So I brought the keys to 89th Ave Locks Keys Glass Etc where the owner looked at them carefully and could see why they didn't work. He cut and shaped them and sent me on my way. They worked perfectly. All three keys fit into the lock and turn easily. I'm not sure why the owner of Dutton Hardware had such a problem, but the owner of 89th Avenue Locks Keys Glass Etc fixed the keys in minutes and was extremely pleasant and professional while he did it. We've been waiting over six weeks to respond to our recent outreach to have them address these issues and update our technology to increase bandwith, but can't get anyone on the phone or to respond to an email. Thankfully, we found a local company that is extremely responsive and actually knows what they are doing. I can't overstate how disappointed we are with Bravas and wished we had worked with a different company before spending so much money. There was no hemming and hawing or haggling AT ALL- he identified the problem and made another adjustment to make the deadbolt more secure. Robert is a professional; he didn't sell me a single thing and gave me a short list of options with succinct explanations in response to my detailed and tedious questions. Lockdown Security does not have many Yelp reviews - and I figured out why: I asked for a handful of business cards because I had such a fantastic resolution. Robert chuckled and mentioned that he is the preferred locksmith for a number of Property Management Companies, high rise complexes and developers on both sides of the Bay. Despite his impressive roster, he gave me his undivided attention and made me feel like a VIP. I am delighted with Robert's credentials, licensing, professionalism and knowledge. But I preferred to get mine rekeyed so I have fewer keys. Always nice when they encourage you to save money instead of just promoting their business. I'd come back here.
