First time I came here was a year ago, and I had given it five stars, because I was very impressed with the whole place food, ambiance , and service. Then we came probably a couple months later, and the service wasn't so great, we didn't get stuff we ordered. Friday we decided to check it out again give it a third chance. When we walked in there was a couple ladies in front of us, people were coming in behind us, and there was no one to seat anybody it was about 9:15 AM on a Friday morning. Probably after waiting about four minutes. A woman walked up and started seating everybody. Immediately after we were seated, a waitress walked over to take our drink order. I ordered coffee and my daughter and husband both ordered apple juices. The waitress came out with my coffee and we started to place our order. I had to try the pumpkin spice pancakes, my daughter had a country fried steak breakfast and my husband got the eggs Benedict. Last time we were there my husband wanted to get the crab Benedict and they told him they were out of crab this time when he ordered they told him that's no longer an option to order however, it is still on their menu, so I think they need to update their menus?? I mean you sit there looking through the whole menu decide what you want and then find out that they don't even sell it! When we got our food, I had already been given my pot of coffee and we all had waters, but we never saw the apple juices! So my daughter complained when the waitress came over that she still hadn't gotten her apple juice and the waitress went up and got it for her. My husband said to cancel his as now he would just drink his water, the waitress blamed the person at the bar and said that they were supposed to pour it and bring it over. I also heard the waitress complain to the lady, seating people as to why she sat people in her section, but gave the table to other waitresses. I really don't think that's a conversation you should be having in front of patrons do you? I then saw some older gentleman which I imagined was the manager asking someone I assumed to take more tables as he was pointing over behind where I was sitting, and the guy took his head. No, then when the lady sat people, there that same guy the older gentleman walked over and told them he was sorry they waited so long that he had to send a server home who was sick??? LOL! Anyway, to get to the food, I felt that my pumpkin spice pancakes were raw and it was sickening sweet I managed to eat about five fork fulls and had to take the rest home. My daughter said her breakfast was delicious and my husband said his was OK. I had been here one other time before this with my daughter just her and I and everything seemed OK. I just don't think they're very consistent with their every day running of this restaurant which is too bad because it used to be really nice. The waitress did delete both apple juices even though she brought my daughter one over. In my opinion, she should've given them both Apple juices and not charge us for them. read more

So good! Went with six people (two of them teens) and we all loved what we got. My husband got the stuffed French toast and it was amazing! I got the surfer girl with a side of bacon (4 pieces! And they ask you if you want it crispy or soft which is a great question!). Both were delicious! Coffee was decent too. My boyfriend and I came here to grab breakfast before heading to the race track for the day. The food was so good we came back the following morning, and will likely come back tomorrow before we leave. We were greeted with a smile each morning and promptly seated and served each day. Our servers, Molly and Mariah, were knowledgeable and gave solid recommendations each time. The first day we both ordered the potato head casserole, which was delicious and in my opinion the perfect portion. The second day I ordered the chicken Florentine crepes and my boyfriend ordered the calamity Katie eggs Benedict. Both dishes were fantastic and we were impressed at how quickly our food arrived after our order. My boyfriend and I come to Bowling Green every year for LS Fest and we are definitely going to make Wild Eggs a fixture of our future trips. read more

Wild Eggs is definitely one of the "dependable" choices on can make when traveling. It is nice to know what to expect. The menu is always dependable. The wait staff was friendly and courteous. Austin did a nice job of making our visit enjoyable. FYI: this location is too close to a school to serve adult beverages. Get the monkey bread as a brunch app, get a latte, get the yummiest entree you can find. You won't be disappointed. Stopped here on our way home from Nashville. Was sick the rest of way home. Throwing up sick. Don't know if it was the 1 egg the 1sausage link the few bites of cinnamon roll or the orange juice. If you want to experience Kentucky hospitality, stop no further! This little cafe is the best hidden gem in Bowling Green. The staff are very attentive and charming, and ensure you have a wonderful experience. I enjoyed a very wonderful pumpkin spice latte, and the Kelsey Hot Brown. If you aren't familiar, the Hot Brown is a Kentucky legend based out of the Brown Hotel it consists usually of Turkey, bacon, tomato over a piece of white bread that is covered in Mornay sauce and topped with an egg. I must say Wild Eggs' Kelsey Hot Brown is a showstopper. What a wonderful warming plate of food and latte to help keep me warm during this frigid below zero weather. Happy we came here for brunch while doing an errand nearby. Food was tasty and for a very reasonable price. Friendly service too. Plenty of seating for when we came in, but I suspect they get busy on weekends. I hve visited this location before, but it had been a couple of years. I was pleased to find that it was just as wonderful now as it was when I lived in Bowling Green. The service was great, everyone was super friendly. The restaurant and restrooms were very clean. We went on a Saturday morning and were happy to see it wasn't too crowded so no wait time. There were 4 of us in my group and we each ordered "Kalamity Katie's Border Benedict". Green chili corn cakes topped with chorizo, 2 poached eggs with queso, sour cream, pico de gallo, and fresh avocado. Served alongside skillet potatoes and an everything muffin. It was amazing. Every bite was full of flavor and it completely over exceeded my expectations of what this place could be. I ate every bite, no shame. The everything muffin was was fresh and one of the best I've had. My friend also order a pancake for the table to share. It was warm, fluffy, and everything you could want in a pancake. The wait time for our food was a little long, but they did have to poach 8 eggs for our table so it was very reasonable. I love everything about this dish beginning with the sweet and spicy cheddar corn cakes to the chorizo, quest, pico, sour cream, avocado, green onion, and two poached eggs. They also have terrific fresh squeezed orange juice. I usually head straight to the breakfast bar, as it is open seating and usually offers little to no wait. They have always been very good about correcting anything that doesn't come out to the customer's liking. Food was all great! We went here at 8:30 am on a Sunday before the place was busy. I ordered an omelette and was able to have it prepared with egg whites and exchanged my cream cheese for goat cheese and got a small side of steel cut oatmeal instead of potatoes. I also got some delicious French toast. Tried to ordered half decaf and half regular coffee but was told I couldn't do that but my friend had ordered regular and they bring it out in a large craft so she shared hers with me. I ask for a to go cup for the coffee and was brought a little styrofoam cup with a lid that did not fit.
