I recently purchased a beautiful 2011 Infiniti G25 from FRIENDS AUTO GROUP. I have to say that I did have some resistance to buying used, but let me tell you that all doubt immediately left me. I was and still am very impressed. The website was easy to navigate. The description of the vehicle on the lot was straightforward and easy to read. The pictures of the vehicle were clear, and every angle inside and out was shown. In other words, nothing to hide. Seeing the car in person far surpassed my expectations. Was it flawless? No! Was the engine purring? You bet!! Everything worked on this car and by everything that means right down to power electronics and manual adjustments. There was a teeny tiny rock chip on the windshield... hardly noticeable and so small that I intended to fix it myself with a kit, but they replaced the entire windshield instead. Now that right there is Top-Notch customer service, and that's something you dont get to experience anywhere else. Most dealerships sell cars AS IS. So think about that!! I was able to buy an extended warranty on the car as well. Although, I will say that the previous owner took excellent care of this car. The engine was clean under the hood and passed all safety and maintenance checks. The checkout was smooth, and the vehicle was presented to me, the same as a brand new car. Overall, the entire process was seamless. The car itself was exactly as described and of excellent quality. I'll definitely be shopping here again. I highly recommend this dealership. I spend $21.000 Do not buy a car at this auto group be aware, the first car I bought was a Nissan 2008 SUV for 11,000 I had a problem with the sensor coming on after a week. I bought back the SUV to the dealership and explain to them it said that Air was needed on one of the tires, when speaking to Mike one of the owners he told me that it would be $200 just to check it out so now when I put air in all the tires the SUV moves to the right side not good. The second car I bought was a Mercedes Benz 2006 E350 82.000 miles four-door sedan they sold me the car with three bald tires that are no good. when I took the car to Costco the guy said you only have one good tire on this car. Then after four months of having the car the fuel pump went out and I had to spend $480. I just brought it back to Sam the owner I asked him if you can help me with the $480 that I just spent on the car after having it for four months, and he says forget about it I gave you 10 days warranty. I'm not gonna help you out with the payments, so after spending $21,000 in this establishment in the last 4 months you would think the owner would want to help out his customers if something goes wrong and they do not help out, they just don't care about the customer once they get the money after 10 days you're fucked you're on your own, not a good way to do business with people who spend $21.000 They are from Iran I thought they care about their customers but I made a big mistake be aware. Ralphi is a really good guy doing his best to sell cars and help his customers; however after two visits to this car lot and looking at multiple cars, I could not have been more disappointed. We first looked at a Mini and when opening the hood, the front trim piece fell off. The rest of the car seemed okay, but my son wanted to look at other cars. We then looked at a Camero and the car wouldn't start. We happened to come back the following day to look at another car that we found via Carfax, which was a Scion. This car also required a jump to start and had a multitude of minor issues, including a missing sun visor and another one that was put on the wrong side. The cars appeared as though they hadn't been washed in weeks. Good Carfax reports got us to the lot twice, but both times the quality of the cars left us feeling like we wasted our time and would never go back. We went to two other independent dealers in the area and had very different experiences, which left us wishing we had gone there first. read more

What a disappointing experience to say the least. I was greeted by Ralphie (don't know the correct spelling of their name). Having over 25 years of mortgage finance experience, I was upfront in letting him know I already know which car I want to see and if I'm interested I will let him know. He asked me my budget, and I advised him I'm a cash buyer and none of the cars on his lot are worth over $10K. Most of the cars were dirty, and not clean. I finally chose to look at one car, and I told him the tires need replacing; there is an open recall on the car and I will not buy an open recall car without it getting rectified at a Honda dealership. I advised that we can negotiate on the car and he said we don't negotiate here. I advised him everything is negotiable and he kept insisting the price is firm. Are you serious? You have a car that's not sellable and not worth $9K. He knew nothing about the cars on the lot, nor about being a professional salesperson, but then again which shady car salesman is? Do not bother buying from these guys. There are far more reputable auto dealers in the area. Ended up buying an awesome car from a dealer who went above and beyond in delivering the car detailed and honored my final price. read more

I bought a car here a month ago and already the check engine light went off. Took it to the mechanic and he told me the Variable Valve Transmission was bad as well as the hybrid cooling fan. In addition to this the driver side window motor stopped working too. I'm surprised because this car has less thank 40K miles and it's already breaking down. I wouldn't be surprised if this dealership messes with the odometer to give you false miles. They assured me that they inspected the car and took care of everything before selling it to me.
