I'm always impressed with the organization of the drive thru line but this time it was way too long to find a place to get in line. I decided to go into the store to order for pick up and was waited on right away. I did have a little wait until my order was ready, but I was very impressed by the organization of the staff. First of all, they had enough staff, which is not always the case nowadays. Everyone was very busy and appeared to know exactly what they were doing. I definitely like coming to in n out every other week or month. It's definitely a great burger place, although their menu is very small and lacks a few things but other than that it's good. My favorite order is a double double animal style add whole grilled onion, and add chilies and the fries I like them well done with onions on top! This location is no exception and does the home office in Baldwin Park proud. Location is great and accessible although at times it gets quite busy so the need to plan appropriately can save you time. They work hard "trying" to get customers out fast, I like the system of employees that stands in the drive thru line taking orders and I am positive that it doubles their production speed. I just wanted to pop in here and leave a big thumbs up for the staff of this In-N-Out. When big conferences come to a place like Stockton, a lot of restaurants buckle under the load, especially late at night. Before we came here, we stopped at another restaurant that was supposed to be open until midnight, and the hostess promptly turned our group away; so we ended up at In-N-Out instead. When we arrived we were greeted promptly and with a smile. At the time we ordered they were out of drink cups, and were offering water cups for soft drinks for free. Just as I was about to not have to pay for drinks, a guy excitedly announced he found more cups. I happily paid for my drinks, but the timing of my misfortune struck me as hilarious. The young lady helping me was very patient with my laughter, and I appreciate that. We ordered burgers and fries and everything came out super fast. How was the food? It's California and In-N-Out. Of course it was good. All those Whataburger zealots out there are just bitter because our burgers are actually good. My friends and I enjoyed our food very much, although... just a minor oddity. Without ordering well done fries, my animal style fries were a little more extra crunchy than I like. The solution to this is always more special sauce, so the night was not hindered. For it being so late at night it was pretty packed in there. Of course, conferences will do that. My hunny and I have made it a habit to eat In n' Out at this location almost every Sunday and was always satisfied with the service and the food, minus the long wait times both in the drive thru and inside. My problem is the last 2 times we went there, my hunny went in and ordered our food and both times, they lost our ticket order. The first time could have been an oversight but the second time made me realize these workers that are being paid a very good salary need to be more mindful of what of their jobs.
