3 HR low n slow smoked tomahawk steaks

Wild forks name says it all! Wild choices and a wild great price. My family and I love shopping at wild fork. Everything is flash frozen to keep it fresh. No matter what you're into wild forks wide selection of meat,, fish, poultry, or veggies. They mostly likely have what you're looking for. Some locations have whole pigs , or whole lambs. Great sized briskets, wagyu style beef, prime choice, aged... all at competitive prices. They even have awesome types of desserts. At everything location I've been to, all the employees are eager to help customers find the right choice of food to satisfy their customers craving. My last pick up were two tomahawk steaks, besides other meat cuts. Check out my photo. I have a 3 hour low n slow smoke on them.

The first time I went to Wild Fork was by total randomness. I was getting some Flanigans & was walking back to the car spotting it due to all the bright lights inside. I believe they had just opened a few days prior. In typical Miami fashion, anything new brings on instantaneous shiny object syndrome & must be investigated for my fellow Yelpers. My First Impression: This place is spotless & very well lit. Everything is either frozen or in a cooler reach-in style fridge. Wild Fork covers all sorts of meats & dessert options. Pricewise: I felt it was not ridiculous. Think of it as something on par with Whole Foods or Fresh Market. I picked up a little bit of everything to try. Verdict: Not bad at all. The meats had a lot of flavor & the desserts were very tasty. Some were more tender than others. I will definitely recommend trying the Chocolate Lava Cake & the Beignets!

First visit and wow I am totally impressed... with the price, the variety, the quality, the service. I love Costco price but for a small household their portion is simply too huge. Trader Joe has perfect portion but limited selection. Whole Foods has high quality but also high price. This place has it all. For beef, they have sections for grass-fed, USDA prime, wagyu, black angus and never ever (no antibiotics). They have kurabata (Berkshire) pork, as well as offals like beef heart, tripe, and all that. Many different kinds of seafood, including line-caught tuna. Beside meat, they also offer frozen veggies and fruit, bread, desserts and more. There is also a lot of sauces in bags and jars, as well as marinated meat. If you want to put together a fancy home cooked dinner to impress, this is the place to go. Or just come here for good savings and variety. Do note that everything is frozen, so it may not be the place for last minute shopping.

It's truly amazing! Whatever meet you're looking for and seafood related or not you will find it there. The prices do vary depending when you get. They have seafood, meats like steaks, veggies, and I love the ready to cook meal prepped meals! My boyfriend and I were just looking around but I am considering coming soon to purchase some of their products.

Great variety and prices. Flash freeze is the best process for meat, poultry and fish. Highly recommended.

Then you tell them how you'd like it cooked. They cook it up nicely! (Warning, if you go for the fish and chips, it's a cornbread batter, not a beer batter.) Some of the best lobster. Delicious eats, attentive and friendly staff. I'd go again when in the area.

If so, I…read morewould have come at a time where I was hungry and for a mere five dollars had them prepare my meal for me. But that being said, I found it to be a very nice fish market. Now there is a huge downside that you immediately encounter when you arrive. The parking lot is exceptionally small and people are parked every which way, except in the spaces. Getting to the actual building will take some time. The neighboring lots have pretty clear signs that they will tell you if you park there. So you're stuck dealing with what it is. The fish variety is good, although not great. If you're looking for strictly local fish, you'll probably find what you want. Several varieties of snapper and the fish looked wonderful and fresh. Some of my favorites like hogfish and grouper. You can buy the whole fish and they'll fillet it for you or you can buy fillets if they have them of the fish that you want. But the part I missed is having them cook it for me. Now that is something I would like to try next time The downside is they strictly local fish. You won't find any flatfish and I was surprised that they did not have any U4 or U6 shrimp which I like to use to make paella. In addition, I did not see fresh scallops. They did have some nice lobster tails although I did not see other shellfish. Some people have said the prices are reasonable; I found them about 20 to 30% higher than other fish markets I visit. The people here are really nice in the market is attractive. I will be back as I said to get a meal cooked for me in part because it is closer than the fish markets I usually visit and also my curiosity after reading other reviews. I recommend this market if you have the patience to wait for a parking space. If you're looking for the larger shrimp for paella look elsewhere

The Search for the Perfect Whole Fish is Over If you live in…read moreSouth Dade or Homestead, you know the struggle: finding a restaurant that serves a high-quality, perfectly fried whole fish at a fair price feels almost impossible. I've been on the hunt for a while, and I'm happy to report that the search officially ends here. The Star of the Show I ordered the Fried Yellowtail, and it was exactly what I was craving. It was fried perfectly--crispy on the outside while staying tender and flaky on the inside. Honestly, it was so good I was tempted to order a second one just for the road. The Sides The meal came with rice, salad, and a side of fish soup. * Fish Soup: A great starter that set the tone for the meal. * The Salad: This deserves a special shout-out. It came topped with pickled onions, which added a bright, tangy crunch that cut through the richness of the fried fish beautifully. The Verdict This is a no-nonsense spot where the quality of the seafood speaks for itself. If you're tired of overpriced tourist traps or mediocre frying techniques, South Dade Fish Market is a breath of fresh air. Pro Tip: Don't skip the salad--those pickled onions are a game changer!
