I was hoping to browse all of the OPI and DND colors, but instead I was handed a generic color book, which made it difficult to choose the shade I wanted. I also wasn't a huge fan of having my builder gel manicure started while I was still getting my pedicure. It felt a little awkward and unstable trying to do both at the same time, and I would have preferred to finish one service before starting the next. Overall, the salon was a solid option and met my needs while I'm away from home. It was a good experience, and I'd consider returning if I needed another appointment while in town.

I asked for golden blonde hair. they made me sign some paper just saying it was so they could treat me now I'm trying to get a refund because I didn't get anything. I wanted .even with going in a week early for a consult. They are extremely expensive and you sit across the table from other people not in the chair it's a very bizarre situation. I would not recommend the salon to anybody. I'm trying to get a refund but they say they don't offer and since I signed that paper they just want me to come in and have somebody else do my hair. I will never return to that salon to have anybody touch my hair.
