We came to this place, twice, upon recommendation from a friend that lives in Bozeman. Their pastries/sandwiches are just as good as those you would get in France, and they blow anything we have in San Francisco out of the water (sorry, not sorry B Patisserie and Arsicault). We got the: 1) Turkey Harvarti to go for both ski days. I dont like sandwiches, but these were tasty and baguette bread was perfection. There was just the right balance of alfalfa sprouts, cheese, pesto, and turkey, and we didn't feel super full after, so we could still ski! 2) The pistachio macaron - the best pastry i have had in a long time. It had some strawberry cream in the center, and it wasn't too sweet. Absolutely divine. 3) The ricotta Poundcake- so delicious, and light for an après- ski snack! 4) The Lemon Poppy Brioche - this was like eating air - the raspberry cream filling inside was not sweet, and it was light and airy. The brioche bread was mehhhh. But overall, it was delicious. Will def come back next time we are in Bozeman! read more

I can't say enough good things about this place. They always have a line which should tell you how good they are. As for the food, we tried the chocolate croissants, cookies and a granola bar. Everything was delicious but the croissants were out of this world. They are huge and have a decent amount of chocolate inside of them. The place is small but most people get their food to go. I have not had one bad item from here, my only complaint is that I'm ruined for being able to enjoy a slice of pound cake without comparing it to the one I had. Pretty low key and if you are a visitor you wouldn't guess it's here. Food Review: We had pretty much all of the favorites. Orange Pecan Sticky Bun($3.85), Pain au Raisin($3.95), Ham & Gruyere Croissant($3.95), Almond Croissant($3.95), Cinnamon Bun($3.25), Danish($3.95), Blueberry($2.25), Friand($2.50). Honestly all of them are super delicious. But my favorites are : Ham & Gruyere Croissant($3.95), Almond Croissant($3.95). No wonder they got the best bakery recognization in the nation!! We were in Bozeman for a visit an on a whim googled bread shops in the area. We were only 2 miles from Wild Crumb and decided to go. It was everything I had ever hoped for in a bake shop. An absolute hit on our road-trip through Bozeman. We'd done Glacier National Park a few days before and got so burnt out with hardly any food in the car. We had the genius idea to load up at Wild Crumb the morning before hitting up Yellowstone. Sooo happy we did! EVERYTHING we got (croissant, banana bread, sourdough loaf, huckleberry scone, breakfast sandwich) was a 5/5 in both price and taste! After a few bites, we liked it so much I ran back inside to get my husband one of their tshirts as a momento. So many yummy pastries to choose from, but best of all was the flavorful, yummy fougasse bread!

No exaggeration this is one of the best bakeries I've ever been to anywhere in the world. It's up there with Panaderia in San Antonio and the best Parisian patisseries and boulangeries I went to while living in France. The Gruyère and onion croissant was life changing. My only regret was not also getting al almond croissant and chocolate croissant. Perfectly flaky and buttery and the filling was lights out delicious. Huckleberry scone is one of the best scones ever as well and huckleberry is obligatory flavor in Montana. I love cardamom and the cardamom knot didn't disappoint. Perfectly blend of sweet and spice. Haven't got to the brioche yet but I'm sure it's as good or better than everything else I've tried. Honestly can't wait to come back to Bozeman just for this bakery. read more

Delicious French style pastries but don't try the coffee. We tried a Gruyère and ham croissant, almond croissant, bialy, and a berry poundcake. We enjoyed them all. Loved this bakery! We visited here on a recommendation from several local residents and shopkeepers. It did not disappoint. I wanted to get everything and had to really pace myself. By the time we had arrived this bakery didn't have any bread left (tells you it is amazing!) but I was able to get cookies, brownies, scones and cupcakes. Did I say i tried to get it all? yep. The scones were made from fresh huckleberry. I was having a hard time finding any fresh huckleberry and this was the closest I got. It was delicious! The brownie was very luxurious and the cookie was perfectly light. Not too sweet. The staff was friendly and helpful, the bakery was very lively even towards closing. read more

Is there an option to give 6 stars? If there was I definitely would. This place is great every time I go. (I go a lot). I live a couple steps away from the bakery and I am so glad I do. The huckleberry scone is fantastic! Best bakery in town BY FAR! Also, they are located next to Finks Deli and even make the bread for them! We had Wild Crumb do the desserts and cake for our wedding and it was perfect! Kelsey and the team were so responsive and helpful, and everything turned out great. We love their carrot cake and knew we wanted it for our wedding and they made it happen. We also had a variety of cupcakes and cookies. Everyone LOVED it! This is the BEST bakery I have ever been to. Amazing selection of pastries, breads and deserts. Staff is super friendly. Ambiance is busy but relaxed. Didn't love my selections from Wild Crumb and even wasted one of them in its entirety since the other two didn't impress me much. We spotted the lengthy line and I really don't do lines if I can help it, picked up lattes next door at Treeline then returned when the wait appeared appropriate. The place is really cute and the spread was impressive. It was our turn to order and I had no clue which direction to go. I knew we were going to head out to hike so I didn't want to overdo it. I glanced over the items and selected a ham and cheese croissant, a lemon macaroon and a berry and chamomile pastry. We sat outside and I had a bit of the ham and cheese croissant which was fine enough, I took a bite of the macaroon and didn't care for it at all. It wasn't my style macaroon, much too crunchy/crispy for me and I all together just passed on the fruit pastry. My friend continued to remind me throughout the day and even flew home with the other pastry thinking I'd get hungry and want to snack on it but nope! I wasn't interested, the other items let me down. I'd still return though, know that feeling... when you're not really satisfied but you think they have potential with the plethora of other options. Sometimes you just have to find what you like at a place. I should have ordered a slice of the carrot cake, it looked really tasty. There were also many fresh loaves of bread which could be great for french toast or sandwiches. I'd return but I'd order all different things. The community seems to really like this place, that's why I chuck this experience up to possibly missing the goods. We snagged side street parking but if you live close enough to walk, jog, bike I'd of course always recommend that. read more

If you are on a diet or allergic to butter, avoid Wild Crumb. It is ridiculously yummy. From the almond croissant to the snickerdoodle to the bread pudding, everything was top notch. The line can be long, so bring your patience. You will be well rewarded in the end. And be ware if parking, or lack there of.
