A very sweet, locally owned coffee shop. Can't speak to the food, but the coffee and pastries were great. Owners are kind and accommodating. Great place to come hang out, meet the community, or work! I kept missing this place by trying when they were closed, but glad I finally got a chance to stop by.

I ordered Earl Grey White * Bee Pot of Hot Tea * $2.50 The cafe is comfortable and perfect place to meet up or collect your thoughts over something soothing, savory or sweet. There is one two-seater chair and table outside for those who enjoy the river view. For lunch, I indulged in the "breakfast for lunch" option with a delectable breakfast burrito! They serve breakfast all day, but several people in the cafe order the chicken salad while I ate and visited. Staff suggested the chicken salad as well. Overall: Great Prices * Good Atmosphere * Delicious Food * Good Views I would come back if it wasn't that I lived in California!

Cute little cafe in Delano. Friendly service and great coffee + food. The breakfast croissant sandwich with sriracha was delicious.

My MIL is in a wheelchair so it was wonderful that they had a single accessible bathroom. We ordered the blueberry pancakes. The menu said $14. We didn't realize it while there, we were charged $16 with extra for blueberries so we missed something on the menu apparently. That price is outrageous for pancakes. We had the strawberry cream cheese French toast. Great flavor. It came fairly cold unfortunately. Would totally get again though. We also had the Smokin Hash w/ Brisket. Big portion. Flavorful. Lots of smoke in it. Not much queso at all, if any. Next door the same owner also owns a cool looking BBQ joint that we can't wait to try. I realize this is only a 3 star, but the menu is fabulous, location is great and service was wonderful.

Serving brunch 4 days a week in the old Buddy Boy building…read more We stopped in on a Thursday morning and were seated at the breakfast bar. I enjoyed the clean aesthetic they did to the building while keeping the refurbished seating from before. The staff was all kind of running around and didn't seem to communicate well, often food was sitting in the window and as a prior server, all I could think was "it's going to die". It seems they would benefit from having a FOH lead or hostess who also did bussing and other support staff duties. We ordered the Breakfast Burrito w/ brisket and the House Breakfast w/ brisket. The burrito lacked flavor and essentially was a giant burrito loaded with potatoes, a lil' egg and some chopped up brisket. For the house breakfast, the hashbrowns were crispy with perfectly basted eggs. Unfortunately, the brisket was some of the worst we've had and that was such a letdown since they are affiliated with Buddy Boy, and we've had amazing food from them in the past. The syrup for the pancake was the star of the meal. It was like a chocolate- caramel syrup that I could have dreamed up about several dishes for.

This is a place we look forward to trying every time the season changes (and definitely the place your local family/friends want gift cards to). Although it's a bit of a hike outside the city, still not too bad on a weekday and it was nice to get out and try something new! It seems like an up and coming area for Monticello and development nearby. We came right at 5 when the restaurant opens and got a seat in the high tops. NOTE! If you want to partake in the happy hour, you have to either sit at the bar or in the high top tables. We didn't know this and wanted their chicken wings on the happy hour menu so ended up switching tables. In addition to the wings, my husband ordered the corn bread app which was pretty good too! Wasn't a huge fan of the spicy butter it came with, but strange but the bread itself was good. The wings had a good seasoning and the house made ranch was really tasty! Surprised there were only wings and no drumsticks which I prefer and the wings themselves didn't have a whole ton of meat on them so I'd give it 3/5 on the apps I ordered the 12oz New York strip and at market price it was $62, came with broccolini and French fries. My husband got the turkey burger which he wasn't a huge fan of he said but he enjoyed the fries. My New York strip wasn't seasoned well - if at all to be honest but thankfully they had some leftover A1 from Mother's Day brunch where the bartender made some bloody Mary's so that helped. Can't say the food was a knockout but the service was really good. The bartender who was our server was conversational, great dude, and offered great suggestions. Host and folks were also really accommodating when we hopped around the restaurant so we could participate in the HH. All in all, great experience and nice place to try!
