**November 2025: Tuesday Morning Visit** During my research Wild Crumb came up highly recommended, so I made it a priority to pay them a visit before flying back home to California. We parked our rental about one street down as there's no parking lot. The bakery is larger than what the photos onlined showed and some of the loaves of bread were enormous (I think they were $8+). There was also a really impressive mixed berry fruit pie ($28) and pecan pie ($37) that looked amazing, but alas I couldn't take it home as my carryon bags were already full *Cries* My mom and I looked at the individual pastries at the case and we decided to share one sweet and one savory pastry. The Brie & prosciutto croissant ($6.50) and Huckleberry Scone ($4.95) both came highly recommended and were delicious. We enjoyed our carbs while we waited at the airport, but I did notice a fair number of patrons enjoy their pastries/scones etc in their dining area. The croissant was very buttery and flakey, and the scone was crumbly and I really enjoyed the sweetness of the huckleberry. Next time I'll need to make sure my backpack is empty so I can take a loaf of bread home lol. Overall, I enjoyed it!

Delicious pastries! great customer service. The line was out the door, but, it moves fast and it's so worth it!

I couldn't be happier that the paltry breakfast at the Wyndham hotel is only served until 9 am and my wife and I missed it. I say that because, as I was going to gas up the car, I presumed that there must be a fabulous bakery in this wonderful western town...and I believe I found the best. Not just here, but just about the best bakery I have ever patronized. My wife NEEDED a croissant today to make our vacation perfectly delicious. And they had about the best of those. And of course I had to grab something for me (and two more things for the road. The ham and Gruyère croissant is the killer of all. But then the cinnamon bun and (I am now a huge fan of huckleberry anything) a huckleberry scone had to be on the menu. And I don't even like scones! Bravo to all these happy young people who bake and serve here. I can understand why they are so happy now.

Savory vegetarian croissant (I can't remember the name)

Amazing baked goods and friendly staff! So glad we stopped by on our road trip. We got a variety of savory and sweet pastries. Everything was amazing. There were many tables inside for people to sit!

Love this bakery been going here forever and they have such a great assortment of seasonally relevant pastries and all year round favorites. My current obsession is their maple bourbon pecan pie, it tastes absolutely heavenly, as you get a great balance of all the flavors its name promises. Highly recommend the raspberry almond flour mini cake (it's like a financier). If you're here for lunch try their roasted portobello or turkey sandwiches! So yum! Their breads have great crunch and texture, with crackles that sound like an orchestral strum. Also cannot sing enough praise about their cardamom knots and coconut cream pie!

The food was amazing and they gave me a discount for placing a large order. There were so many options I couldn't choose.

Ask the Community - Wild Crumb

Do they offer any gluten free options?

Yes - they have some great gluten free desserts. As best I recall - French macarons , flourless hazelnut cakes , coconut macaroons , and some meringue.

I'm not over exaggerating either, this bakery is one of my favorite places in Bozeman. There is nothing we have ever tried here that we did not like. My personal favorites include any flaky pastry like the butter croissant, Pain au Chocolat (cholate croissant), Pain au Chocolat aux Amandes (chocolate and almond croissant)...yum! I can only describe it as biting into golden, flaky shell with a soft, buttery interior. Don't get me started on the delicious French Butter! Aurore does an amazing job sourcing high quality ingredients you can taste. It makes me so sad that we moved. Yet, so excited to have something to look forward to when we're back in town. We discovered Aurore French Bakery before most people knew how delicious it was. Now, there's almost always a line out the door no matter the time of day--and they deserve it. If you want to experience one of the most perfect bites in Bozeman, show up early!

C'est formidable!!! Authentic, delicious and easy…read more What took me so long to review? Not wanting to share this absolute gem with the masses - the line at Aurore is already long enough. Ha! Alas, the secret is out and Aurore is keeping up with demand, so much so that there's another location now. Things I love: - classic croissant - Croinamon (croissant cinnamon roll) - croissant aux chocolate - any of her pâte à choux / eclairs - cappuccino (Parisian roasted!) ... BUT MY FAV? The ham & cheese croissant which uses ham from Daniel's and has a delicious grainy mustard added. EASILY the best I've ever had, even in Europe. Ambulance is simple, cozy with several tables. The space is a commercial kitchen foremost which is a good thing - everything made fresh! The one downside to prepare for if you plan to stay and nosh is that they don't have a restroom available. Don't forget to pick up a loaf of bread, baguette, sticks of French butter, French flour, and/or extra treats for later. You won't regret any of it!! From their site: "French flour from Les Grands Moulins de Paris and French butter from Isigny Sainte-Mère. Importing butter, jams, juices, and vinegar from France too!"

The base/ plain pancakes were a prefect mix of fluffy and density with a crispy exterior, but every flavor pairing on top (for our 3 Pancake Flight) was a great combination of flavor and added texture. The strawberry pancakes were my favorite, but all were amazing. Throw in quick/ friendly service, and good selection of drinks, and a modern/ lively atmosphere and this place is a notable standout. Highly recommend.

Visited Bozeman MT for leisure and Jam! came as a recommendation. Jam! did not disappoint…read more The atmosphere of Jam! is clean, cozy but did not feel too cluttered. There's plenty of seating for 2-4 people and some for larger groups as well. Also there are seats at the multiple bars. Jam!'s service staff was attentive and accurate from the hostess's greeting to farewells upon our exit. Our waitress offered recommendations and explained the menu well. The experience felt warm and accommodating. The star of the show at Jam! is of course the food and drink. Lots of selections for the coffee bar or morning alcoholic beverages. I was there for the caffeine. The Dirty Chai was well seasoned and earthy with the right amount of sweetness to balance. It was served at a perfect temperature and had a cute design etched into the frothy foam on top. The freshly made cinnamon buns were flaky, sweet, and satisfying. I'm a nut for pecans and the garnish was plentiful and complimentary of the bun without taking away or lacking. The Breakfast Burrito was a boulder of a proportion. Succulent smoke pork shoulder and fluffy eggs were paired well with spices, the refried black beans, and cheese offering a smoky blend of flavors and textures which felt wholesome and complete. I'm a fanatic for spice but this was the right amount, though I did add some hot sauce to hit my ideal scoville range. But flavor wise the burrito was on point. This is one of those places I leave with a little heartbreak I didn't get to try at least half the menu. I may not be back to Bozeman for some time but Jam! will definitely be at the top of my list for a return visit.
