We live downtown, so Wally Park is easier to drive since we can get to it without going down busy Semoran. Overall we had a good experience, our driver both ways, Richard, was great - friendly and helpful. We had a fairly short wait going to MCO and zero wait on the return (the driver was pulling into the space, as we walked out the door). The only reason I knocked off a star, was due to a little lack of instructions / organization upon entering to drop off the car. We scanned our QR code, gate opened, but no real clear signage or anyone directing where to go. After parking, we stood by our car for while, not sure if a shuttle was circulating or we were supposed to walk back to office lobby. We started walking back, but a returning shuttle picked us up part way. One tip, if flying out of new terminal C, allow plenty of time for the drop off, if others are going to A/B or Brightline Train station.

Completely ludicrous. First the driver tells us he will only accept cash and keeps giving you a guilt trip about how he was sleeping when you called him. It was 3 PM in the afternoon! And then once he realizes you don't have cash, he is able to accept credit card at a lower fee for $70 dollars instead $85... But then the last moment sneaks it up to $75 instead of $70. This company is a complete scam operation and takes advantage of disabled people. That's OK we're going to be doing a website to expose what these people really are. The driver was Jamaican I believe. I have so many Jamaican friends. Some of them most beautiful people I know. This scam artist driver gives Jamaicans a bad name. This company takes advantage of people with disability.

He could not tell me the person he was picking up because they don't get a name but yet they took the credit card if you don't get a name how are you supposed to know picking up the correct person at the airport? I know when they picked us up. and after talking to the person on the phone, he was lost for words when I started drilling him about business procedure kind of gave me the impression that he was lying and he was pissed off. He got caught, but I know when I was service and was picked up at the airport, I was asked for the confirmation number and my name. so why is it that he cannot give me this information on who made the reservation? hmmm sounds a little fishy to me.

My family, friends, and I had such a great time and wish that we could have remained on the airboat much longer. This place is located at the end of a very long road. The drive to the property is very quiet and relaxing. The property itself was well-maintained, everything was clearly marked, and the venue itself was fun. There is a gift shop, a snack shop, a food trailer offering hot food, a beverage hit, clean bathrooms, gold mining, and so much more. The employees went out of their way to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. The real reason why you would visit this place is the airboats. Each guest boards the large boats, which can seat 12-15 people at a time. To the rear of the boat sits this huge fan, which controls the boat. Each guest is required to grab a headset or ear protection, as the boats are noisy and loud, and I mean LOUD once they get going. The purpose of the boats is to have fun, of course, but the objective is to look for alligators as you speed through the swamps. During our visit, we spotted nine alligators, and the boat operator stopped so guests could see and experience them up close. The alligators are never disturbed, and they do not seem to mind being watched. Back to the airboats, these things are FAST! The boat operator will have you going so fast on the water, then pull into a complete 360-degree turn when you least expect it. The first time the boat operator sped away from the dock at the start of the tour, you were a tad nervous, similar to riding a roller coaster. After this initial nervousness, you could not get enough of this airboat and only wanted to go fast on the water. I might add that there was a group seated in front of us with a boy between 8 and 10 years old and a young tween girl, and they appeared to enjoy the airboat ride just as much as we adults.
