The fries taste the same like McDonalds which isn't bad since I love fries like that a lot with salt. The hot dogs didn't look like from the menu I ordered but that's ok. What matters is the taste that counts. The gentleman that took my family's orders and myself had a good attitude which is something I appreciate. That made me and my family felt welcomed. 3/25/23 - I have another late appointment and I don't want a taco or hamburger because I made burgers last night. A Chicago Dog sounds good to me. I swung into the drive-thru and looked at the menu. I think a Chicago Dog was $5.99 & a Pepsi was about $2.50. I was very, very, very surprised to get a hot Chicago Dog. Most of the time I come and get something it almost cold even though I just ordered it!!! This visit was different, it was delicious and had two hot peppers on it. There were some items missing for it to be real Chicago dog: the bread & butter pickle spear, two sliced tomatoes and the celery salt (optional). Everyone has their version. But I am still amazed that I got a hot--hot dog. My late lunch or snack & added up to almost $9.00. If the food remains hot I will come often. But I did notice that two corn dogs were $8.99 and I hope that included French fries & a drink; I didn't see that on the sign. This is the worst one around. The Lobby is still in a mess the bathroom is unusable since 2019. The young man at the counter didn't know how to make change. The soda machine was out of order. And it was expensive for just hot dogs. My sons order wasn't even right. This place should be shut down and maybe only service to drive thru. This is a very sad place. read more

I go here in the mornings after dropping off the kiddo at school. The morning crew are absolutely superb. They have the best customer service out of all fast food joints I've been to. There's zero to complain about and many to compliment. They never fail to greet and thank you. Whether it's asking what size you want your fries, or to make it chili cheese fries, they got it all down. They repeat the order. They tell you the total. The staff including managers are rude. I don't eat pork so I've always paid an extra $1.50 per chili dog to get an all beef chili dog. Occasionally I take their survey and as a reward they allow you buy one chili dog and get one free. I've always use the coupon and paid the extra $1.50 extra for the all beef hotdog (times 2) for the promo. But this time the managers told me that they would not allow me to get an all beef chili dog even though I was paying the extra $1.50 per chili dog. I explained I've done this before at different locations including theirs. But the manager flat out told me no and if I wanted the all beef chili dog I couldn't use the survey coupon and that they should have never allowed me to do so in the past. They were rude and did not know the meaning of customer service. And then to make things worse, they still gave me the hot dog with pork in it even though I told them multiple times I don't want the regular hotdog that has pork in it.
