Then we ordered the drunken noodle with chicken and beef, and the Thai basil chicken. Both meals were spicy but also very flavorful. The veggies tasted fresh and the rice was perfectly cooked. I have ordered from this place several times and it has always been pretty good. This time, however, it was awful! The egg drop soup was the consistency of water and tasted like it too. No flavor whatsoever, just water. The Mongolian beef is one of my favorite dishes there and the beef had so much pepper that was all I could taste. The Chicken Lo Mein also had a different flavor which reminded me of a used bandaid. The only item that tasted good and like normal was the cheese wontons. Clearly, they have changed their recipes or they have a chef that sucks. Either way, the food was a huge disappointment! I called the restaurant to let them know and ask for a refund. The girl was obviously young and didn't know customer service. She did offer me a credit for next time although that doesn't make me happy as I had to throw everything away and figure out something else for dinner! If I didn't have a credit there, I would never go back. I am updating my review and giving three stars. The chef from the restaurant called me back and apologized for the food. He indicated that they did forget some important ingredients in the soup and after he tasted it himself, yes it was bad. He is refunding my entire order and was very apologetic. Just to preface my review, I lived in Thailand for one year. I love spicy Thai food. The service was very slow. I do not know why they only had 2 servers at 7 pm on a Friday night. Also, each front employee (+3 hostesses) was wearing wildly different clothes. May not sound like much, but think of being served by a random assortment of high school kids. That is what they will be wearing + blue jeans. The food was a mix of Chinese, Japanese, and Thai. I had the Sesame Chicken while my girl friend ate some beef noodle dish (similar to pad thai minus the peanut sauce and seafood). The food did not come out at the same time and the chicken that was on the edge of my plate was warm, not hot. The taste? My food was squishy due to the breading being slightly under cooked, but the sauce was sweet and tangy. It was not spicy in the slightest although it was shown as being a spicy menu item. The beef noodle dish was literally plane. They could have garnished it with a lemon at the least to add some zip to it. The green tea we had was brought to us as hot water with tea bags put inside. The tea pot had to steep for a good 5 minutes before it was anything more than hot water. BTW, we did eat 4 pieces of sushi for an appetizer due the our hunger. They were amazing. We both agreed that we should have just stuck with those. Price wise, for 4 pc of happy hour sushi, 2 hot green teas, and 2 entrees the total was $26.60. That is about right for a dinner like this the only exception being the food should have been more tasty. read more

When you first walk into the place, it's uninviting. There is no host or hostess to seat you in, you see all the waiters and waitresses see you when you're standing there waiting for a table. This restaurant is cluttered with many statues and the tables are so unsanitary. The service here sucks honestly. Not a lot of people come here during lunch time. The food overall is disgusting. Very very disappointing... didn't get our complete order guess you should check everything when you order take out, but getting the order correct shouldn't be that difficult. Food was horrible, general Taos chicken tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp all day and was soggy and chewy... didn't get the crab wantons we ordered, and what we got, instead of being nice and crispy was chewy and no crab taste at all. Chicken satay was like chewing on some beef jerky and actually smelled rotten. Took over eight minutes to order over phone for a decent sized meal, lady that answered phone was extremely clueless and was not willing to make the smallest amount of exceptions and discluded three rolls. Guy that delivered sushi was grumpy and seemed ready to go as soon as possible. New to the Centennial area after 15 years in Central Denver. Trying out new places near the new home. I've found a couple of gems, but this is not one of them. When I order any kind of Asian cuisine, I'm looking for bold flavors. The Drunken Noodles w/chicken was about as blah as it can get. And I asked for Medium spice. Feel like I could have made this from a box at the grocery store. The Thai Spring Rolls and peanut sauce were just as tasteless and completely feel apart. Became a salad. Maybe I'm spoiled from some of the greats in Denver like Tommy Thai's on Colfax? Do yourself a favor and drive up to try that if you're in the south metro area. I ordered the Pad See Lew, again it looked great with it came to the table. However, there was basically zero flavor. There was no spice (I asked for 3/5 for spiciness). If you were to open some raw spaghetti noodles, and eat it uncooked, that is basically what I got from my meal as far as taste. Pretty disappointed. The two stars from my review comes from the wait staff - very friendly, very attentive, overall excellent. I think this may have been the RUDEST waitress I have ever had out of all my dining experiences. I ordered my entree and the only soup that comes with your entree is Hot and Sour soup (which is strange, you don't get a choice of soup like ALL other places). I told the waitress I did not want the hot and sour soup but would gladly pay extra to have Wanton soup instead. She informed me that she HAD to bring out the hot and sour soup, even though I didn't want it, I still had to have it out. So I thought that was strange but said ok.... Can I get the soup to-go since I now and going to have 2 soups and an entrée surely someone at home would like the soup. She said "no, the hot and sour soup is not big enough to be taken to-go, I have to bring it out and you just don't have to eat it". I moved to Denver area from Scottsdale AZ. While in AZ I searched hopelessly for a really good Thai restaurant to approach what I had enjoyed in Bangkok, Singapore and Hong Kong. Imagine my surprise when I discovered a first-rate place near my home in Centennial. The food is pretty authentic for America (there are the usual concessions to American tastes.)
