbing hot dogs with out clean and brand new clean plastic gloves. She was also just grabbing hot dog buns with out clean and brand new plastic gloves. I would humbly think if these fast food employees are now making $20.00 an hour that can show more care and concern for paying customers and use clean brand new plastic gloves to touch food. The only thing the cook should touch with brand new clean plastic gloves is food. Not human body parts. Not walls or trash cans. Touch only food. To avoid cross contamination. Love by action speaks much louder then words. ( 2.) The other way to touch food is by the cook using clean and sanitizd tongs. ( 3.) The other way the cook should touch food is with a laddle or spatulah. Notice all the teenagers that work for Subway. They all touch food with clean brand new plastic gloves. They only touch food with these brand new and clean plastic gloves. After they make a Subway sandwich for a cusomer they then throw these used plastic gloves in the trash. Then they use the cash register to touch money. The employees here are very nice and very polite. I am sure the manager of this Wienerschnitzel can look into providing all his cooks with clean and brand new plastic gloves to only be used to touch food. The employees of all fast food restaurants are making $20.00 an hour. Love for all paying cutomers is a action word. We love Wienerschnitzel hot dogs and all the other food products that they sell. i order a cheese burger and it was put together so sloppy it almost looked deliberate, i mean the burger had so much ketchup, mustard and mayo it leaked out of the wrapper and got on my seat. when i got home i had to use a kitchen knife ti scrape of all of the access sauce, i just threw it away. after that i was looking forward to eating the chili dog i ordered. i thought there was no way everything i ordered didnt look and taste like pig food but i was wrong. the chili was cold and lumpy it did not even look like anything remotely like the pictures. wow i will not be back read more

My daughters purchased a $20 gift certificate at the Norco site as a Christmas present. Unfortunately, the clerk didn't activate the card. When I tried to use it, the card was rejected. When I enter the card number on-line it says $20.00 credit. I called in 3 weeks ago to corporate and was told I would be contacted. I called again today after hearing nothing. All they said was I would be contacted, but would do nothing regarding crediting/refunding the money. Fun since 61? I think not. read more
